Stopped in for the usual horse feed and dog treats. Employee Robin was, as always, exceptionally kind. Saw i was having a rough day and offered words of encouragement. Everyone here is always helpful and available. This is what I drive all the way from Battle Creek for! Thanks for being such a great place to get farm and home supplies.

All around good vibes,but just wanted to let people know that my daughter had very bad experience at gull road store the manger very rudely,loudly and annoying she told my daughter that she was a thief said she was going to call the police so in tears my daughter waited in the parking lot for around fifteen to twenty minutes for the police to come but the lady seen her in the parking lot and came out yelling at her threatening her said she would make sure she went to jail,. all she was there for was dog food and chicken feed.I don't know how many customers you lost that day but you can bet it was more than a few.Hopefully that manger doesn't try to treat me like that I will make sure everyone will see her for the bully she is .Feel sorry for the owner of that store never heard anything bad about the other stores in Michigan just letting you know.Just so you know me and my family enjoy shopping at TSC

Gull road TSC has had better days. The price on the Shelf sticker was not the price that came up at the register. I'm sure they'll get it sorted out but it was a little bit frustrating to have to wait for an employee to go check the Shelf and then report back to the cashier that I was in fact correct and not lying that the price on the Shelf was different. I understand these things have to be verified but if the computer and the Shelf price matched up in the first place it wouldn't have been a problem.I was just going to write a review for the gull road tractor supply.Then I happen to notice this review that I wrote 3 years ago exact same problem today. shelf price does not match up with register price. Big fiasco big hassle and the cashier was not pleased with any of it and it showed real strong.

Really enjoy this place. The staff is both friendly, and helpful. Products and prices are clearly marked, and pricing is competitive, it's organized and clean. Just a good overall experience each time I shop here!

My wife and I bought a pair of geans. Good price, but there was no tag on the geans. So the cashier had to go scan another pair then look for it in the computer. Slow service.

Staff is overly friendly, check out took so long because they were talking to the customer in front of me, sounds like they were friends. The gift card system is sketchy, or the staff is just so elderly they don't understand the technology.

Placed an online order yesterday morning. Got confirmation email and waited for email saying order was ready for pick up for 24 hours. Called the store and spoke w Crystal to check on order. She stated it was canceled because they didn't have the product in stock. When I told her I was not notified, her response was "we just cancel the orders, we don't know what happens from there". This is poor customer service. I realize the problem might be with TSC as a whole, but the blow off was rude. This was a medication I needed for my dog, and I could have gotten it e elsewhere.

Last time i was there i was stopped very loudly, in the middle of the store, by a woman who stated that she was the manager. She then proceeds to state that she knows i was shop lifting and to just admit it, among a plethora of other words, that quite honestly sounded at that point, remarkably similar to the teacher on Charlie Brown. I was MORTIFIED. I was speechless. Never. Never have i had this happen, never would i STEAL and never have i been so at a loss. She told me she was going to call the police and i told her please do and i left my cart full right there. I went to my truck where my adult daughter was waiting and she knew right away something had happened from the way i looked and the angry tears that were welling up, as i was beginning to actually process what just happened.NEVER again will i step foot into that tractor supply, or quite possibly any other. They have lost a substantial amount of business because of that manager. If i had been able to actually THINK while that was happening, best believe things would have gone VERY DIFFERENTLY.

I won't try to order online anymore, I might not shop there at all. When I ordered the info stated that it would ship to the store in 24 hours and after I paid for it I get a email stating that it will take up to 10 days to ship. I was ready to wait a day or two but I didn't think I'd have to wait for 10 days. I feel like I've been lied to.

Nice store for outdoor supplies and country decorations. Good supply of everything from tools and materials to animal feed and management. Fun place to go to and browse because you never know what you might find. Sales prices and the staff were great too!

We buy our dog food there. Both our dogs seem to love the 4Health grain-free food and I enjoy good prices and rewards from the neighborhood club. Recently we tried the visiting vet on Sunday, they were awesome.

If I could give them 0 stars I definitely would. I purchased a go cart 5-17-21 and never been able to use it till this day 9-13-31 My husband and I was elated when Josh from the store 642 ( Portage mi) mentioned there’s a go cart half price that someone returned, a new engine was put in and it’s ready to go! Just like many, I’m thinking is it really new if the engine at any point was replaced. I was told the person before had a lifetime warranty so no problem. I RECORDED THE ENTIRE Incident! Now September and we still to have our go cart had to purchased another one, the sub contractor mentioned he’s not in a hurry because they’re back on payments! I trying not to get out of hand but this is getting the best of me ! I could post videos if need be of the many of lies just so we purchase and they knew the product wasn’t in working condition ! This is TRACTOR SUPPLY, NOT GOOD WILL! I’m beyond angry at this point

The store is nasty!!! There are mouse droppings everywhere, dog food has mouse holes in them, bathrooms are gross, water fountain area OMG!!! You can't look at summer items because everything is crammed everywhere while I was there one of the employees had a horrible attitude and darn near hit my child with a product he was carrying and he never said sorry or anything... I am done with this store and I will never ever come back!!! I would rate a zero if I could

This store has always had what I needed at a fair price, I love coming in here for anything from winter apparel to any tools you could think of. Weather it be landscaping tools or tools to work on your vehicle they've got it. Thanks for having great customer service.. and baby ducks thanks for having those too.

Very friendly and helpful staff! We mainly go there for VIP Petcare which is traveling vet services for shots and heartworm testing (etc) in house every Sunday afternoon for an hour. You get coupons for free food (4health brand)Always find something to buy while I am there!

The reason for our visit today was to get our dogs vaccinated at the VIP mobile clinic. Everyone working with the clinic was great. What I didn't like was when we came in we didn't see any signs for the clinic so I asked the guy leaning on the counter which way and he pointed to the back and said it's that way. We couldn't find it there weren't any signs or people to help back there so I had to walk all the way back to the front of the store and ask the guy to please help. He was still learning on the counter with his arms crossed. I had 3 dogs on leashes it was Abit of a struggle. If it was my store I wouldn't want him in the front, making 1st impressions.The clinic gave us a coupon for a free bag of dog food. I did find the right brand and size bag w/o helpI

Its clean, nice, always greeted at the door, always have my feed in stock and usually quick to get in and out if I'm in a hurry. Slightly higher prices than online, for meds and some other items, but convenient.

I love the products & mostly the prices, but there are some things I think are over priced. The employees are very nice. I think my only complaint is that they don't always have things in stock. But I visit this store often & enjoy shopping here.

Love the 4 health tsc brand grain free Dog food, distemper vaccine for dogs and cats vaccine and of course Farm animals. Great selection and variety of magazines and books on self sufficiency. All kinds of hand tools and nice clothes and boots too.

Well Kristen (the Tractor Supply employee) and I transferred a pair of Carhart's bibs from another store and some how it got mixed up. The wrong bibs were sent. So Kristen looked at every store and none of them had the one I wanted. So after about 10- 20 minutes effort she found the right ones. So after a long haggle with the payment method we finally got the order through. She went above and beyond to make this customer happy. She even stayed open for me past closing to make sure we got the right ones. She is very awesome and the other two workers with her were very nice and friendly. Those three employees are the reason I'm gonna stay shopping at this store on Gull Rd Kalamazoo, MI. 49048. Thank you ever so much for your time and effort Kristen and staff.

Always has what we are looking for, but kinda pricey on dog food. Also SOME of the cashiers look at us weird, simply for having tattoos. That IS discrimination, plain and simple. But we understand and it wont steer us from coming in again. Just because we dont look like farmers, doesnt mean we wont drop cash.
