I ordered some food from DG with delivery on door dash. This store thru out my dasher and said we are closed, while my dasher was at the checkout, she just needed a minute to get her card to pay for my things. Never mind that I don't have a vehicle and have to go without any food to eat. This store on m13 in kawkawlin michigan has very poor customer service. I will never shop here again. That's what being a old disabled lady gets for my troubles. Shame on you, for taking away my food!!People just don't care about others like they did before. Such a rude person, haven't you ever of being polite and to treat customers with respect.

Show up at 8:17 and door wouldnt open lights were on but no one around i knocked for a few mins until i gave up and left. Change your times or leave notes if you not gonna be there when your hpurs say you will!

Does anybody work there???? Stood at checkout for over 5 minutes not a single person could of walked out with anything no one would of known.so ended up going to another store bad service

Fourth Dollar General today and I'm still finding different stuff. I absolutely love these stores!!!! My friend and I got an ice cream bar for a snack from shopping. But before the snack, I managed to find two new bandanas! I was extremely excited! I also picked up Did for the first time ever. I'm hype to learn that game. And a movie I've never seen before! The store was extremely clean and the employees were very polite.

There was a guy and gal working. The guy was waiting on a customer while the girl stood there talking to the customer. I was standing in line watching her carry on a conversation with the customer while myself and a woman and her kids. The gal said to the woman I can take you down here when I had been waiting longer and was next in line. These young kids have no concern for the customer.They don't know how to say hi how are you. I guess they don't realize that it's us customers that pay their wages by coming into the store.

The lights have been out for close to a year and still have not been fixed. The store is always messy and isles are cluttered. Today, there was broked glass and no one waa concerned. Placing another call do DG headquarters in Tennessee.

Little store, dark, most all lights were out. Should have put skylights in, if electricity is too high. Has a lot of selection for such a small store. I would go back.

For as many people that were working not one said anything. And it is not very bright in this store. The cashier wasn't friendly And the place was a mess.

Got there at 8:49 (they close at 9:00)and they looked right at us when we were walking to the doors and locked them and walked off. Absolutely never going there again!

Some items in the store were as much as or more than Meijer. So you might as well go to a regular store to get the items. I will not be back.
