I like the look of the remodel at this Dollar General. Convenience. The staff here is courteous and helpful without having to look for them or ask. That's always a plus. Especially, as we travel to different towns for our tree service, we're always the out of town shopper.

As a worker here, I am pleased with the employees and also the hard work that we have all put in. I also appreciate the kindness of my fellow coworkers and I see the kindness every time I walk into the store to work. 5/5, would recommend.

Dollar General has lots to offer a huge variety of products in each of their stores! This one in particular I found the staff to be very helpful and the store to be well stocked. Parking is easy to find most of the time too.

Amazing changes at this DG. Its clean, organized, and nice to shop in now. I stopped going awhile ago because it was a disaster inside . My only concern is that they do not enforce face masks. Employees wear but customers don't.

I love the convenience, but check out is so slow. They have three lines generally one is open. If they are slow employees are normally socking, and u stand at an un attended register.I understand minimizing labor costs and am not pointing the finger at the employees, but it's completely understaffed.

They always have new items and they also have a dollar isle where you can get a smaller version of the product you need if you can't afford the size you usually get. I couldn't believe they had ring pop popsicle makers for $1, like what kid, or kid at heart, doesn't love the ring pop candy?? What could be better on a hot summer day than frozen ring pops in any flavor your heart desires!!

This Dollar General is a blessing to have in the small town of McBain, MI. The staff is local and very helpful when it comes to finding stuff in thr store. I've never had a negative experience there and I'm in there almost daily. I would highly recommend stopping by if you're ever in McBain.

Love the dollar store if I could buy all my groceries there I would but hygiene and makeup and nails such good prices way cheaper then Walmart or Kroger especially any drug store for the same exact product way cheaper here and the food is good and great prices!

No mask alert. I saw at least 4 people in this store without a mask and went unquestioned by staff. I don’t know if it should be the cashiers job but if there was a manager on site they were no were to be seen. Store wasn’t very clean also.

First off filthy store bought a candy bar other day (turtle choc cashew bar) and pulled a huge ball of dust bunny and hair out with it but i didnt leave a bad review cuz the cashiers ive met up til tonight are really nice..guess now that they ran original dollar store outta lake city they feel like they can treat people rude... My kid had an accident so I tried to get her anything to cover herself til we got home, I came in store about 6 min to 10 (no warning they were bout to close) and tried rushing thru their horrible choices /expensive selection they had no pj pants or anything boy or girl 3t then younger cashier looked at me and smiled I said sorry and explained my kids in the car crying without bottoms on I was trying to find something to cover her this chick said nothing just smiled... The older rude chick barges up to me without warning and says I need to go in a rude unsympathetic snippy tone and continues degrading me barging me out like I did something wrong.. Escorting me like a thief! Long day or not I did not deserve to have her take it out on me, I've never seen her before all the other employees are nice... Feeling like a great mom explaining to my kid she has to sit bare butt in car seat all the way to Cadillac... Like she wasn't doing anything to help me find pants in time then no warning bum rushes me... She kept interrupting me I'm beyond furious by this rude chick I came to this store ALOT! But will be on absolute emergency status only I'd rather pay 3x as much as at fosters before I go back there...

Read someone posted that it’s only open till 8. It’s sat night in July and they are open till 9.Now if they only sold veggies I’d be so happy. Lol. :).

I went here for toothache medicine, checked out the lady didn't give me right change. I freaked out called the manager (her name is Kim) she looked over my receipt & made the change amount right.
