This place was so nice, we took our extremely nervous 9 year old cat in and they kept him so calm , the hospital seems to be in a large renovated old home which makes it seem extremely cozy and familiar to an animal, our cat grew up in old houses so i think it maybe kept him calmer. Treated him amazingly and let us stay while his bloodwork processed and took him to the back for his vaccinations. He was barely upset when we got home :) they were also very helpful with explaining his health and I’m so happy he’s healthy thank you LAH !

I cannot express the absolute gratitude I have. I came upon a small sick kitty who I believed was possibly pregnant and I was reaching out trying to garner information/help from any rescues I could get in touch with to educate myself as far as how I could help her without endangering her or any kittens she may or may not have had, as well ad my own young cats and geriatric dog and no one really took much time to really converse with me about her, beyond telling me not to feed her or touch her do she'd go away (never in a million years would I do that!). I called the Laingsburg Vet Hospital and was received with absolute warmth and compassion. Dr. Shinsky volunteered to take her in and take care of her and I am so confident she is in the best hands!

Still taking our pets here! Super friendly staff and was still able to accommodate with covid so our pets stayed healthy!Best place to take pets. Gone there for several years and the staff has always been exceptional to us and out pets. Recently had to put our dog down and they were so compassionate and caring. They are the best! Even received a hand written card from Dr and staff expressing their sympathy for our loss. Highly recommend they. You won't be sorry

These guys are the best! From the moment you walk in the door you feel welcome. There doesn't tend to be a lot of wait time either. It does happen occasionally but there is a better chance of me showing up early and getting seen early. This is not due to doctor being in a rush to move you along either. Doctor always takes time to make sure all of my questions are answered and understandable when answering. We have had a few times animal needs to be seen right away and they have always been able to make time for me. Calls for follow up a couple of days later to ask how a pet is doing. Prices are very reasonable compared to other vets in my area. They are also understanding of the fact that price is something my family does have to take into consideration where deciding what course of action to take. They are also willing to schedule back to back appointments for multiple animals so I don't have to make a ton of trips! Would highly recommend!

I came here with foster dogs through a local rescue, and they were beyond helpful! I can not say enough positive things about the staff and the vet I met with! My schedule was rather challenging, and they still managed to fit me in, even knowing that I wouldn't be paying top $ since I'm with a rescue. I actually brought them a treat to show my appreciation, and that is something I have never done to a business before, ever! That's how awesome they were! If I wasn't moving, I would change my vet to this clinic in a heartbeat!

Update: They got us in a day early. Thank youOur cat had pure blood - no urine. meowing in pain. Staff said we have to wait 6 days to get in. That is poor triage care. Where is the clinical judgement in that? I hope she lives 6 days...... this is different than a sneeze or annual shots. Usually the care is good. In this case I believe a receptionist made a clinical decision without consulting the vet. So sad.

On Monday, June 15, our nearly 15-year-old schnauzer Bear became acutely ill and had to be euthanized. Dr. Hudson and all of the staff were so very kind and compassionate to Bear as well as to his heartbroken human companions. Dr. Hudson assisted our beloved dog gently across the Rainbow Bridge where his next adventure awaits. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

It's hard to trust anyone these days, especially with your animal companions. Even though we have moved away we still drive 40 minutes for visits because we trust them, having had much experience with them caring for our previous dogs.

Small town veterinarian office. No emergency hospital hours that I heard about.Dogs and cats only.Caring employees. Vets explain things well and I learn something each visit.Can take longer than expected. Blood tests process slow. Prices are reasonable.
