I had a 2 year old grand son burning with fever and they had problems with their computers. They told me my grandson had no insurance, before I left they call the police at me because I refuse to live with out the medicine.This people had no compasión I had the baby in the car they did not care. Some how this place has problems with their sistem because this is not the only time that happened to me also my friends and daughter had this kind of experience.I went to Meijer they had no problem and I had the medicine.The service in the Walgreens on Stadium Dr. And West main is the worse I have ever had. Probably they do not like Latinos.

Store itself and pharmacy are fine. Employees are always friendly. Convenient location to home.Attracts a sketchy crowd and/or panhandling sometimes, so I avoid going after dark.

I just drove 45 minutes one way to pick up my son's script and they are closed despite every single site on Google saying the pharmacy is open 9-5 on Saturday and Sunday! I am beyond angry because now I have to make this drive again Monday morning and my son has to go two days without his medication!! UPDATE YOUR HOURS! Even the Monday- Friday hours are wrong on YOUR WEBSITE!!

I ordered a ship to store package to this Walgreens and had no help from the manager at all. After my package was dropped off accidentally in the pharmacy area, she checked over in that area and told me that there was no package for me there. She was also very rude when I showed her my confirmation email complaining about the brightness on my phone. Although this happened, I had a very positive experience with the manager Tyler and his co worker that found the package for me.

Every time I come to the pharmacy the techs have a really unpleasant vibe. They’re really rude literally every time, I’m 9 months pregnant and it makes me really uncomfortable to get my medicine from here.

It’s only three stars bc I have no friggen clue how they get away doubling the price of tampons than at other stores. Without a doubt taking advantage of the lower income population down here. Really super mega disappointing

This Walgreens is trash, a zero star rating would more accurately depict the service you get at this place. They close their pharmacy at random hours outside of their stated “normal operating hours”, and stay closed for days on end. You’ll also spend about a half hour in line with 3 people in front of you because the individuals that work here are clueless. Save yourself some time and drive a few extra miles, you’ll be glad you did.

My son had a drive through rapid test done on Tuesday 9/7 at 4:30. They said to expect the results within 24 hours. Well after 36 hours I called and was rudely told to “give the lab a call” I asked for the number and they said it was on my confirmation email. I hung up, and of course there wasn’t a number on said email. I went to a different Walgreens to have myself checked for covid via rapid test. I explained to that pharmacy tech about my experience with this Walgreens (Michigan) , and she told me it was “unacceptable, they have the results at the store”. After receiving my negative test results within the hour, I called this Walgreens again, and after a run around with different pharmacy staff, they called me back saying they lost the results, or something like that. The woman I spoke with this time (Kendra) apologetic , but the rest of the staff was rude. And obviously it’s a big deal to not have written confirmation of negative test results so my son can return to school. I don’t usually write reviews. But jeez. Give me a break.

the Mexican manager mumbled "pendajo" when I asked her a question. As a veteran I find this extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. I hope anyone reading this avoids this place at all costs. I rather be in a warzone then experience this level of discrimination and malice.

A little compassion goes a long way. I can't believe how I just witnessed a homeless man being berated in the store. Argumentative employees. If there's a shoplifting issue, call the cops. You shouldn't be aggressively confronting them. You'd think they were being stolen from personally, yet whilst their being paid pennies and their corporate overlords are exploiting them and becoming wealthier by the second they're treating another inhumanely. Despicable.

wish there was a zero star. the manager that's Mexican that usually works in the afternoon is the embodiment of what is wrong with this country. she is lazy useless and very stupid and not to mention fat and greasy.

Used to spend a fair amount of money here. Going a few times a week. Being so close to home was convenient. However, what I just witnessed and experienced was unacceptable and I'll never shop at any walgreens again. Randomly posting a sign on the window saying they'll close early today. I arrive a minute or two before 6:30 the "new" closing time as people are exiting I go to enter and am scolded and told to get out. I wasnt the only person being turned away like this either. how was anyone supposed to know this change was happening? I have some points saved up I'll spend those but then I'm avoiding walgreens at all costs. how a company can say and claim they're here for the customer during this tough times then push people away like that.

I don't use the pharmacy there but for every other department! Staff is always super friendly,fast and efficient. The store has been clean inside and out and shelves pretty much stocked all of the time. Love their rewards card too!

The pharmacist, Chris, at Michigan Avenue Walgreens, was very helpful ironing out the insurance glitches so that my husband and I could get our Covid Booster. It did take some extra time and a quick trip home for our newest Medicare cards. However, the wait and inconvenience were worthwhile as Chris was experienced at giving shots as well as extremely personable.

Incorrect hours online, and they close at random times. If you call you’re often put on hold and then they hang up on you so you have to call and go through the robot 5 times to get past the hold.

I made an appointment for a covid test, and this was the only location I could find with an opening. I drove almost an hour to be told that their covid testing wasn't working. They couldn't have notified me? I even received a reminder email that morning of my appointment. This was a mandatory test I needed done, and the pharmacist was not at all apologetic. Absolutely ridiculous.

Spent 20 minutes on hold. Noone ever answered. Was trying to find out what drug the automated service was trying to say when they called me about a refill. If your staff can't pick up the phone then you need more help. No wonder your turnover is so bad.

Usually very good. But today (4/27) a clerk (blond lady) was walking around without a mask, walking close to customers, almost brushing between them. Very surprised to see this, especially as the new regulations (and common sense) require them.

I find them to be very friendly and knowledgeable. They are human and can make mistakes like all of us. They are understaffed and now are classified as a clinic so they are even more overwhelmed . Give them a break.

Had 7 refills left on my Rx and tried to transfer my Rx to Wal-Mart. One of their pharmacy staff told the pharmacist at Wal-Mart I had zero refills. Called them and ask how many refills I had, tech said 7. They are completely incompetent and don't trust them to get my Rx filled correctly as clearly they will not transfer a Rx to a different pharmacy. If you don't like the competition, DO YOUR JOB!!!!

Do not expect any more than less than bare minimum. Pharmacy is a joke. Do you not expect your medication‘s to be ready when they say they will be.
