Must have a tee time. Very nice staff. The disc golf course is hard to navigate, and you need a 400ft drive to really enjoy the course. Cages are guarded very well.

Great little golf course. Checking in and out was fast and easy. The employees were super helpful. The course was well kept (throughout )and carts ran fine. They sold drinks and snacks at the front (in case you need anything)I’ll be honest, It wasn’t overly crowded which made for a great time!Would definitely recommend.

Not worth the money or time!!!!!!!!!This has been by far the worst golf course I've ever been too.My buddy and I decided to go here on Father's Day weekend we got a discounted rate and paid $20 each to golf 18 with a cart and let me tell you it was not worth it.The normal rate to golf here is around 30 to $35 for 18 with a cart. The tea boxes have no upkeep and they're dingy. There are no indications for Fairways the fairways managed to blend in with the high grass, the Clubhouse never indicated where we should start or find hole one, the course is extremely confusing. This golf course is also combined with a disc golf course which makes it extremely confusing to find the right hole to tee off on.The cart that we got was outdated and hardly worked, the greens on the other hand were challenging.Bottom line is the whole course was terrible we paid for 18 but we only played 9 because we couldn't stand it any longer.

Never thought I’d play golf on my birthday but it was a ton of fun being out there! Thanks again

The golf was okay. Enough mosquitoes where I question if they had ever sprayed for them. They are also outright price gouging for cart rentals. $17 per person (not per cart) is an absurd cost, especially when that second person doesn't have a cart of their own and is only riding. So it becomes $34 for a couple people to use a single cart. This is also not reflected anywhere on their website. I've emailed their contact email about this issue as well and may update this review depending on the outcome of that communication.

large outings and disc golfers stay away. Disc golfers at this place are 2nd rate players compared to ball golfers our group of 9 people was constantly harassed by the owner to make sure we split up our party even though we had booked the tee time as a group of 10 and we were playing duos. We had ball golfers will poor etiquette, driving on us while on holes that we had already thrown on. Apparently there was a league tournament and the business still accepted open players for tee times. On a 36 hole golf/disc course we were constantly getting ball golfers driving on us on different holes so by the 10th hole on the south course we just drove back to the clubhouse and left. Owner offered rainchecks for tee times but being from out of town - i'd never come back much less want to do for a free tee time. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Meh no thanks. Advertised as a disc golf course and will gladly take your money but unless you're carrying a set of clubs this course should be avoided. They should really evaluate what type of business they want to be.

I ❤ this place a lot! Both disc golf courses (North and South) are fun and have some fantasticly long holes and challenging putts. You get to rent a golf cart if ya want which I highly recommend. Pro shop and snack bar are good and they do serve beer too so that's a fun plus. Textiles are required and it is pay to play

This course is a hidden gem. Lots of new sand traps and the greens are in great shape with new cups.

Excellent service and accommodation for disc golfing. This was my first visit, as well as my first time on a ball/disc golf course AND my first time with the golf cart. I highly recommend using the golf cart on this course--especially if playing all 36 holes! The course design is superb. Just be smart with your approaches around the water hazards!

Nicely laid out, and the prices are very reasonable. This is one of my favorite courses in the area.

The course itself was decent, but the owners were horrible. We came with 6 people and they mentioned 4 people only per group. We agreed and didn't make a fuss. They followed us around on their little flag cart and babysat us the whole time to make sure we weren't playing together. We only did for the first 2 holes until someone came up behind us, then we split up. We know golf etiquette. The course itself is okay. The fairways are nice, but it is difficult to see the difference between the fairway and rough. The greens and tee boxes were pretty rough looking. There are also too many ropes guiding you around. It actually made it take longer to play having to go around them a lot.Overall, with a small group it is a challenging, albeit rough course. Anymore than 4 people? They treat even a group of grown adults like they are 15 year olds ready to tear the place up.Never going again, wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Formerly, I liked this place in spite of the war-torn, troubled tee boxes, the pavement-like fairways in spots, the skanky and out of control water around the 18th green, and other maintenance issues, because the people were nice. However, the despotic presence of a course ranger is a bad move on their part. "There's a lot jam here." Well, of course, because we've added over 30 minutes to our round waiting for disc golfers. And if you must have a ranger, get someone who isn't so rude. Please.

We went to Pine Hills today and was very disappointed. Our first golf cart would not run so we went back to the clubhouse and was given a different cart which was in very poor condition. When we played hole number 11 we had to avoid the sprinklers all the way down as they were running as well on the next 5 holes. We enjoyed the mower person on hole 18 and and also the person who was trimming within 5 feet of us while trying to play our shots. We paid 34.00 for 2 seniors for nine holes. We do not recommend this course as it is over priced for the condition of the course and equipment plus the workers on the course were less than polite and were not professional. The only positive thing of Pine Hill was the young lady in the clubhouse as she was courteous.

