Let me start with what a much approved place it is over Fosters, much cleaner better selection great Ace Hardware, still a little on the expensive but very convenient ,it's great that they sell propane wish they sold it by the gallon instead of a flat rate fill. I would say during the summer seasons, avoid Mondays going in because it seems that's the day their shelves are the most empty, but everybody I've dealt with there have been super friendly. it's great to see a great hardware store in town as in years past we've never really had that good of a hardware store ,not to mention the improvements with the grocery store and products be very clean well kept inviting place.

Had numerous instances of out of date food, unavailable products, and checkout not showing sale price of products. Staff is nice and helpful but as a very high-priced grocery store, it is no better than two stars for regular shopping. I give it two stars only because, when you can find the cut of meat you want it is usually decent.

This is a nice store! We got ice, liquor, and some fire color changing powder. We were just camping near by for the weekend, and this store was convenient!

Always a great time shopping here in lake city! For convenience and for the friendly employees here. The employees are always willing to help should you need help with hardware supplies as well!

Glad that Roger's came to Lake City. Love thier gift shop . Convenient for people who have limited ability to go far for shopping. They are pricey though.

I went looking for an item that was on the Ace Hardware website. The store doesn't carry it, which is not uncommon, but I was told "no" by one guy, and another guy told me that it wasn't an Ace Hardware Store. Ok, thanks for the help, fellas. Guess you can't order items for customers, but damn.Oh, the food store part sucks, too. I have been in this place multiple times and usually leave empty-handed.

Moved to Lake City about 2 years ago.Remodel a home here.Love Rogers! Bought a lot of stuff there from the hardware department. Much better service from the staff, had items I couldn’t find at the big box stores and at much better price.I have also found the Grocery department to be very well stocked with items that I prefer. Price is also great on grocery items.Awesome! I would give them Ten stars if I could.

It’s an alright grocery store for a small town. Prices are high, but I guess it’s like that everywhere but they are REALLY high. The produce isn’t the best. You’d think with a smaller town and smaller store it would be easier to maintain. Always finding molding fruit and find myself digging way too the back of the selection to find a decent one. Dollar General down the road has better produce I hate to say. The manager always seems like she is in a bad mood. Never has a smile on her face and looks like she hates her job or something. I feel like they could do better. They spent a good amount of time on the looks of the store maybe spend more time on employee standards and quality of your produce. 🤷🏼‍♀️

I like that they also have hardware. We needed a register cover and a dryer exhaust tube, and they actually had both. They have what we need for groceries. Some prices are high but some prices are comparable to other stores. It's worth coming here for a few things and saving a trip to Cadillac.

Big variety of groceries, deli is extremely delicious and the hardware department has just about anything you would need. Grocery side is very pricey though. Only reason that I'm not giving a 5 star.

Remodelled lately and the store has much more positive appearance it used ti have. Many improvents at the aisles has also happened. Nice development!

Cashier was and always is so very friendly!!! Only reason why we ever stop in there is because it's close to home. Prices are way high and always seem to have to keep a close eye on when we check out cause they never seem to want to sell at the the price that's posted and if you go to other cashiers or correct them on it they seem bothered/bugged to fix it.

I love it here and love working here. Just wish a few other employees were just as nice as I am. I like interacting with my customers (talking to them) and talking with the kids if their parents card isn’t working or something. I try my best to keep a smile on my face but hard to when you only get a half hour lunch and no other breaks to rest a bit. Other than that it’s a good place to work.-Allie (Allison)

It was amazing, especially when I got to the produce section. I was in awe as to the way they had arranged everything, the brightly colored peppers were the first to catch my eye! Service was excellent and friendly. Fosters would have never been able to pull off what you all have done! Thank you for coming to our little town, it means a lot to my family and I as well as to many others in and around our community.Update; the store and the people that work there seem to fit right in. They opened and took off running! I'm sure I'm not the only one living in this area that truly appreciates Roger's being a member in this small size town.

Roger's (formally Foster's).Nice local Grocery store. Good selection as well. Pricing is quite a bit higher than you would expect. However, since it's the only actual grocery store in Lake City they are priced high to take advantage of their monopoly in the town...

Stopped to get deli chicken - disappointed to find Kruncher's chicken instead of the deli chicken we enjoy at the Rodger's in Hale. The store is well stocked and clean tho

They are new to our town and opened during the pandemic. They have a few bugs to work out but they are all doing their best and they provide service with a smile. They also take suggestions for what to keep in stock so don't be shy to request something. Their awesome managers do listen.

We have always enjoyed the bagels Roger's sold. They have apparently switched to "the patient bakers" bagels. Not near as good as the previous brand. They are not precut, and very chewy. Won't be buying them again. Terrible.

45 plus people in line, holiday weekend and it is just like Walmart. Only 1 cashier to check everyone out. This is unexceptable and ridiculious .

Nice little grocery store. They don't have a large variety of some things but food is fresh and they have some good stuff. Employees weren't very friendly when I was there, they weren't rude just didn't speak to us.

I love having your store right around the corner rather than driving to Cadillac for a few groceries between our big shopping trips. I appreciate that you have a great produce selection and that you run good sales on it too! All of the complains I just read about a lack of masks in your store... I find that untrue, and if employees or customers aren't wearing one that's their personal choice, for all these naysayers know, they medically can't tolerate wearing one.

Think I get points if I write a review. Even more points if it is long. Sooooo....Roger's is a very expensive grocery store.On a positive note, they have food. They have milk and cheese and yogurt. They have flour and sugar and baking soda. They have soup and pasta and pudding. They have vegetables! Frozen, fresh, and canned. They have fruit too. That also comes fresh, canned, and frozen.To be honest, I waited in the parkinglot in the warm truck. I'm just sharing the info that was given to me. I bet the owners are great folks and the employees are super friendly. I don't know for sure but I assume. My family used the self checkout and it kept messing up. They said that sucked. It was probably just operator error though. I mean, seriously, I've seen them work those things before and it's scary!Happy New Year!

Decent selection of groceries however most employees do not wear masks or distance themselves from each other or customers. Hardware employees are not knowledgeable and poorly trained. Spoke with the manager about those concerns, after waiting on hold for several minutes, and felt like I was an intrusion in her schedule. Employees in grocery department have been helpful and courteous when needed.

Only complaint is everytime I shop here, when I check receipt there is always at least ONE miss priced item if not more. Cashiers need more training
