On our vacation, our 18 year old cat was nauseated and unable to keep food down. Dr. Chadwick evaluated and treated him and we were able to continue on our vacation. The staff was wonderful. Pam, Dylan and Emily were completely professional in every way.We were fortunate to have found Dr Chadwick and fortunate that she was able to work us in for care. She was very kind, respectful, and a superb Veterinarian! We thought the cost of the care was reasonable. We would recommend Kinross Veterinary Center with the highest 5 star rating!

They were able to squeeze my dog in as a new patient, same-day, for an injury and even got her up-to-date on all vaccines and gave helpful/thorough after-care instructions.Staff was very kind to both me and my pup and didn't make me feel rushed in spite of being so busy. Super impressed- will definitely go back!

I have nothing but great things to say about this place. I am from out of town and needed some immediate assistance in the Upper Peninsula on a holiday weekend, and couldn't find anyone to help. Every place was closed or already booked up etc (Marquette, Newberry, etc), including the emergency/hospital places, or they didn't accept new clients. So happy to have found these folks. They scheduled an appointment that day, no problem. They reviewed his file, answered questions, the staff was super nice and accommodating, my dog couldn't move or hold himself up so they even brought out a stretcher so that i didn't have to carry him inside which would have made him more uncomfortable than he already was. The service you get vs the price you pay here is unlike any vet or animal hospital I've ever stepped foot in. I cant thank them enough for being there for my poor dog in a desperate time of need and how above and beyond this vet center goes. Its very clear they are not just out to maximize profits which seems to be the norm these days. They must really like what they do, and it shows!

Really impressed with this vet! We were up here for the summer and needed to get our pup spayed. They did a fantastic job and were diligent about following up to make sure she was healing okay. Their prices are SO reasonable compared to another quote I got for a spay. They also gave my toddlers candy when they were having a meltdown in the office. (Thank you from a busy mama!!!) Overall really happy with our experience there! Keep up the good work!

Such a great caring office for our dog, from both the staff and Dr. Chadwick. The diagnosis was made on our first visit and was then proved with genetic testing. We finally had to put her down. The sincerity and professionalism was awesome for this emotional event!

We have been to many vets in other states before moving to this area. Our 2 puppies get great care from Kinross Vet Center. When my daughter visited us her pup wasn’t feeling well they took him in to help. Thank you to the whole staff. Keep up the great caring work.

Love this vet and the folks that work here! They are so good with the animals, and their owners. There is no hard sell for tests or procedures, and all options / alternatives are presented in clear understandable language. The waiting area and exam rooms are neat and clean. You are seen right away; everyone is friendly and efficient. We have never waited - we show up, they know who we are and why we are there, they weigh our pet and get his vitals then the doc comes in and does her thing and we’re done. Our pet has been less than sociable with other vets/techs - he’s been great here. Check out is quick and pain free. Lots of parking. So happy we found KVC!

Although our visit was an emergency call on a Sunday morning, the Dr. on call was as nice, and friendly as you could ever ask for. She was professional and "matter of fact" while still treating our little dog Genny with great care, and attention. If your pet is ever in need, do not hesitate. This place and the staff are #1 in our book!

Everyone in this office is amazing. They are always so busy, but still take the time to make every pet and pet owner feel important. Even when they're going in 100 different directions they always give good service. I'm so glad that I found them. Doctor Chadwick always takes the time to give you all the information you need. I really appreciate the job she does. 100% recommend Kinross Vet.

Doctor and staff are fabulous. Our 8 cats and 3 dogs are patients. Bedside manner for patients and owner is top notch. Care has always been superb. I have never been overcharged the prices are low compared to the level of care. I appreciate how the doctors and staff explain issues in terms to insure understanding. I have never had experience that was so top notch in a veterinary clinic, on our saddest day, or a regular check up, this clinic holds to a higher standard of care than any other clinic I've been to.

I've come here a few times in the last year, and each visit was a pleasant experience! They've also gotten me in twice on very short notice with no problems even though they were extremely busy, which I appreciate a ton!
