I love the Rite Aid pharmacy! They are so helpful and really try to work with you. The moment you step up to the counter someone will stop whatever they're doing to immediately help you. I couldn't get the time of day from anyone at the Walgreens pharmacy, but the staff at this Rite Aid are the best. I've not had a single bad experience with them, and I have a lot of complicated prescriptions.

Such personable and friendly staff.I've been shopping with them for over 25 years.Pharmacy staff is great aslo. It's a great feeling to be regonized when you walk in, always greeted with a smile. It's a great place to shop. I love our neighborhood Rite Aid.Lynn really Rocks........💪💪💪💪

The staff here is friendly and helpful, both at the counter and the pharmacy. I go regularly to pick up prescriptions, and it feels great to recognize the staff and be recognized. They're part of the neighborhood. We switched to this pharmacy because at the previous one we went to, we often had to wait in line for a while, and on several occasions they didn't have the prescription in stock. At this pharmacy, we rarely have to wait long, and repeat prescriptions are always in stock. We aren't just a number here.

I usually don’t review anything, but my experience was too terrible/unprofessional not to mention. I went into this store to look for some anti-nausea medicine. I attempted to look down several aisles before asking an assistant for help. Mind you it being 2022 I made sure to check the website to ensure they had this particular medicine in stock. After a few passes I decided to ask for help. I asked a woman behind the counter who appeared to be a manager where it was, she bluntly answered, “Halfway down aisle 4.” I did as she said and still could not find it. When I went back to show her the specific product on my phone as I was approaching the counter she looked at me sighed loudly and rolled her eyes. As soon as she did this I said, “Thats ok I’ll find it myself”, I could tell she knew her behavior was wrong at that point, and she then proceeded to quickly come from behind the counter and assist me. At this point, it was too late to change my perception, but she ended up finding it for me in a different location from where she told me to look. I’m not an easy person to offend, I get that sometimes people have bad days, but please remember that all it takes is moment to make an impression (good or bad). When it was time to check out I stood and waited for a different attendant to help me, but this manager was still back there. I hope she saw how kindly I spoke to the older man behind me and her co-worker behind the counter. I hope she took notes.

I would give it zero stars if I could, the people here withhold prescriptions like HRT and inhalers for bogus reasons. They also gave me double opioids because they misread something. They also purposely missgendered a friend of mine when they went in to pick up their HRT. I’m definitely switching pharmacies.

Always have a great experience at the Cork Street Rite Aid Pharmacy!!! Both Ruben and Inyol are amazing....they both go “above and beyond” from a customer service standpoint and my refills are ready instantly! I’m also uninsured and they both have always done whatever possible to lower my out of pocket costs!! Absolutely 2 thumbs up!!! Thank you!

I have stopped at this pharmacy numerous times because of the convenience of its location, however, the majority of the employees are uneducated on the whereabouts of their inventory while also allowed to interact and take smokebreaks with their personal friends while customers wait to be helped. Will not be back again. Rite Aid was my favorite pharmacy in my hometown; disappointing.

Went there to receive a western union for under $200 n they said not enough money in drawer to do that transaction ..lets see ..they advertise ..western union ..not western union only if u want 20 bucks ..id say drop that service because thats ridicuolous u dont have money available to process transactions

Poor customer service, not enough employees. One of the ladies who works at the pharmacy was disrespectful. Was disrespected by another customer on a separate occasion and the employees did nothing.
