My vinyl flooring spotted and scratched after a year. Dan told me the company would pay half the cost to replace but would not return my calls or give me a price for the new floor. I don’t recommend as I found him untrustworthy.

Great companyContracted with Builders Custom Flooring to replace my bathroom floor. Due to medical issues I had to reschedule my start date 3 times and I paused the work when I was deciding what to do with an unexpected issue. Samantha was very considerate and willing to work with me on scheduling.Tim the installer did great work. He had to remove the old tile, pulled up some linoleum that was under the old tiles and removed a section of thin plywood on top of the subfloor. He cut and laid the new cement board, applied mud, cut and laid floor & base tiles and applied grout. The result was a great looking floor!I would use Builders Custom Flooring again and recommend them.

Our floor was installed 1 year ago today. We had one small issue last week, and they came out immediately and corrected it. We have loved the floor since day one....Very good workmanship and customer service.

Excellent quality wood but installers had difficulty with prep work regarding removing existing flooring. They did damage to my walls. Fortunately, Dan the owner was completely accommodating and made everything right 100%. Accolades to Dan and his customer service staff for maintaining 100% customer satisfaction.

We had water damage to our floor in the kitchen only but needed to refinish all the way into the master bedroom. Builders did an outstanding job working with us on color selection and finishes. We were very pleased with the job they did and their professionalism and would highly recommend them.

Builders custom flooring was professional from the beginning to end of our job. Prompt, hard workers , experienced in how to handle the huge job of adding new hard wood to our home, blending w/ the old & matching the stains beautifully, worked tirelessly each day. They kept us informed every step of the way, & yes finished the job on time, no excuses. Though we had to make allowances to or living situation, the process never once held us hostage. Crystal came in @ end of job to clean any residue left in our home. She was amazing too. Highly professional, she explained the care of our new floors. She left our home spotless& , made sure we were happy w/ the job. I can not say enough about Builders Custom Flooring I highly recommend them, would use their expertise in a heartbeat .

I had a great experience with BCF. The owner personally came out and measured our floors. We had some pretty run down existing hardwood that they refinished and they also brought in new wood to replace our tiled kitchen and bath. They did an incredible job. We can't tell the old wood from the new. They both look incredibly brand new. The woman at the store also helped my husband and I with a stain color dispute and she was right on. She had us bring in paint and fabric samples and pointed us in the right direction and we're both extremely happy with the results. The workers were kind, helpful, and always on time. The owner even swung by several times to check in on the job and to see what we thought about the progress. On top of all that, they found that we had a far harder floor to remove in our kitchen than expected, but despite that (and us adding in baseboards at the last minute) they completed the job a day earlier than expected. After they left, I noticed two tiny spots that needed to be fixed because of dirt that had stuck to the finish. I called the store on a Friday, first thing Monday, one of the workers was there to fix it and it still looks great. We couldn't be happier with the result. I was surprised at what a difference flooring can make. Our house finally looks and feels like home.

I am so grateful to BCF for their knowledge and experience of flooring. I wanted hardwood floors in my family room, but with pets I could see it wasn't the best choice, and vinyl flooring was. They were right. My family and friends love it!!! The installers were right on time and did an excellent job. Thanks again!

The store had what we were looking for. We wanted to match our existing wood floor as closely as possible. Since our existing flor was finished on site they explained that any pre finished product would not match the existing floor. We went with a red oak finished on site. We were fortunate that we had a sample of the finish used on the existing floor.The installers were great. They answered any questions I had and even took the molding home to finish so they could finish the job. They also went over the floor on their hands and knees to check the quality of the finish. They didn't like the finish after the second coat so they re-sanded and added a third coat of finish. Even though it took four days to complete the job we did not feel inconvenienced.

The first time we made contact with BCF about getting tile floors for our dining room, they said they would be at our house to give us a quote in 1-2 days. 5 days later, Dan finally came to our house, and this was after basically begging the lady at the desk to have someone come that day because they wanted us to wait another few days. Dan came and he did not bring any samples or even show me any pictures of tile they offered. Instead he only asked me if I want porcelain or ceramic, and what kind. I told him I wanted porcelain hardwood tile. He said we would get a quote in 2-3 days at the latest, and we got a quote 5 days later. Now we're 10 days in for just trying to get a quote. We decided to move forward with it, and when we got to the store to choose a color, the gentlemen there had no idea what we were talking about and it took 20 minutes to even find the tile they quoted us for. Then, the tile they chose for us did not look like hardwood and it was ceramic. We told them that is not what we said we wanted and when we showed them what tile we did like, actual hardwood-looking porcelain tile, it was double the price that we were quoted. What is the purpose of a quote if you price us for tile we don't like and the price you listed is significantly different? Me and my husband told them we do not want to do business with them anymore and left. We never received a call from BCF or Dan, apologizing for any confusion or to even try and make it right with us.

I had to change my review and lower it. After a few short months I floors don't look good. They put such a thin water base coat on as the sealant that it's already worn out. In like eight months! They knew it was high traffic area, I asked for something durable and was willing to pay. It was a waste of money using them.
