We usually can find what we need here.But this is the second time that we had a sale price discrepancy . My husband took several items up to the counter ,one item was clearly marked one price on signage, but then was told it did not qualify for the stated price. It was only a 3 dollar difference ,but the manager wanted to argue . I had just bought $75 worth of products in a transaction with a coupon moment's before. Needless to say ,my husband left his items on the counter .He refuses to shop there anymore . I like the convenience of this store . The manager must have been having a bad day.

I love Dunham’s! I shop all the time for my active wear, kids clothing, sports gear for my son ect. They have everything! I’ve visited many locations, and this location by far is the absolute best!!! I’ve never seen such a well organized store !! It was very very clean and put together! The staff was amazing which is always a plus. I live in the Warren area and I don’t mind traveling to good stores… I will be driving here for all my Dunham’s needs from now on. Keep up the good work !!!

The service here is top notch! I drove everywhere looking for these cheer shorts and the cashier mentioned that she thought they had just received a shipment. She checked half a dozen boxes for me, and sure enough, 2 pairs had arrived!!

The Lake Orion store is very weird. Disgustingly dirty. Boxes everywhere- you cannot even get through the isles because of unopened boxes. Whoever manages this store needs to be re-trained.Let’s not even get started on the poor customer service.You can do better dunhams.

Went to Dunhams with the intent to make a purchase. After waiting for 10+ minutes, asked a sales representative is they had someone to help and they shared that had to call them. Went back to the department and waited another 10+ minutes and still had no help. Called the store to let a manager know and they didn’t seem to care, no empathy, no apologies. Very disappointed.

After searching high & low for the other boot to the display & being unable to find it I asked a young woman if they had the other boot to the one displayed. She brought me a box, I paid and fortunately I took a look at the box before having to drive all the way home which is about a half hour drive with all the construction on 24, she gave me a size 8, so I had to go right back and ask for a refund. She said that was the only one left. (After already purchasing )I don’t understand how this whole issue even happened? I did not have any use for that size..I wasted my time there. The associates need to be more knowledgeable of correct details there. I was not offered any help as far as possibly ordering the correct size from another store either, not very helpful which is bad for business.

I have shopped at Dunham's for over 20 years. Every year it gets worse with customer service, and damaged products. I waited on the phone for 15 minutes and when manager picked up phone and I told her my brand new gun safe was damaged she hung up the phone. I also had to wait over 45 minutes to get someone to bring my safe out to my truck because I couldn't find an employee.

I like Dunhams, and this one is local for me. My 2 teens like their clothing selection, especially sweat pants and hoodies. They have a lot of variety. The store was clean and organized, the staff was friendly and helpful.

Didn't get asked if I needed help. But staff is friendly, I went in looking for shoes and didn't find my size, good store for people with size 10 feet. Not so good under that. Would rather go to dswshoes or famous footwear.

Stopped in with my son Saturday February 16th about 6 p.m. to purchase a rifle, ammo and cleaning supplies. I stood in the hunting section in plain view of what appeared to be about 4 employees all laughing having a b.s. session at the front counter. We were the only customers in the store and no employees offered to help in any way. I'll take my buisiness where it is appreciated and valued.

Horrible place! Dont waste your time. They were sold out of almost everything. They didn't even have bobbers. The plastic red and white kind. How can you be a sports shop with out bobbers and hooks? Would rate a zero, but the staff was super helpful and friendly. Decent place to buy licenses however.

Worst customer service every single time Ive gone there. Their employees act like you're an imposition. It's really surprising they have any customers at all with their attitudes. Fire the whole staff. When your entry level workers act like that, it's apparent the management sucks.
