Been going there since they've been open seems they've gone down hill with customer service and hiring people that know what there talking about. Your web site says you can sync keyfabs to your vehicle but the person I talked with seemed to know nothing about it. Won't be going back I will take my business elsewhere.

Hey guys, another place that I found and this place is more for guys that like their cars or women that like their cars here’s a place in Lake Orion Michigan called AutoZone. They have everything you need and more for your car or for your project for your car and the staff there are friendly as they can be with a smile on their faces. They’re willing to help out wherever you need. If you need something in the store to help you find it, they are awesome staff AutoZone that’s why I remind recommend AutoZone if you need anything for your car

I had the best experience this evening at the Lake Orion Autozone! Brian, the parts manager, provides excellent customer service. He truly goes above and beyond! I found a screw in my tire this evening and it was quickly losing air. Being the evening of a holiday weekend no tire repair places. I went to Autozone & Brian not only found the right fix for it he also went out in the rain to help with it! Brian is the essence of fantastic customer service! Much appreciation, Tracy

We had to replace our Jeep's battery this past weekend and went into the store and met Julian. She walked us through all of our options. She and her Manager were able to match us up with a perfect fit with a Duracell at a great price. We returned home, installed the new and returned the old. GREAT experience and over the top support. pull in at 9:01 my dang motor broke, i needed 1 quick part. guy just locked the door as i walked up and i asked him to open na noor and he shook his head no with a dirty look, 40s aged looking guy with a grey beard. i can’t believe this. now i’m staying the night in the parking lot 🛌 until they open bc my mota won’t run

Was there Thursday February 27th 20/20. Needed new wipers. Bought a pair from Zach he was nice enough to install them for me . Really nice young man glad I went there. They had my vehicle towed when i was parked behind the store knowing that i was working next door cost me hundreds of dollars. I've been a loyal customer for years just spent a hundred dollars there the day before. They definitely lost a customer for life and any and every person I know will not ever go there again unbelievable four guys stranded an hour and a half from home with no ride while we are working on the the property next door bettering their community. Not good people at all stay away or they may tow your car

Ordered control arms over the phone paid $320 for them and I told them I needed it by 5pm the next day they said it would be there by 3, I call the next day at 2 and Mary answered the phone she has no clue what she is doing and can barley read the computer screen, she told me the part was never ordered and she can send a new order in for the next day which won’t work because I needed it for my 1 day off of work to get it fixed. I’m only giving them 3 stars because past experiences were ok but this one pissed me off

On top of not being very helpful and friendly I would like to point out that nobody in the store is wearing a mask (not even the employees). There is a sign outside stating to wear a mask. One of the customers was ranting and raving about he is not wearing a mask and he wants to get infected to get it over with. The one employee jumped right in and agreed with him. With this behavior and attitude about there customers safety I would not recommend for anybody to go there. I left and took my business down the street

Employee was obviously new. Didn't know how to look up a part number, took forever finding my vehicle info to find the part, didn't know how to ring me up and cash me out. Had to find another employee to assist him. What should have taken 5 minutes took almost 20. He was definitely not register trained and someone should have been assisting him from the beginning of the transaction.
