Someone please tell the owner that nobody wants to hear him go on and on about how they are number 1 in the region. .He held my ice cream hostage last night until he was finished telling me how great they are. I don’t hate the place, but I don’t know how this is possibly true!! The food is mediocre, the ice cream is a hit or miss, they are extremely slow and the inside atmosphere is not even a little bit good!! In my opinion the DQ in Norway is a lot better.

My family got here within 5 minutes of them closing. We got our kids out of our van and then read the sign on the hours on the door. A girl waved us in. 😁 She gave me the receipt saying I could take their survey for a free dilly bar, which I will do! She said her name was Lexi. Thanks for the great service. We will definitely come again!

If you order any type of burger check to make sure it's right before leaving the restaurant!! They messed up a plain cheeseburger 4 times.... it's a good thing I like the ice cream otherwise I'd never go back...Kid-friendliness: They do have a kids menu at kid height with pictures which I thought was pretty cool.

Not only is the food good here but so is the service. We waited only about 5 minutes for our food, and the girl apologized and explained the situation, I had no reason to be upset even if she had no explanation but I felt it was very considerate of her to explain. I've been to other dairy Queens in the UP, and this one is BY FAR the best! Amazing food and amazing service, keep it up!

Usually it seemed really organized when the guy works, but today wow! No control very unorganized staff, alot of people waiting. And the ice cream didn't even taste like ice cream.

The ice cream is okay. The food is nowhere near the quality it was in years past. I don't think I've ever gotten a fry that isn't cold. Even the chicken strips have gone downhill. Everything's a little expensive just like everywhere else. They're also closed on Sunday which is just silly. It never fails that when you want ice cream from Dairy Queen it's Sunday. They do have the best cheeseburgers but they're so expensive now unless they have a deal it's not feasible for most people to actually eat there If you fill out the survey on the receipt you can get a free Dilly bar. I don't need to tell you that because they'll tell you that every single time you go there. Nine times out of 10 you're going to go there for ice cream and you're going to get behind a family of seven all ordering food that you will have to wait behind. I think I've seen it one time where they've asked the car getting food to pull forward so that I could get my one ice cream item in a reasonable time frame.

Do not work here ever. My coworker was harassed by an older employee and the employee wasn't punished enough. They then gave all younger employees less hours. They fired a bunch of employees using the excuse that they needed to let people go during the slow season. Yet they kept the now hiring sign up. Never use the as a reference they will tell them that you were a bad employee they have done this to many of my ex coworkers. Kitchen is not clean. Bad people hired. Don't let your child work here I recommend anywhere than this dairy queen working here was pure hell you call yourself a Christian business but I never felt cared about there if I could give zero stars I would have

Well, I picked up lunch for my husband. The fries were very over cooked. He can't eat peanuts and he's not crazy about chocolate so I asked for Butterfinger bits instead and less chocolate. Still had quite a bit of chocolate. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I'll go back because the service and food is usually very good.

Great food, but they take forever in the drive through and the restaurant is straight gross. The place has been the same, same chairs and booths since my dad was a kid (he's 49). Although the customer service is very good, I always walk in and am greeted with smiles.

Foods always dry. Ice cream always melted, even in the winter. Hours aren’t updated and they are ALWAYS closed. Employees always have the nastiest attitudes.

I love coming here. I am sad that the close on sundays but I understand that some people follow their religion but business should not mix with religion in food industry. The crew are happy and friendly and they know how to make an amazing blizzard

Sure has changed.....definately not as good. My recent visit was horrendous!! Dry burnt tasting burger and not so good service. Very unfriendly employees! Didnt even know how to properly mske change.

Very rude staff, very slow. My husband my kids and I went for a late dinner, 7:45 they close at 8pm. But all 4 ladies were SUPER RUDE. They didn't even acknowledge us until 7:55pm then they gave us dirty looks, cocky remarks, and didn't prepare our food properly. WE WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS DQ and corporate must take action!!!
