Conveniently placed for locals for some quick forgotten items. Though hard to shop as aisles are fairly small and often cluttered allowing only one way access. Prices vary from good to definitely paying for convenience. Staffing is friendly to a polite point. Likely to shop again out of ease.

Today was one of my top worst experience with a worker named 'Michelle'. She yelled at the customers in front of me which was very awkward to listen to. I would never treat a customer like that. When my turn came she kept giving me dirty looks and was annoyed I had one of the 5 of 25 coupons. The store literally gives you them.There was no friendly smile or hello from this worker. I won't shop on any day she is working again.

Witnessed a cashier being rude and impatient with customers. Throwing herself around and rolling her eyes. She held up the line for about 20 minutes to throw a fit. Not a fan of the slow service or bad attitude. Would not reccomend this store honestly.

Very rude cashier named Michelle, likes to try to humiliate customers by yelling at them and rolling her eyes. Very slow service from her as well. Will not return to this location, id rather drive to cass citys location where the workers are all great with amazing service.

They had 50% off certain items, didn't ring up. Brought it to the cashiers attention. She didn't even bother checking to make sure. She told me it was not a clearance item. Well, take the sign down. That store is so cluttered couldn't get to what i needed

I really like the convenience and the low prices..and it really helps that Dollar General is close so you save money on gas when you only need a few things instead of going to a grocery store that is much farther...the staff is very friendly and helpful..the store is always clean and organized...I definitely recommend checking out this Dollar General in Kingston.

Standing in line as a checkout lady with the name tag michelle proceeds to hold up the line forever, making everyone uncomfortable as she yells at customers. I was uncomfortable, my daughter was uncomfortable, and I'm sure everyone else in the line waiting was as well. Horrible customer service, just stopped in for a few things that should have been a 5 minute trip. Wish I would've stopped at the other store in town instead of this one.

Sad to not the hours for Easter at 5:05 was posted at that time and there excuse was oh well it's Easter. Bad business relations with customers. Around 10 cars showed up in 10 minutes after they put up the sign.🤔

Everytime i going in been 1 month or 6 months its discussing messy dirty boxes filled with junk all over the store shelf in a mess. Corp should be embarrassed to hav that store in Kingston. Didnt even want to give 1 star but had no choice i would like corp to get ahold of me that store is bad REAl 👎

The Kingston store is always professionally run and issues usually solved. The Mayville store although very close by is always a horrific experience. Sale staff Deana is the UTMOST tactless individual I have ever encountered. I could tell you VOLUMES ABOUT MY PERSONAL AND POOR EXPERIENCES AT THE MAYVILLE LOCATION.
