The two groomers working inside this shop are very experienced. They understand the breed cuts and their original functions. If you are willing to put the work into your dogs coat(frequent brushing, depending on breed) these groomers have the skills to get your dog looking their best!

I have taken my dogs here multiple times for years and I never once gotten a complaint that my dogs are complicated, hard to deal with, or even a complaint towards myself as an owner. I have left three voicemails over the course of a week wanting to schedule an appointment and ZERO response. I figured they were close temporarily due to construction but when I drove by their doors are wide open and ready for business, just not my business. I even had my boyfriend call to schedule an appointment and they called him back within an hour ready to take him on as a new client. Just say you have problems with me or my dog, be professional and there are no hard feelings.

We took our Shih Poo for her first haircut and the first time was good! The second time we took her there the lady CUT HER PAWS while trimming the hair between the toes and our puppy was in pain for a couple days. She also destroyed our puppy’s nails. Despite the cheap price it’s definitely not worth the pain our dog is in at the moment. Not to mention that we took her there with her collar and they tried to return her without it.

They were professional, nice and kind or thoughtful, patent and quick. This was my first time getting any animal groomed for a haircut and she was patient when I had to run out to catch my husband with the mask (covid mask) and the info. I needed. They were done before I knew it and I don't feel like it was over priced but affordable for what I can pay. I came in already nerved up with problems I was dealing with and she stayed calm and focused. I felt comfortable so she has my trust. I also really like the haircut and so does excited Teddy. He acts happier now too.

Picked up my little girl the other day and found myself covered in her blood!! Her nails were ALL bleeding because cut too short and she has a bleeding area around where she goes to the bathroom. I was so speechless when I picked her up but the lady says that it doesn't hurt them to have nails cut to the bloodline... I double that. I'm so sad for my little girl who is now terrified to even get in the car. Btw she told me they have increased their prices..... I regret paying the lady for hurting my little girl. She now whimpers while you hold her. She is getting better about that now but I will not be going back here. The lady was wayyyy too rough and careless. I prefer a good experience for my dog rather than a brutal one!

We have been taking our dogs to Colleen and her staff for over 20 years. We just took our new rescue today for a nail trim. She is still very skiddish, yet Colleen was extremely patient with her and got her nails done while still getting a nasty scratch. This place is awesome and their work is great.

I have taken my dog here before and I have taken my two previous dogs here back in the day. I have usually had no problems. I was so disappointed today. I took my little mutt pup in for a trim, bath, and nail trimming. The girl was an airhead . He was in today for the trim and and I couldn't tell when I picked him up if his hair got cut or not because he was blown out and all frizzy. I didn't want to be rude so I didn't say anything. I wish I would have asked. I was at home petting him and thinking to myself that, his hair didn't even get trimmed today. What a waste of MONEY. I will be seeking another place to go to in the future. I thought the guy was friendly but the girl was ridiculous. I ended up trimming my pups hair tonight on the counter because I was so annoyed that his hair was still long and crazy. Disappointed Customer!!!!

Well, I took Chico to them a month a go and he was happy with the experience. This I was pleased. She go me in last minute and did a good job with his cut and trim. I thought the price was fair as he is a small friendly dog.I called today to see if I could get him in and not the owner(male) answered the phone. He sounds real unhappy to be where he is and I knew from the sound of his voice Chico was probably not going to get in. So, I asked if there was someone else he could recomend for my small dog and with an attitude he declined.I don't think the owner is like this person however she lost busines today because of this emplyee.NAMASTE

We lost our groomer and decided to give Plush Puppy a try. Zoey, our Golden has several challenges with her coat. Plush Puppy did a fantastic job with her. Actually they did a better job than our old groomer. After reading other reviews it was clear they are very big on communication. We sent in a list of Zoey's problem areas and they did a beautiful job. Zoey was pretty shaggy but she is a pretty girl now. Plush Puppy just got a new customer! Thank you for the great job!

This Place is Horrible... The older lady doing the grooming is so unprofessional. I took my dog there yesterday. My dog is a Shi Tzu. He was very matted, so I understood that he would have to be shaved...Fine... But when I picked my dog up he was not done... She tells me that she completed everything but his muzzle or mouth area...huh? I'm playing you 50 bucks and you could not finish... She said that she was going to leave that part for me...huh? Grant it my dog is feisty...But you are supposed to be a professional....Horrible.. Then I get my dog home and i noticed that he had been bleeding THIS LADY CUT MY DOG....and did not say anything to me....I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HORRIBLE PLACE TO ANYONE... IT ALSO WAS VERY UNCLEAN... Back to Petsmart we go ... At least I know My DOG WOULD NOT BE CUT... AND THEY WILL ACTUALLY FINISH THE JOB..... THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!!!!!! WARNING DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG THERE!!!!!!!!!!

The older lady there was grooming my grand dog when I entered to pick Bella up I saw this woman hit Bella on the snout. I screamed at her and she claimed Bella tried to bite her... really with a muzzle on?! As we were leaving a lady was coming back in with her dog saying they cut her claws down too short and the dog was bleeding and there was blood on the back seat of her car! Never again!!
