Great place to get unique items (large selection of screws and nails which you can purchase by the piece... just like back in the day of Mom and Pop shops) for my tricky carpentry project, amazing staff ..always willing to help! Love the store and staff!

Great selection, friendly workers with good attitudes. Alot of times you go to an Ace n the employees are kinda grumpy n short n you feel like you're inconveniencing them by being there. N boy do they follow you. But not the Kingsford location. That's my new go to👍

Had to get 4 key coppies. Lady @ the front desk was helpful in telling which isle to go down. It took a about 10 minutes. All the keys fit well & work properly. Costs about $7 to get 4 made with nothing fancy added. Quality work. I'd go back again if I ever need another done.

Stopped in to have a look around.I asked Becky where the spray paint was locatedand she smiled and showed me where it was located!Becky is a very good employee and should be given credit for a job very well done.Very nice place to shop.I hope Becky gets healthy and comes back soon.Stopped back into the store and wanted to use a coupon for $10.00 off any product.I asked for Becky and and she was right with me in less than a minute!Becky took me around and showed me everything that I needed!!Please give her an Atta Girl and a Raise!She is Awesome!!!!

Good service. They have a lot of goods that no one else has. Their hours are not working man friendly. Their prices are a bit high but most of the goods justify those prices. Free popcorn is a plus. The staff is very knowledgeable. Parking lot is ample.

Great store. Super convenient when they are actually open. The hours are absolutely awful though. Especially on Sunday. The day people would need to quickly run to the hardware store for an item they need they close at 2pm. I find myself having to go all the way to the home depot a lot on Sunday afternoons. It would be great if the website told you where to find an in stock item in the store.

Tried to buy a grill this morning. Tons of employees around but all too busy chatting to do anything else. I happily left and purchased one somewhere else. If I wanted to buy one here I would have had to start a fire to get anyone’s attention. Not the first time I’ve had this experience here.

Highest customer service score possible Genuinely interested in helping you get what you want, even if you don't know what it is called, and can only roughly describe it. They are the most genuinely interested in helping store employees ever. I try to bring in a picture & that helps, as I usually want the oddest hardware & tools & paint. Just a great place. I went to ace to figure out what i needed for a woodboiler. The knowledge of the employees was outstanding and super friendly! They got everything for me i needed. I will continue to do business with Ace from now on. I also brought in my snowblower to the repair shop and they said it was gonna be 185 dollars and it ended up being 234.00 because when they took it apart they found a bad bearing. Very glad they replaced it and the service was fast and they got my snowblower back to running top notch. Love this place!!!

Beautiful store and the staff is great! Either you need a home improvement item, a piece of lawn care equipment or even a tractor they have it and they have someone who is knowledgeable about it! Definitely stop in a check it out.

I always get great customer service at Ace. You never have to look for anyone to help you, they are always actively looking out for their customers. I don't even think about shopping for hardware anywhere else anymore. I automatically head to Ace. Their prices are reasonable as well.

Pretty much a one stop shopping experience for automotive, yard equipment, or most home improvements. With NAPA under the say door you can't really find a better spot to shop.

I went there today for some simple materials for a small project and it didn't take long for an employee to stop what he was doing and offer to help me find everything. I was very pleased with the customer service here and I was able to get what I needed quickly and get home to finish what I was doing and call it good.Thanks, guys!

Incredible selection of hardware, plumbing, electrical, paint, stains and much more. Outdoor yard and garden supplies. Chain saws and power equipment. John Deere dealership for UTV's, lawnmowers and small tractor's. And they service what they sell. Will actually service small engines of all manufacturers. Plus provide other custom services. Incredible and helpful staff willing to address your questions. I highly recommend this Ace Hardware store.
