It was very busy due to a special event. The servers do a great job with the crowd. Don't expect fast service when they are packed. Servers need to let people know how long of a wait for food before people order. The cook is good, but works at a pace to ensure good tasting food. Tip the servers well because they work hard and are kind.Wheelchair accessibility: Front door access only from the street.

Excellent food and great staff. Awesome burgers and grilled food. They had a chili community cook off and u got to vote on your favorite at the Christmas parade last week. Also have a great breakfast and lunch menu.Pictures posted were from the Christmas parade that was right out front so their location is on main street downtown and u get to see the cool holiday or whatever events are going on to.

Went to Twilliger's with a couple friends prior to attending the Wolfpack basketball game against Perry. Our server was most affable as well as being attentive to us after we had received our food. The only issue with my fish sandwich was that the bun didn't seem fresh. Other than that, all was good and their prices seemed fair. Would go there again.Parking: Our timing was perfect as we parked right in front of the tavern/grill.

Excellent food and atmosphere for a good bite to eat for lunch. Had the $5.95 cheeseburger basket special. A great burger and hot crispy fries. The service was fast and friendly too.

Staff is super nice. Tonight I had dinner here later at night with my boyfriend and his dad. I accidentally left my card up front after paying. Laurie Curtis was our waitress tonight. Soon after we left, she messaged me on Facebook letting me know I left my card there and was holding onto it for me until I came to get back to get it. Luckily we weren’t far away. We swung by and got it back, I thanked her again for her kindness and making sure no one else took it. She is a great waitress to begin with, but thought this situation deserved recognition for reviews.

I was looking for a small town 100% casual tavern with a country feel and great food. Twilliger’s nailed it! I had some jalapeño poppers and a Philly wrap. The food was delicious. The service I received was superb! Thank you.

Great food with different daily soups and specials. Owner is super awesome and the staff is even better. Has early breakfast on weekdays its the best thing around for a morning coffee and meal. J and T in the morning is a show you don't want to miss. It plays live there every morning 8-11. Its packed with good spirits everyday. Thanks to all at Twigs your very much appreciated.

We went here after our son's soccer game. It happened to be fall festival, it was PACKED! Service was GREAT! Food was great and came out really quickly! We'd definitely go here again/recommend this place to anyone!!

I have to change my review of this place. Went there with a friend to eat dinner. We ordered our food at about 6:00. We ordered their prime rib and perch. At 8:00 we still hadn't received our order. Meanwhile others that came in after us received their food. We inquired with the wait staff as to the delay. Was told it will be right up. Received our rolls which were warm but rubbery. In mid-delivery another wait staff came up and said the food was for a different table. We were then told that it would take another 20 minutes to get our food. We had enough of this poor service. The wait person wasn't willing to help she just kept saying, "Don't get mad at me".Will not ever consider this place as a place to visit again.

It's OK, but considering they are the only bar/restaurant in town it's disappointing to see them struggle. Food is decent but they seem short staffed and slow. The decor hasn't seen an update in years. Not sure the regulars care but I know I would go more often if it was better staffed and cleaned up a bit.

Awesome place! Our hiking group of 12 met there after a hike at Sleepy Hollow. We called ahead to let them know. Fantastic and fast service with a smile, great prices for excellent food! Everyone had a great time. We will be back!

Went on Saturday Eve about 830- 9. Not busy, or crowded. Fairly young server, needs more experience. She didn't move fast enough to stop quick! The prices are fair for about average bar food.

currently eating here after waiting an hour and a half to get our food even put on the grill. we were lied to and told our food was coming out next, for them to continue to serve tables who had arrived long after us. definitely do not recommend if you want a QUICK bite to eat.

The chicken fingers basket is awesome. Waitresses are friendly and checked regularly to see if we needed anything. I only gave 4 stars because it was too cold in there. We had to leave our coats on the entire time. Other than that a great experience.

Waited over an hour for phone, they obviously stayed open for the festival money, but hired NO extra staff, nobody came to see if food was good, waitress lied about food coming up next. stay away, they need management training. One cook only on grill, yet they have a town fair going on, prepare next time.

Warm beer, slow kitchen,poor service. Why did I go there again? Hate to see it going downhill but will not last if it doesn't improve. Time to invest in some updated decor, train staff to be attentive and upbeat, and focus on providing a more enjoyable experience. Food was ok but the tab didn't seem to match menu pricing and server didn't provide the itemized bill. Service fee added on top of that left me feeling like I was getting cleaned out. The competition next door has room to improve but they are still eating your lunch. Cmon Twigs, clean up your act, The 'Burg wants it's bar back!

Had the Cheeseburger special, and it was juicy and delicious. Reasonable prices and large portions. Never been disappointed in the service or meal at this quaint small town bar/restaurant.

Went there on 7/2/16 had lunch and it was fine. Waitress was very good. Went in on 7/4/16 sign outside open noon-10:00 pm. We arrived at 3:30 pm. We went in and got a table and waited, and waited. We went and got the menu's picked something out and waited, and waited. There was one cook, one clean-up person, and one other person who left shortly after we got there. No one said Hi, be with you in a moment. Nothing. So after about 15 minutes we got up and left and went elsewhere for something to eat. If you don't have the help you need on a holiday, don't be open.
