I arrived at 5:55, was just running in for 1 thing by register. I would have been in and out before 6. Lights were already off when I arrived. They need to post that Lake City Chucks closes at 5:30 so people don't waste their time running in and find out they are closed.

The best place to go to get home supplies, and decorations, and my favorite.... wait for it.... the smoke shop inside is my absolute favorite about this place. Top notch glass, and smoking accessories at a low low price. You HAVE to check it out!

worst customer service ever. I'm 14 and might look a little sketchy to this older woman at the register but she was very rude on this occasion .I was with my friend shopping here and she went to the car before me and while I was at the checkout the woman at the register asked me how much the flower seeds were priced that I was getting and I told her they were four for a dollar and she didn't believe me and made me go to the back of the store with her to look at the price because the thought I was lying to her. she was wrong and I think she was mad about it because she ended up triple charging me for the seeds. others that I know have said the same woman overcharged them before also. and everything is extremely over priced. there was a chair there for $120 when I saw the same one at hobby lobby for $70. also chucks pawn shop isn't a licensed pawn shop its a scam. chuck simply thinks he is a successful grocery and pawn store owner when most of the stuff is bought at the dollar store across the street but he prices it way higher. don't go here unless you like wasting time and money

I'm with the other woman who wrote a review about the unfriendliness toward children. I can't shop this store with my kids (who are pretty well behaved in stores) ever since one of your grumpy employees swatted at my child's hand when she went to touch something on the checkout counter. I used to enjoy coming here to stroll around and find some good deals, but I can't even bring myself to come back here alone after that. I'll spend my money at similar stores like Merchandise Outlet where employees are kind.

Loved the store. Lots to look at. It is clean and bigger than I expected. Found some great deals. A few things were still a bit pricey. But that's ok with me. Will stop back by again for sure. 😁

Staff was very rude both people working. After shopping I asked if I could throw something away and was told the dumpster was too full to throw away a child's diaper. Wrapped up in a tiny bag tied tight. Not sure how full a dumpster would be or a garbage can for that matter.. Honestly Lake city has alot of great stores with very mom and kid friendly staff. I won't be back to this place. They really don't carry anything you couldn't get at one of the 2 dollar generals at either end if town. Or a Roger's who has amazingly kind staff.

The staff at this location are my absolute favorite but I love all locations! Bonnie, Amber I think and Mary ? Not sure if I’m correct but I truly love shopping here because of them!! Thank you, ladies!!

Like going in here. The people that were here are very friendly. It's not a discount store. You would think it would be a little bit cheaper. But it's about the same as everywhere else.

They had a couple decent buys. And a smoke shop inside which I didn’t know. The shelves were kind of bare. Could fit much more merchandise in there. Put in a Redbox and they will get many more customers.

I buy all our pop here. $6.00 a case plus deposit. You can mix all different pop in the case.

They buy unsold items for stores around our area, then they reprice it and sell it. If you're looking to save a buck with food prices or anything, this is most likely the place for you.
