Made a last minute appointment for my Akita because he was getting a hot spot and they were able to get me in as well as my other dog who tagged along and we got them both a check up and rabies shot that was due soon. Love how serviceable they are!

Dr. Enders is the best! In feb 23, she calculated exactly how many calories my dog should eat based off the dog food he was already on - happy to say he’s lost 13 pounds so far!!! She was the only vet there who actually listened to my concerns and gave amazing advice! Highly recommend Dr Enders!

I love this vet so much. My dogs are my absolute babies and I’ve had too many good experiences at this place to even list so I’ll just tell you the most recent interaction we had. My poor beagle ran into our wheelbarrow in the back yard a few days ago and she cut her side. We called Sprinkle Road Vet the next morning and they got us in immediately. They were so kind and treated our dog with as much love and kindness as we do. They stitched her up and gave her medicine and they even did her nails for us while she was there. It’s been 1 day and Hazel is feeling so much better, she was even up and playing with her toys. She started licking at her stitches a little so I called to ask for advice and the girl on the phone was so incredibly helpful and sweet and made me feel so much better. Every other vet we’ve been to is so expensive and will nickel and dime you for everything you’re worth and this vet is absolutely not like that. They care about my animals the same way I do, and they are always so kind and understanding to me even when I’m in the middle of a dog mom meltdown lol. I groom dogs for a living and I ALWAYS recommend this place to anyone who asks, clients friends and family. Thank you sprinkle road vet!!!

Absolutely love the staff here, I started coming when my Great Dane about 5 years ago now- and I have nothing but good things to say for how they treat each person and patient they see. When he started to have heart issues they were so kind and helpful + even tho I did eventually lose him to it, they made sure that everything was done as comfortably as possibly for my baby boy.I now bring my 2 cats and pup for care, and again they are very thorough with explaining everything + discussing options. I don't foresee any reason why I would change vets; it is comforting to know that you are with ones that DO care and will find answers if there are health concerns (my previous vet in Battle Creek did not- and my Dane had bacterial skin infections cause by untreated allergies that the other vet just kept saying were nothing to worry about). My only wish is that it was a little more affordable as I don't think that I have had any appointments come in under $200 and usually are closer to $300 or $400; which honestly I'm not too upset to pay since I think that my pets get better medical care than what my doctors give me.

We have had our babies, Oliver and Olivia (5 year old yorkies), under their care since they were 1 year old. Always so attentive, always validate how we’re feeling, and on it as far as treatment. Their response time is very speedy and that puts us at ease. They truly care, and we feel it. Couldn’t give any higher of a rating/recommendation! We’re very happy with their care! Thank you!

Came in for a check up for my boy Bubba and they checked him out. Very polite, the staff and bubba all loved each other. They took care of him well and very nice prices for everything they did to help us out. Would recommend them over and over again!

The staff here is excellent. I've taken three cats here and my German shepherd. I actually live out of town now and still make the thirty minute drive to come in. They really care about the animals they work with and their pricing is fair. I got my dog neutered at the humane society and I was worried about the incision because he was swelling, so I brought him in. It all looked normal and they didnt even charge me for the visit.

I brought my 10yr old shepherd mix in after finding a lump. They did a fine needle aspiration and found suspicious cells so we came back for surgery a couple weeks later. It came back malignant but they removed the whole thing really well so he's cancer free now. I'm so grateful. The surgery was an easy choice because of how reasonably priced it was. Dr. Charlie really took the time to talk us through everything along the way and answer all our questions. They also take great care of our cat. We would never go anywhere else.

Sprinkle Road Vet has provided my dog exceptional care. He is diabetic and has had other emergency needs and they have always been there for us. I have been taking my animals to this Vet since 1990’s when I got out of the military. I have been super happy with them, until recently. I, religiously, get my flea/tick and heart worms meds from this vet, I don’t go anywhere else, but in the last year or two, they are telling me they won’t fill the meds I need, unless I get certain tests done. The first one was senior check up, and this time it was a heart test. Both my dogs are super healthy and have no need to be seen. I just wanted to get their monthly fea/tick and heartgard meds. Now I either try to find the same meds somewhere else, and risk not giving them the dose they need or schedule an appointment for a test they don’t need to get the meds. This must be a new method to get people to bring in their pets when nothing is wrong, just to take my money. Super frustrated! I don’t want to find another veterinarian, I really like this one, but I don’t like this policy they have implemented to get my animals in, when I don’t feel it’s needed, nor do I have the extra money to do this.

Well, I saw on one of their reviews that this person was charged a fee for making an appointment. And the office manager replied back to that person and said that they don't do that. Well, I was charged $50.00 to make an appointment. I was told it was for if you don't show up or you cancel too late, that they get paid.I had not read that review until after I made the first appointment.
