Service was very good, very nice and helpful employees. The hours of operation are quite ridiculous. They don't open until 4pm! That means if you live over a half an hour away, you need to delay all your other errands until they are open, or at least later in the afternoon. Not at all convenient!

This place looks like a big warehouse or a processing plant. It was definitely not what I expected as a "customer center." My package said it was waiting here because it could not be delivered to my post office box. Went in the only door I saw and someone gave me my package. There are no signs that say "customer entrance" or "open." I was thankful that I got my package and that I was served quickly, but some more directional signs around the building would be helpful.

I’m wondering why packages are delivered to my porch in the rain! When Amazon asks where to deliver a package and you answer in the garage, why isn’t that done. Had three items for Christmas ruined cuz they sat in the rain! Now I have to send them back and my grandkids are going to have three less gifts to open! Not very happy that instructions aren’t followed…..

Needed to return my internet equipment -only given a qr code for shipping by company, (Always Ask for a Label if not an Amazon return) as our UPS customer center only scans Amazon qr codes for shipping. Staff was friendly.

First of all- don’t bother to call their customer service line- trying to get a real person to talk to requires jumping through more hoops than necessary. If I’m calling customer service it’s because I need help BEYOND what information I can get online. Second, if my package is supposed be delivered and is on a truck- don’t tell me you can’t get it to my house because of “weather” that is occurring 100 miles south of here. Don’t reschedule my delivery for the next day, then tell me you once again can’t deliver because of “weather” that is happening somewhere else. And on top of all that, don’t post that you are going to be open so that when I drive 20 miles to get my package that you can’t deliver because of “weather” only to find a hand written note stating that you are CLOSED! Finally, since you couldn’t deliver for two days because of “weather”, maybe you should rethink being closed on Monday.

Extremely slow when dropping off packages. I would prefer a UPS store in the Iron Mountain / Kingsford area. I only had 4 people in front of me and it took almost an hour to get me taken care of. I had a no box no label return from amazon, the desk person was rude and told me he could get the label but not a box because he was not a store.

We went inside with a package and a code that didn’t work. Instead of sending us away, Lavelle was so kind & patient while helping us figure out what to do. He got it all figured out and our package got shipped out on time.

Thought this would be an easy drop off of two pakages.......nope!Ongoing computer problems meant myself and the UPS guyHad to enter all the rated datatook 45 min. Felt bad for the folks behind us who would have to do the same thing. My self and the guy I worked with tried to have fun and make the best of it.

Package was out to be delivered yesterday. Tracking said it was delivered, it never showed. Called today, first I was told it was delivered, then told it was back on the truck to be delivered today. Again never showed. Pony express from California would be faster and more dependable, than a 40 mile UPS trip from Kingsford to Iron River.

UPS has drop-off center set up well. Parking near door, with very short distance from door to customer care. Quick, convenient location,courteous efficient processing. Low traffic location off East Blvd.The customer home & business delivery staff do a fine job. Through snow, rain & all kinds of weather, they will get it too you.

Amazon delivery expected today. Tracking info said it was out for delivery in Iron Mountain as of 4:30 am today and would be delivered by 8 pm. It is now 8 pm and no delivery. I saw UPS truck drive by my house a couple hours earlier and was surprised it didn’t stop. Anyway, I’m leaving on a road trip for a week to visit family and friends in Illinois and the package I didn’t get was for my trip. I am very unhappy with UPS and will advise Amazon of their failure to deliver.

If I could give this UPS facility negotiate stars I would. I am beyond upset with my experience. I ordered something with Second day delivery on sept. 12. It got to the UPS facility in iron Mountain Michigan Friday, September 14 at around12:40 PM which is the same day as my schedule delivery date by 8 PM. The package was scanned in at the facility then scanned as it was out for delivery one minute later they scanned it back into the facility as if they didn’t feel like bringing my package to iron River which is only about a 45 minute drive from iron Mountain. They even ended up deleting the out for delivery scan from my tracking history. This is happened to other people I know. They have a package on the way and just because there isn’t a completely full truck coming to my location they decide not to make the deliveries they’re supposed to within the timeframe that was guaranteed. To me that is terrible service if something is supposed arrive on a certain date by a certain time and there’s more than enough time to get it there by the specific time then do your job. This facility is lazy and careless and should not exist. It sucks everything I order always has to come though this facility which is why I rarely order anything. Took my chances and yet again disappointment.

Failure to deliver several packages. UPS has returned packages to seller without notifying me, and has held packages at the center for me to pick up. Always some excuse. Online help is automated and of no help.

I heard someone on our porch today and went to take a look at who it was. I was just in time to see our UPS man walking back up the driveway. We live 2 driveways in from a main road and there are road weight restrictions in effect. Our drive way is quite long and the package was about 46#s. I still cannot get over that our delivery man carried it all the way by hand to deliver it! Amazing customer service!

This Kingsford facility needs new management or some form of management & upgrade. They're not up to the standard for UPS facilities & are lacking in many areas. Not the fault of most employees, they try. Put up an actual store & try to abide by your company promises.

UPS for hello fresh delivery is absolutely terrible. Whoever delivers to ludington st shouldn’t even be allowed to drive because they can’t read a note with specific instructions or get out of the truck and put my package by my door.

I was there for a return. Gosh, 4 minutes early but didn't realize it. Man by the door held up his fingers for 5 more minutes.. I'm physically handicapped.. I get hours are their hours but really!!!!

I was very very disappointed!👎Was in Iron mountain in morning, took my elder dogs(2) very hot day and had suitcase to ship! Friend had looked up pricing on internet for me 25 lb pkg $25.50 and 50lb pkg $38.50. Had to pick up my 15yr old beagles ashes at vet then went to ups only to find out they are only open from 4pm to 5:30!! WTH🤔 It was 12:00, So we went to drive thru got food for dogs and selves and water. Went to field next to YMCA walked around Crystal lake😱dogs were exhausted!! Layed in park.. then went to C.J.Design they weighed suitcase 50 lbs said would be $47.oo We don't have much gas and had 3 hrs so went to city park layed in shade..4:00 go to ups weighed suitcase 53lbs $48.00??? All I had on me then I get my money and she says we don't accept cash🤔😱you have got to be kidding!!OMG I drove straight to FedX and it was fast efficient weighed 46 lbs hmm..$42.00 we got to go home..dogs survived ..I will never use ups..scales need update?? I'm hoping that was the case 7 lbs off????wow don't accept cash??? Bad advertising on internet 👎👎

Terrible automated customer service. Difficult to use and poor option choices. Scheduled a pick up for a time sensitive item and UPS didn't follow through.

Only open VERY limited hours.. If not for anything else we need DROP OFF locations open more than 1.5 hours each day.. Even when a package is already to go with a shipping label you can't even drop off.. Our area needs to boycott UPS, as they cannot even allow our town to drop off in a convenient manner.

Package damaged in transit. It’s easy enough to repair. The issue I have is that to file a claim for damage you have to bend over backwards just for UPS to say that it was packaged incorrectly by the shipper.
