This place is terrific! I’m always greeted so nicely and that makes me feel welcome and safe to leave my pets here. I take my two dogs here, one being a rescue, and Brooke is always so kind and patient with them. She always listens to what I want (and makes great suggestions as well) for their haircuts and treats my dogs so gently. I truly appreciate that. My pets always come back to me happy and fresh (and look so adorable). Prices are reasonable, the turnaround time is great and you can always get in for an appointment when you need to. I highly recommend Pawriffic. Your pets will be in great hands.

Took my golden retriever in for a trim, she came out with chopped hair, none of it was blended, they missed several long hairs, they never brushed her when they were done shaving her….. and to top it off they left mats in her hair behind her ear. The only thing they did right was the bath and her nail trimming. I do not recommend this groomer. Definitely not worth $105 for this “trim”. I am livid 😡 my girl dog now looks like a boy dog with choppy a$$ hair….. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Great first experience with our puppy! The staff was very knowledgeable, and welcoming. We will definitely be returning for all of our dogs future grooming needs. I got the joy of meeting Kirby as well.😉

Milo's grooming experience was absolutely outstanding! From the warm welcome to the meticulous grooming, every aspect exceeded expectations. The staff demonstrated genuine love for animals, and Milo's groomer displayed incredible skill and patience. The personalized care, attention to detail, and fair pricing made this salon stand out. We took our German Shepherd here for a grooming and were very impressed by the staff, the facilities and their services. Brooke was our dog’s groomer. She was great with him. We will continue to bring our dog back now that we found this hidden gem in Kalamazoo.

Super knowledgeable and friendly! They took excellent care of my very anxious and needy golden retriever. They groomed him to his breed standard perfectly! Everyone is super nice and friendly! Reasonably priced too! And they gave him the cutest doggy tie!

We have brought Piper here multiple times and they always do an awesome job. Got us in last minute before Memorial Day so we drove an hour from Grand Rapids just to come back to Pawriffic - it’s worth it.

Friendly and easy to reach staff. We can always get our pup in for a grooming appointment, within the week, anytime we call. They treat him well and he always comes home happy with the cutest little bandana or tie! I reccomend Pawriffic any chance I can. Thanks Pawriffic for taking good care of our Louie.

I've been bringing my dogs to Chell since PetCo and I hope I never have to find another groomer. I trust her explicitly with my dog and he always comes back looking dapper as heck! I can't recommend Pawriffic Grooming Salon enough.

Sherri has been grooming Zorro for almost a year now. Her attention to detail and just the love she has for animals shows. Zorro use to hate going to the groomers, but with the patience that Sherri has he loves it now. Not to mention their affordable and willing to work around your schedule (even last min) PAWRIFFIC GROOMING is the BEST!!!!!**Update**Now my dog Zeus also goes and sees Sherri. He has bad anxiety, but yet sits there and lets Sherri complete his cut with no trouble! They are a pretty amazing group of people at Pawriffic!

The ladies here did such a great job with my difficult Australian Shepherd. He can be extremely anxious and jumpy and they went above and beyond to make him feel comfortable. He received such a nice cut, is fluffy in all the right places, and smells so great too!

My previous groomers closed, and I've been trying to keep up with two Aussies. Gave up and found Pawriffic, lots of rave reviews, so one Aussie went today. My girl was ready in about 2-1/2 hours. She looks beautiful, so silky and shiny. She was spritzed with vanilla and smells like a cookie. Best of all, Zoey was happy, not stressed and wasn't gone all day. And Mama wasn't stressed out by the cost, huge bonus. Very friendly and capable staff, greeted us warmly when we walked in. Aussie #2 will be going in a couple of weeks. Thank you so much, terrific Pawriffic ladies!Edited: Meant to give you 5 stars, not 4. My phone is possessed!

We adopted a rescue who was very matted and very fearful and squirmy. Everyone I dealt with at Pawriffic was patient and kind. Alex was wonderful and did a great job of cleaning up our new little buddy! He looked fantastic when I picked him up! We just moved to the area and this was our first time using Pawriffic. I am thankful for this discovery of a great groomer! All of the good reviews are true!!

My dog has always had a horrible time everywhere else when he gets his nails trimmed. He gets so scared and stresses himself out to the point of nose bleeds. I decided to try out Pawriffic Grooming and it was amazing. He barely made a noise while they were doing his nail trim. The staff did a fantastic job making him feel comfortable. We will for sure be returning!

We took our one year old Long Haired German Shepherd here for his first time being groomed. They made him feel very comfortable and it was a great experience. He looked amazing after they finished. The price for what they did was very reasonable. I will definitely recommend them in the future.

My mini-aussiedoodle went for his first ever salon appointment, at 15 weeks old. He goes in looking like a 6# hippie, and comes out clean, dressed, and looking sharp!I even messed up, and the ladies still got us in and treated us like rock stars.I highly recommend Pawriffic for your pet grooming!

WARNING: Be careful where you take your pet. My pets were groomed by a lady names Cecil (or something close to it). When picking them up, she coughed in my dogs face handled him roughly. My dogs seemed very scared afterward and one dogs eye was red and the other had a cut on his paw. NEVER GOING BACK!

We have been taking our 6 year old Border Collie and 2.5 year old Golden Retriever to Pawriffic since we moved to the area 2 years ago. We go about once every three months and I swear every time they just keep getting better and better! I also really appreciate that they make sure to only have one doggie family in the lobby at a time to ease leash anxiety, and the fact that I am currently very pregnant and they offered to bring my dogs to and from the car for me :)

My puppy had his first grooming at a groomers, these ladies were amazing. He had no problem going with them. When I picked him up he was so happy and looked great, and so grown up😢. The ladies gave me tips for at home care. They are very much about building a relationship with the fur babies. 💙💚Teddy found his forever fur&nail salon💙

I love this place, my dogs always come out looking and smelling amazing. They also helped me figure out that my one dog might have thyroid issues after only his second visit (the vet I overpay didn't even suggest that with the symptoms he had, just kept wanting me to feed him less). My dog is now getting properly treated for his thyroid, and I can't thank the wonderful staff enough for helping me, and I will never bring my dogs anywhere else to be groomed

Prices are super reasonable and they did a fantastic job with my dog. He came home smelling beautiful with a tie around his neck to dress him up..lol! He had a mud bath and nails were trimmed perfectly. Great job! 👍🐾

11/30/01 was the date I want to pawriffic Groimg! I really appreciated how they got my baby right in within a week! And the young lady was very nice too! But my dog hair cut was Not! She had long hair in place and no hair in other I didn't want her tail cut at all but it was my baby came home with dog bugs!!! That she never had befor excited baggy! I know I asked about pricing so it was exact for her to come home with flease I didn't see any one cleaning or Disaffecting after each animal so maybe that's where the fleas came and now my poor baby has something she never had befor I want be coming back
