Excellent little find! Sat at the bar with my bf and the bartender was so friendly and helpful! We got the perch sandwich and the Canadian burger. I also got the house Bloody Mary with pepper-infused vodka.Everything was delicious! They grind their meat for the burgers in house daily. The tomato juice for my Bloody Mary was also homemade. Would go again!

Stopped here on a Saturday afternoon during a Michigan game with my son. We both ordered perch baskets with steak fries. The atmosphere was friendly classic older bar. The service was prompt & also friendly even though they were busy. The perch & fries were delicious. Light batter & very fresh tasting for the fish & great fries. I would stop again!

Best French dip in the game. The famous shaved steak is unreal. We also had the fried shrimp. Definitely will order that again. The owner is super awesome and came out of the kitchen to say hi to us.

If you are looking for something more reminiscent of your home town pub, diner, or a VFW / Legion hall, this is the place. We were looking for a location that had cheap, quality, home town pub-style comfort food after a day of wine tasting. Don't let appearances deceive you. The food hits the spot and the staff were awesome.

Stopped to eat lunch the last week of Sept. The fish was fantastic, perfectly cooked. Our waitress was friendly and helpful. There were only a few people there and they were all locals and very friendly. Relaxed home town atmosphere which is just what we were looking for. My hubby bought their sweatshirt there because he enjoyed the place and the food so much. Nice sweatshirt too lol. It well by our stop next time we are up in the area. Really want to try other things they have. That pizza looked delicious.

They are clearly taking advantage of people that stop in from out of town. My family and I ate here tonight. It was absolutely horrible. My sons shrimp basket was not safe to eat. The shrimp inside the breading was very old and literally brown and green. My perch was not great. The prices are a lot more than listed online. My bill was $50 for one perch basket and bread sticks soaked in movie theater butter. AVIOD this place if you want a good dining experience with your family. It’s not safe to eat here and the prices are crazy.

Cute little restaurant within walking distance of our Airbnb! We went for dinner around 6:30 and yes they were busy! We however only waited approx a half hour for outdoor seating. We expected to wait longer on a Friday night! My husband is a pizza critique and says the pizza was excellent! I had the Greek salad which was also good! We’ll have to try the burgers on our next visit! The owners were there working just as hard as their employees! Very friendly people! Great customer service!

Their menu is expansive and the food is pretty good. Our waitress was helpful and friendly. Only complaint is the restrooms - the women's room was out of order when we were there. Other than that we enjoyed our dinner out!

We were a group of 6 and when we walked in the hostess had a very bad attitude and then when we finally got to sit down our waitress also had an attitude. We waited 15 minutes to even order drinks or food. when we got our food order in we waited 45 minutes for food and during that time the hostess said everyone gets their food in order as we watched people that came in after us get their food before i even got a salad which you don’t have to cook at all. the workers there are very stuck up and don’t care about the customers and just want “to keep the family business alive” i’m begging you to save yourself and not come here at all. Worst experience i have ever had while trying to eat. I even thought the wait would be worth it but the salad had brown and warm lettuce.
