I called up their agency today with a time pressing issue because Auto Owners said they would not insure our house when we rented it out starting this weekend. So Brian, the agent who worked with us at State farm, was able to set everything up in a few hours for us and get us the insurance we needed for this weekend. Needless to say, we switched everything over to State Farm from Auto Owners and I'm very happy so far!

These guys rock! I thought we were going to be without a car for a month while we waited for it to be fixed after hitting a raccoon…after a week without our car. I called back to State Farm and see if they could do anything to help. A rental/loaner … Anything! They went above and beyond their job and well… long story short, they got our car fixed enough to drive while we wait for the parts to come in to fix the front end damage from that dang raccoon. It’s Friday, we get to pick our car up on Monday! I am so grateful! We would have been without a car for at least a few weeks! Thanks again guys!!!! Update… one month later. We got our car back and it was beautiful! We drove for 8 or 9 days and then boom!!!!! A deer literally ran into our car! Oh the joys of Northern MI sometimes… yet I knew what to do this time because the guys and gals up there were so great walking us thru the first time it took me five mins to get my claim filed. And then they even called to make sure we were ok! They care! They help! And they have made these last two interactions with animal’s we have had smooth as butter! Thanks guys for everything! I would and we have our entire family State Farm Insurance and would recommend to anyone that likes a great deal and beyond great service

Just met Devon Graham this summer when he took over the Lake City State Farm Insurance there. He has already managed to reduce my car insurance by about $200 per month and has helped me when the adjuster denied a water break/leak damage claim on my parent's house. He went to bat for me and the adjuster finally covered at least part of the claim damage. The staff in his office was friendly and helpful and made me feel like a valued client. Devon was easy to talk to and tried to meet my insurance needs. I would highly recommend this insurance agent to anyone. Many of my relatives and friends who have their insurance with him speak highly of him and how helpful and friendly he is.
