Fitz, the boss dog, is the best. No, there actually really helpful. My dog isn't by any means the easiest dog to deal with on nail clipping. They have completely accommodated and help me get them done before it was to the vet the sedation cost and nail clip cost. Now it's a nail clip he gets more comfortable every time thank you to everyone there.

Took my standard Yorkie here for years for regular grooming (bath, cut, nails, etc.) Hunter loved it here, and would get excited when I told him he was going to see Gretchen! Now I take my Dobie for his mani pedi and he gets excited too. Speaks volumes that they look forward to spa day! Can't recommend highly enough.

My parents took our family dog to Paw Prints for 15 years. And for all 15 of her years, Kiley did nooot like getting in water, or cars. But she was always okay with heading to Paw Prints on Friday morning about every 6 weeks. She knew where she was going. They were great to our pup, and to my parents. I can't wait until I can bring a dog of my own there one day!

My dogs actually get excited to go to Paw Prints. Spork and Beans have been treated with incredible care and patience (they're decidedly puppies) and the staff does an incredible job making sure their nails are trimmed perfectly!

Love Paw Prints and the staff! I know my dogs are going to be treated well, and come home in much better condition. You can tell safety is priority, as each dog has its own kennel, and they're never left alone in the tubs or on the tables. There's a reason they stay so busy with repeat customers.

I initially loved going to Paw Prints Grooming, my dog looked great every time up until last visit in March. He came home limping for several weeks afterwards and the hair on the legs looked choppy and uneven, but I was still going to go forward with my next scheduled visit in May. However that visit was cancelled due to Covid exposure at there business. It was a complete hassle to get rescheduled, I had to call them back to reschedule, because I had not even heard from them. The appt they offered did not work for my busy schedule, so I had to find another place that time around. I called to get him rebooked for his next visit in July, they told me they took my dog off there rotation and I would have to wait until September. I told her that she cancelled me first and could they at least work me in. She said she’d put me on a cancellations list, but it sounded like they don’t want my business at all. How unprofessional and disappointing that we are living in times where businesses could care less about loyal clients. I work in a business where I had to do scheduling and rescheduling during covid closure and there is a right and wrong way to go about having to reschedule and Gretchen was completely unapologetic.

They do my dogs trimming every 6 weeks and they do a very good job of it .we have used them for at least 10 years. 2 different yorkie. The first one we used to do puppy cut. The yorkie we have now is 4 years old and we do the regular yorkie cut with the long hair to the ground since she was a baby. She always comes back beautiful. We had other dog groomers but Paws Prints is the best.

After years of providing great service, Paw Prints has recently elected to impose a $25.00 - no-show fee for a missed appointment. My groomer, mechanic, or Doctor would deem such as appropriate. Too much competition exists to justify said policy. Beware.

I have used Paw Prints for the last 15 years. So has much of Kalamazoo because they are crazy to get into. My first dog was a Schnoodle with special needs: blind, Cushings and a very loud bark. We thought we'd never find a groomer who would be caring and skilled enough. But we did.

Friendly and knowledgeable. Very good with both my dogs, a Bassett Hound and a Great Dane puppy. I have tried both Petco and Petsmart and they do a much better job for a much better price.
