2022 Honda Rubicon DeluxeBuying experience was as expected, tool box ripped right off on the trail from how the dealership secured it ( no washers, just straight up u-bolts with nuts). The few small issue I had with the fourwheeler itself during the break in period were promptly taken care of at the break in service.

Please don’t ask them to haul your pontoon. It was wrecked, and they tried brushing it off! They were also supposed to sell on consignment, but after they damaged it, they refused to take our calls! If Eddie is as good at selling as he is dodging, he’s your man

Went to get some 2 stroke packing and figured I'd look at some sport quads but they're non-existent. Not one yfz450. If you don't have a sxs, they probably don't have the parts you need.

Stay clear of this place . Between the absurd hidden additions to their prices, the horrible customer service, and lies.I was looking for a 120 Snowmobile and contacted them on one which apparently was already sold but not taken off the website. They called me a few days later and said they could got another. A year old model but new. Same as the previous one they had listed for $2799, except they were trying to charge me over $3500.00 for the same exact sled. Let alone it being a last years model, they were also trying to charge me 500 plus over the msrp for it. Long story short , I told em to keep it.Couple months later I decided to give them another chance. Seen a couple 4 wheelers on Marketplace (Rancher and a Rubicon) I was interested in making a deal on. Told them I was going to be making a purchase on Wed. Whether it be from them or elsewhere. This was on a Sat. Or Sun. Ran me around for a couple days saying they would check into it and get me a price. Wed. Comes still nothing, so I went elsewhere and told them so to get a response full of nothing but excuses. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking to buy any power sports . I can just imagine their after sales service .

I wouldn't have posted this review had you not charged me $120 for an absolute nightmare. I brought my sled in to get fixed in January. A month went by and I called to check on it. They said they had ordered the parts but they didn't have the tool to work on my clutch. So I call back a couple of weeks later. They found the tool at their Sheyboygan store and will have it next week. Called the next week. They forgot to put the tool on the truck but it will be here next week and we will have your sled done by the weekend. No call, wait another week. Finally I show up and say I want my sled back it's been 3 months. Guess what. They still didn't have the tool and it turns out they were never getting it from the other store, after 3 months! What a joke. Then the guy charges me $120 labor. Never will I ever go there again.

We have been there several times over the last two years and Chris in service is the man. Anytime we have had a problem he is on it and fast. He even sold us our last machine and spent like 4 hours going through top to bottom. Also a big shout out to chris in financing he WILL NOT let a bank pull one over on you. Those two are a great team we will be back many times to come. A great friendship has been formed and they take your concerns seriously. Great job guys!!!! 10 stars if I could! *update* just made our last visit.**2nd update**Well headed back again tomorrow for just a small issue on my ranger. Hopefully goes better then today. This company has some great employees. the service guys and Jeff in parts also deserve a huge shout out. I truly hope the company gets back on board because it truly is a great place when they do work with you. Hopefully back to 5 stars from me and my family

Best part of the sale, we got our machine!!!! They told us they were going to replace the stickers as they were scratched during delivery... still waiting! They told us they were going to ship the manual to a closer store for us to pick up...still waiting. Spare key was going to be with manual... still waiting. Multiple messages left from January through today... still waiting. Customer service is terrible. Would NEVER recommend this store to anyone! 6 months later and still waiting.

If you like Honda products, don't go here. Unless you have money to blow because everything is overpriced. That is why there is no prices listed in store. They know they are overpriced. Go to Cycle City in Escanaba. Thats where I drive an extra 48 miles round trip to purchase all my stuff at I'd say 20% or more cheaper. At Iron Mountain Powersports you would think a Honda dealer would stock Honda stuff right? The multiple times I have gone there for common stuff like oil/filter/air filter they never have it. I run Honda oil and I get that others might run other oil, but you would think a Honda dealer would have Honda oil on hand. They can order it tho and you can wait and then pay 20%+ more

Had a great experience working with Roy on buying a Honda Monkey. He’s friendly and relatable. Even loaded it up for me and strapped it all down perfectly. Everyone I met there was upbeat and nice. 90 miles on the Monkey already and smiling every time I jump on it. Overall very nice job!

