For the most part the employees at this particular store are respectful and nice, but one in particular named Mario is constantly rude and disrespectful. In my opinion customer service is the wrong field of employment for people such as him

I shop here all the time and the staff is always friendly but not only have the prices increased a fair amount over the last 2 months but everything rings up for even more than the listed price at checkout. I give up. I can't even afford to buy the most basic food anymore.

Nice people and lori the store manager deserves a lot of this credit. Shes kind shes smiling all the times ive been in there wich is a lot I can say and lori is always working and working hard at her job constantly . Customers are always asking when she may have a day off that store is a mess lines of people waiting and putting there stuff back and it happens a lot in the store by shopko. Give lori a raise it u can shes a hard worker. Thank you Mrs Laurie Tengesdahl

My son purchased a pair of ear buds while shopping w his dad. Then he waited for his dad to finish up shopping. A female employee walked up to him , ripped the earbuds out of his pocket and accused him of stealing. When my son produced his receipt, the rude woman handed them back and walked away. No apology. No "I'm sorry I unlawfully touched you!!" I intend to find out her name and report her to management. This should have been handled way differently.
