All of my feeders came from Wild Birds Unlimited. They are high quality feeders that have lasted years and years. If I need a new perch, or rubber cover for one of my feeding station branches, they have them on hand and give them to me for free. I also buy my birdseed and peanuts from Wild Birds Unlimited. My birds love it better than any other seed. They have always been kind and helpful in the store. I haven't been in since my husband died, and use the free delivery option. My seed is always delivered prompty; often the very next day!

Wow. So nice. Parking lot was full but they have 2 reserved spots. Went right in. Not for bird food. 35 years ago i went into wild birds in royal oak. Was hooked on music of the spheres wind chimes ever since. Asked the lady if they had more wind chimes she said no. All they had was woodstock brand. I almost left but then i started listening to them.I hate tinkly tinkly wind chimes. Love good sounding wind chimes. Have given many music of the spheres windchimes as house warming presents. Wanted to surprise the GF as we had just finished an expensive composite deck.Bought woodstock brand amazing grace. Oh theyre amazing alright. Beautiful sound and they come with volume control. Adjust the paddle and the hammer and if there is a strong wind they dont go off. In a gentle wind they can be loud or adjust it and when they strike it can be very soft. And these chimes claim they resonate and sound longer at lower levels and they do!You could adjust these for sleeping and they would 100 percent be soothing and you could fall asleep. They had all the bracketing for my brand new deck. Sorry music of the spheres but I have a new brand!Think about the last 35 years and all the things that have gone. WBU is still here and EXACTLY the same. How? Why? Because some things SHOULDNT change and this is one of them.

I have no idea why that person gave such a bad review other than she didn't like having to comply wearing a mask...we all have to do it whether we like or not. Heather when I was in there was VERY helpful and knowledgeable!! I love her cat that roams around in there too!! Great little store!!! Great gifts too!!!

A very cute store that has plenty of your backyard bird/squirrel needs. There is a wide selection of bird feeders, and seed. The chubby shop cat was a pleasant surprise!

Very friendly and knowledgeable folks. I bought a feeder that my birds then ignored. It was still in new condition and I cleaned it and took it in hoping for store credit. They happily took it back and offered a full refund. They helped me choose another one that might have better luck, and gave me a bit of seed to start it with. They have a huge selection of feeders. They don’t sell cheap stuff, but the feeders I looked at were high quality and come with a warranty.

Awesome everything-you-need to enjoy birding or simply create a welcoming environment for birds in your backyard. Extremely helpful and kind staff and great product selection. A treat - Peanut, the store cat, is an example of how human kindness can make cohabiting the planet wonderful. Val one of the owners possesses a wealth of knowledge and has created one of the most engaging spots for enthusiasts.

High prices! Staff didn't seem very helpful and we're panicked if you didn't wear a mask properly! I had to laugh when I accidentally got too close to the worker! I will try the Lansing store, maybe they are friendlier and more helpful!

I recently became a customer of Wild Birds Unlimited in Kalamazoo. I was looking for a fixed platform bird feeder--not one that hangs from a shepherd's hook. I was happy to see they had these in stock. I also ordered suet, seed, bird bath, and finch feeders. Shipping was FAST and Heather was great with communication. WBU Kalamazoo offers hot pepper suet and seed to deter squirrels. I look forward to giving them my continued business supplying my backyard nature preserve!

This store has a lot of bird feeders, food and accessories. The prices are on the high side. The staff seems knowledgeable but not too interested in interacting with customers. Just kind of brusque and I've felt this on both my visits here.

While the store was closed d/t the pandemic, I ordered bags of seed on two occasions and each time the seed was delivered by a store employee within hours! Great place.

I feel very uncomfortable in this store. I find the staff to be unfriendly, not particularly helpful and seemingly unappreciative of my business. Another reviewer described them as "brusque." I would agree.

Bought a bell feeder from their Westnedge store which was over 7 years ago (no longer there), probably more. Thought it was hype that it had a lifetime guarantee but the top broke this winter and the owner lived up to their word and replaced it!!!!