I was plowing snow, suddenly my Honda Rancher 350 stopped shifting, hand shifter didn't work either.. I wanted a Honda certified dealer, took it to Iron Mt. Power Sports. I think i made a big mistake! they had it for over FIVE weeks. why? couldn't figure it out? i think they just kept replacing part until they got it right.. charged me $910. Asked them about it and their mechanic. of course they said he was the best ( I don't know about that). Wish I could say better, but i have my doubts. my suggestion, find someone else to service your unit! I am totally disappointed.....

I purchased a used boat in March. I live 300 miles away in the twin cities metro area. They took numerous pictures to help me decide if this boat was for me. They even stayed late on a Saturday so my brother could take pictures of the boat. Once I decided I wanted the boat, I made numerous maintenance requests for items to be completed before I arrived. When I got there everything was done and the service department answered all my questions. It is a very honest and up front place. They do not apply pressure and provide good service. There prices are very fair. I would not hesitate doing business with them again. I was very pleased with my experience.

The guys in the service department are awesome!!! I was in Iron Mountain fishing, and my boat wouldn’t start. I asked them if they could help me. The service manager said they were swamped, but he said we could take a look. They got me back on the water in less than an hour!!! Unfortunately they are 3 hours from my home. Otherwise I would do a lot more business with them!!

While every step of the process was smooth and painless and I was continually provided with excellent service, I want to commend a few individuals in particular. First, George at Iron Mountain was super helpful, responsive, and genuine. He was clear, treated me with respect, and went the extra mile to get me hooked up. Second, I want to recognize the staff at the Marquette branch where I went to pick up my scooter. They were all very helpful, informative, prompt, and knowledgeable. I would happily recommend this business to anybody.

I bought an extended warranty through IMP Powersports for a new Polaris. After a few months I cancelled it. I waited 6 weeks and no refund. I sent a letter and did not get a reply. A few weeks after that I sent another letter. I got a call from Mark and he said it takes 6-8 weeks. I told him it has been 6-8 weeks. He said it should be here soon. 6 weeks went by and I sent a letter to the manager Sarah. I did not get a reply. I am sending her another letter today. I don't expect a reply. If you are buying something they are all over it. If you have a problem you are on your own. This place is not what it use to be. I have bought equipment and brought many things there for repair. I probably will not do business with them in the future.

Don't go here if you value your life. We bought a 2017 polaris ranger 570 full size from iron mountain powersports. After a trip we parked in the carport and it started on fire. Burnt the carport, push mower bike and power lines above the carport. The burning Polaris threatened our lives, dogs life , home and neighbors home. Shout out to the firefighters who responded and the power company for repairing the lines quickly. The dealership will not refund any money. Lawsuit filed. Wish us luck!

We were in the market for a teryx. They had one that caught my eye. I messaged them and I was contacted promptly. I had a trade so they offered me a fair amount and we decided to go thru with the purchase. I live 1.5 hours away, they had most of the paper work ready when I got there. They took my machine and brang out the new one in a timely manner. I dealt with Russ mostly who was very helpful with all my questions. I also dealt with Kris he was the paperwork guy he was also great with answering questions and helping thru the process. Very happy with my experience and would recommend these guys to anyone. Terrible service! Do not take anything here to get fixed. You buy something from them and that’s it, that’s all they care about is making a sell. The technician’s can’t fix a machine for the life of them. They try to blame their problems on you or say it’s faulty parts from dealership. And make you pay for it! Don’t bother calling the owner either cause she won’t get back to you. Worse service place ever!