We have golfed there for 15 years. Greg has worked hard, and made many great improvements. Employees as well as Greg, are very pleasant and friendly. Try Pine Hills,,you will love it. Beautiful in the fall as such vibrant colorful trees.

Disc Golf courses are wide open and lovely. Had a great time. Little hard to find the tee pads my first time through. Udisc helped that. The south course will eat your discs, lots of water hazards. My new favorite place to play!

One of the best disc golf experiences in the state! Two full 18 hole courses that can each play over 7500ft in distance. The tees and pins are located very well so you still have to navigate some great tunnels and canopy shots while playing down golf fairways 600-900ft long. **Please be advised - Tee Times are required!** On weekends, you can grab snacks and drinks from the food cart on the course. A cart is *highly* advised, due to the long walks between holes. The foursome I played with played all 36 holes, used carts, and it still took us 5 1/2 hours. Walking would have added at least another 2 hours to our day. Do yourself a favor and schedule a tee time at this wonderful course!!

I've played most of the courses around Lansing and while Pine Hills is not at the level of the great courses this area has to offer (Eagle Eye, Akers West, College Fields, ect) I feel totally justified giving it a five star rating. It's what my grandpa used to call a 'farmers track,' built in the 50s or 60s, not long by modern standards with greens that are often very small. When you compare Pine Hills to the competitors in that category and price range it comes out on top.I had played here once before 2 or 3 years ago and liked the small town charm of the place even though the condition left something to be desired. At that time some greens were under repair and a few holes were being worked on because of drainage problems. When i returned in 2016 I was blown away by the condition of the course. The greens were the best i had played that young season and blew away the other courses I had played in that price range. The course design is a lot more interesting than most of the "country" courses I've played and offer some great views of surrounding meadows. There are a number of blind or semi-blind tee shots, tight wooded shots and holes with elevation changes that add challenge to the old-school layout. The members i talked to were all awesome and let a single play through their groups without issue. The back nine has a disc golf course intertwined. I was having such a good time I wish i had brought a few Frisbees so i could try that out as well. This isn't a bucket-list resort but it is a great old-school rural Michigan course where the staff and members will do everything they can to help you enjoy your visit. I see myself playing this track a bunch more this season.

Course has come a long way in the last few years. Bang for the buck is outstanding! Only gripe would be is that at times the cross over with disc golfers can be very frustrating. Most are polite and have good course etiquette but at times guys will pop out of the bushes across a fairway you had no idea they were there. Otherwise this would be a 5 star review.

Very nice course with a nice length for seniors. Greens were a bit tricky and faster than they first appeared. Have watched this course develop over the years and it gets better each year.

Ranger will always be on golfers side over disc. We’re disc golfing, at one point there is 3 Disc holes for one golf hole. The guy comes and yells at use for holding the line up. Absolutely upset this guy favors golfing but offers both. The disc course is decent too. I wouldn’t play here again. Not worth paying to disc golf here when most courses are free

As a disc golfer I love the variety of shots the current course offers. It's a nice change from Michigans "normal" course as you really get to stretch out the drivers. The 18 hole disc course is laid out on the back 9 of the ball golf course. I was worried how the ball golfers would perceive the added traffic but I have had numerous golfer stop to watch a few shots and show interest in the sport.I've heard an additional "championship" 18 holes of disc are planned for the spring. The owners are super friendly and pricing in extremely fair with a cart. Goose times, grab your bag at head out to Pine hills.

My husband golfed while my dogs and I slept in the RV. He loved the short but tight course and almost made a hole in one, he has a picture. He said everyone at the course were very nice. He will play here again.

Beautiful course and so much fun to play! The carts definitely help make this place great but it is a very nice course, very well maintained.

Great beginning course for brand new players trying to learn. As I am new it was less stressful seeing all the holes from where I was driving. Only 2 holes that were truly difficult

Very disappointed with the customer service. They refused to honor a Groupon certificate and could not explain why. Crazy concept. They advertise on Groupon to attract new customers and once they have they refuse the customer. Not a good understanding of business. Golf course is mediocre at best. Definitely not in a position to turn down business or lose customers!! I would rate this place as TRASH!! Free advise for ya...If you don't understand your customers you will NEVER understand your business.

This is our "go to course". Located in Laingsburg its a course for newbies as well as the more experienced. Clubhouse is small, not a whole lot to browse and they have a minimal menu, but the gold course its self has improved over th a years.
