I have already called CVS Customer HQ about this matter but wanted to make sure I left a review as well to warn others. April, I believe the name on the receipt said who works in the pharmacy, is atrociously rude, condescending, and snarky. I've had a house sick with the flu and we have been to the doctor more times than I can count this month and last month. My husband went in there to pick up an antibiotic for my oldest son (who is autistic) and April told my husband that my son's insurance was canceled in September. That was news to me considering I've gone to different pharmacies and doctors with my children. I ended up calling there (to which she told my husband she doesn't understand why I'm calling. She's just going to say the same thing to me as she did to him), and she kept repeating herself and saying the numbers on the insurance were no good and they run their insurance real time. That she could give me a discount with an RX card (which I already have). She pretty much kept making out like it was OUR fault. I called my kids insurance company today and wouldn't you know it, their insurance was current. The insurance company called for me and added me as a third party to the call and it turned out to be a mistake of wrong numbers that their own system kept automatically putting in. I don't care about mistakes because they happen but don't give out an attitude for something that wasn't our fault. She was even rude to the insurance company and the guy was taken aback by it. This person lacks proper customer care and doesn't belong behind a counter dealing with people and needs a major attitude check. Life's rough but after weeks of being sick the last thing anyone wants is nasty customer service. Find something else if this job is too much for you. I will be switching pharmacies so I won't have to deal with this again because I don't take kindly to mean individuals. Please address this. I've been going to this pharmacy for 4 years without any issues until yesterday.Also, apparently you now have to ask for antibiotics to be flavored? That's news to me because I have NEVER had to ask. Be more informative to your customers. My kid practically threw up his antibiotic this morning.

Horrible employee in the pharmacy. She wouldn't give her name, nor would she let me speak with the pharmacist. Would not assist with information about a prescription that had been on order for two weeks. Suggestion was that she was a busy college student and worked part time and that I should have my doctor find a new medication for me. She was quite unhinged and should not be working in a customer-facing situation, and should find a new career path. I have since switched all my medications to go through another pharmacy.

I have been using CVS pharmacy for years. The staff is very friendly and helpful.\nI just turned 50 and they reminded me that I can come in and get my shingles vaccine!