No prices on anything! This forces you to get some pushy salesman to tell you the price of each machine, most likely gauging what you can afford by the way you dress and vehicle you drove, then pricing things accordingly.Hey Iron Mountain Power Sports, believe it or not but people care about the cost of items they purchase. You keeping this stuff intentionally hidden is sleazy and unethical. I was honestly there to purchase two 4 seater side by sides, brought cash and my trailer but I'll go somewhere else since who knows what the real prices are.

Most awful sales experience I have ever had, in my entire life! If I could give 0 stars I would! Found a polaris rzr online thru them,called there, spoke with George and inquired about the machine, and we were told it was a beautiful machine, with absolutely nothing wrong with it, in showroom condition. My husband had made the initial phone call, I was not sold on the machine so I called later that night and spoke with George again, just wanted to double check that we were coming to get the machine he said since we were coming 3 and a half hours for it. he assured me it was immaculate, but then tried telling me very rudely that I was getting a hell of a deal..he said we were getting a $22,000 machine for $16,000 well I knew better than that and laughed at him. Headed to Michigan the following morning, fairly optimistic that we were coming home with our new toy, got there to see the machine, only to be disappointed! The immaculate machine that we drove 3 and a half hours to see, had rusted A arms, decals peeling, and scuffs in the paint! I was beyond annoyed. We decided that we were still interested but only if they would move on the price...that was a joke came back slapped me in the face with wanting to give me $100 off! Told me the biggest issue was the A arms, and those just needed paint! Seriously?!?!? Paint doesn't fix rust! Completely disgusted we decided to walk away when we remembered we gave them a refundable deposit of $100 if we chose not to take it, when we asked for the credit they came back with the original charge receipt and the credit receipt and turns out they lie about more than the machine, charged our card $500! These people are crooked! When I initially read the reviews, I gave them the benefit of the doubt on the crappy reviews just bc people are more apt to write a bad review versus a good, well I'm kicking myself for not listening to them! Completely disgusted by this place and their employees! If you are thinking about spending any money here, BE CAREFUL! But I would like to thank the staff at Iron mountain, because of the most awful service we recieved, and because we walked away, we did manage to find the most amazing dealership we have ever dealt with and that was cozzys in Marinette, do yourself the favor of looking at their reviews and checking them out before doing anything!

Worst shop I have ever been to by far. They said my bike was fixed and running fine, but as soon as I started it up it was poping and backfiring. A 300 dollar bill and they did absolutely nothing. Wish I could give it less than one star. Never bring anything here to have work done.

I still haven't shaken my last experience at IMPS.EXORBITANT price to swap motor, trolling motor, stereo, speakers, controls, gauges, etc., from old boat to new boat.You'd think they'd provide an estimate when work is going to be that expensive. Nothing. They obviously think that most people could care less about the cost when in fact, most people care tremendously.In the past, they've quoted me for winterization, etc., so why not this time, especially in light of the super high cost? The $2100 total was sprung on me when the job was finished. I never would have proceeded with the project had I known the total cost. It was nearly half again the price I paid for the boat.If you plan on having work done, get an estimate IN WRITING before they start the work.For what it's worth, everything I've ever had done there has been pricey. This was the last of my money that they will see.Redline in Norway isn't that much out of my way. I wish I'd have checked with them on the work before I had IMPS do it.

Cody was my salesperson and I was able to buy the motorino on line. He sent me lots of photos so I could see the one I was buying. He was dependable, fair and always got back to me quickly. Since I live in the Houghton area, he arranged to have the motorino brought up here from Iron Mountain. When I went to the store to sign papers, the staff that I needed to talk with were available, friendly and helpful. I would buy from Iron Mountain Power Sports again

Very shady business. Terrible customer service. Went to trade in a boat and all they did was insult me on my trade. Not willing to work with you if you're an average person looking for used powersports. This place is all about making money, they have the small UP cornered with their 3 sales shops, and don't care who they run over. Wouldn't spend a penny here or recommend anyone else too either!
