I'm not sure how the folks at true value can be so helpful and nice to their customers! It is an absolute thing of the past when you're treated as a customer and treated like you're the most important thing at that moment. Ty true value family!

Nice to have a local hardware store, staff always friendly and helpful. You can expect to pay a little higher for items but when you factor in gas and your time to drive to a big box store when you need something quick they are there!

Wasn't very help full!! Asked for assistance and man stood behind counter and pointed to isles that had what I asked for....I'm sure he knew I didn't know exactly what I needed but I had a good idea..I did figure it out after the litterly pointing down isles...Thanks for your help local store 😂 maybe why everyone is going to box stores..Wasn't impressed with service at all.....

Great service! Very knowledgeable and friendly folks, paint mixing, lumber, keys, and all variety of home hardware supplies. Free popcorn as you wander the store and find what you need.

Well stocked hardware store with friendly personalized service. Lumber and building materials for the handyman and a fastener department where you can still buy one or a hundred! Knowledgeable staff eager to serve. Recommend!

Nice hometown hardware store with lumber - I wish they Saturday hours were longer, many times I find myself traveling to Ionia because True Value closes so early. Prices are higher than Menards but that is expected due to the convenience.

I zip in there from time to time when what I want isnt worth driving to ionia for, price mark up isn't too bad either
