The process went as advertised. It took about 7 hours from start to finish. Our floor went from looking worn, to looking almost brand new. Josh and Ian were professional, courteous, efficient and thorough. Prior to starting work, we were walked through each step. Great care was taken to provide the desired color tone and gloss finish. When the work was done, we were provided with detailed instructions regarding when we could bring back the area rugs and furniture, along with how to best take care of the refinished floors. We are very happy and gladly recommend them to others.

Mr Sandless did an excellent job restoring our hardwood floor to a like new condition. We had some surface scratches and dull spots from our two dogs and foot traffic. After applying several coats of stain and clear sealer, the floor looked great! The employees were very courteous and professional. They communicated with us during the entire process and got our approval for color, sheen and coverage through the various steps. We were amazed at the improvement that they were able to provide without sanding off the original finish! Ian did a great job on our kitchen floor. He was hesitant and careful when he saw the condition of of our very old, very dark cork flooring that had a lot of wear spots. Together we did a lot of testing on the floor and discussed expectations. I understood that the results would not result in a “new” appearance, and we decided to proceed. Ian to extra care to focus on difficult spots and choose a dark sealer which really helped to blend the different textures created by the heavy foot traffic to different areas on the floor over the years.
