Connie was beyond helpful! I rescued a cat that was matted and needed to be groomed. She was able to get off all of his mats with a quick steady hand. I highly reccomend Connie for all of your emergency grooming needs!

My wife brought in our Australian Shepherd to have her over coat trimmed up. When we got her back, she was shaved to her under coat. We shouldn't have needed to explain to a groomer that Aussies are double coated dogs, not poodles. Shearing off their overcoat is detrimental to their ability to stay cool in the summer.
