Don't go thru the speedy checkout. 20 min in line is excruciating... And I wanted to change but everything is backed up. I'm not sure why this is so messed up. Nobody has that much. Cashier maybe?

Since this store is under reconstruction, it is difficult to find what you need. Hopefully, it will be done soon, and customers can go back to being able to know where things are. The employees are very helpful in helping the customers find what they need. That is appreciated.

Apparently they just put into effect that you can't return or exchange anything without a receipt. So items you're given as a baby gift that don't fit or work, you can't do anything with. All I needed was a simple exchange of sizes and they wouldn't do, horrible customer service! :( items still had tags and were not touched or open and now I'm out because of a new rule they have made! So sad!

Worse customer service. Waiting in bottle return for over 20 minutes, just to be told we know the machines don't take Walmart brand soda cans(Walmart brand soda Summit and they don't take their own brand. Several items in cart at self checkout had to be taken away, factory recall (only two cashiers open) Several just standing around. Bottle return (what I could get from recycling machine) not taken at self checkout ( Which Walmart seems to only have available to customers now) Manger about useless. For a multi billion dollar company, one would think of better standards, Not for store number 5064 Gull road Kalamazoo. Will not be shopping there anymore.

Gull Road the best Walmart. The store is clean the staff friendly thanks checkout Bodie. Have more checkout personnel so you dont have to do self checkout. Aisles are wide and open no one stocking shelves in your way. Never go to 9th street Oshtemo again. Great job Gull Road.

No cashiers, empty shelves, prices on shelf tags do not match what you pay at register. Spend hours checking out while managers and extra u-scan employees stand around. Treat you like a criminal when you are leaving, always want to see your receipt right after checking out.

So you can ship a single container of mio, twelve weeks after we ordered it but you can not possibly be bothered to bring us the stuff we ordered at 8am , 8am, 8am this morning? A service we pay for along with our Paramount plus account? 8am.

I hate going to Walmart because there are only one or two checkouts with personnel operating the registers. That means an additional REALLY long wait time. I have been in line for an hour and that's ridiculous.Even the self checkout has a long line.There's very little in the way of bargains that outweigh the hassle that is Walmart.

I honestly think this is the worst Walmart ever.I get followed by the big guard every time I'm in there. Which is crazy, seeing how that guard has watched me buy other people's groceries for them and still treats me like I'm a criminal.The last straw for me was when I said out loud how "it would be nice to not be followed every time I'm here." Then turned around and made eye contact so he walked to the next aisle and stood there. I left my cart where it was and left. They obviously don't want MY MONEY. I shop at Meijer now. They like their customers.

This is just another Walmart. You can buy pretty much anything here like all the other Walmarts. Overall it's a good store and has few extra amenities compared to other nearby Walmarts. The location is great and the there is ample parking with bunch of other businesses located at the end of the parking lot. There is no gas station here. The service and the employees can be a tad better regarding their jobs instead of gossipping non stop. One big thing is that this store always has carts as compared to the other ones.

Went to return bottles… ALL 6 machines were down so we informed an employee.. Waited 45 minutes to be told “The bottle return room should have been shut down today, sorry…”.. soo I had to get more garbage bags to but all my 2 carts full of bottles back in bags and go somewhere else..

This location is the best location I've been to in Southwest Michigan so far. They were organized, clean, had large lanes to accomodate traffic, and are the only location nearby that had exactly what I was looking for.

The shelves are not well stocked. Employees are not well versed on where to find items and aren't interested in assisting you to find out where they are either. When you're ready to check out you'll only find a couple lanes open so it seems they cater to people using self checkout!!😥

This Walmart (Gull Rd.,Kalamazoo MI) is very clean, well organized and has some more"boutique" type products. This Walmart had PLENTY of helpful, available staff, ready (and HAPPY) to assist while they were busy organizing /cleaning the store. 👍👍I wish I lived closer to Kalamazoo so I could use the Gull Road Walmart all the time!The Walmart in my hometown (Benton Harbor, MI) is DIRTY , the few team members present often seemed "annoyed" or upset that I ask for assistance (but almost never has anybody actually been available to help; in electronics or any other dept.).In the past 3 years in my hometown Walmart I have RARELY if ever seen a team member cleaning/organizing the store. Heaven help you if you need assistance in the Benton Harbor, MI Walmart.👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

They are selling liquor, but no one have liquor self key after talked 4 5 walmart employees, no one come back with key I wasted my time 15 to 20 minutes, they need stop selling or give a key every employee

meh. its walmart. speaky espanole after 8:30 pm at this store. my fave? dollar tree next door. shop with a buddy, dont shop alone. there is a homrless encampment nearby.great deals. it helps to br focused sed ss yo what you want. not as nice as meijers.pharmacy nice.

They don't take care of their carts their employees don't work very hard they do their job to the bare minimum and they store has security that drives around the parking lot but yet the parking lot is always covered in trash and carts because they let everyone get away with being dirt balls it irks me to see the disgust and filth of people who shop at this Walmart in particular because their disrespectful and lack normal human respectfulness

The associate often seen in lawn and Garden lounging around is an associate from the deli, NOT lawn and garden, he goes there on his breaks and annoys the customers and lawn and garden associates and makes the real lawn and garden associates look bad. Also the fitting rooms are ALWAYS closed so if you buy something keep your receipt so that you can return it if you don't like it.

The staff seemed reasonably friendly and they definitely have more patience then I do. A lot of rude entitled people were there the day I was. I would give it more stars but due to the fact barely any lanes were open and it was a longggg wait in self check out 3 stars it is.

Great place to shop bigger and more selection of things, employees were nice and prices low. Only downside was they need more security outside in parking lot. There was a bad fight between a man and woman and me and my child had to step in. I trying to stop the fighting and my child 15yrs old running around trying to find their security people.

Not happy, it was Wally World—I’m greatly displeased with self check out—we don’t get a discount for saving them labor, then you get accosted at the door—-if you need to frisk every customer as we leave (slight exaggeration , but you get my point)
