I shop here every now & then for meats & soft drinks they often have great deals! Some item's are over priced that I know supposed to be under $1 which Is fine but I like to shop on a budget but they definitely have deals on item's that's overpriced at other grocery stores so it's a now & then place for me I can say they have some good dinners & food that they cook & it is convenient for a quick fill up on the go ! The customer service is soso sometimes they attend to customers sometimes they don't!..lol the cashier's attitudes is alway's like they don't want to be there they don't greet you nor ask if you found everything ok & it would help the shopping experience if they had more positive attitudes & communication with customers because even though we're here just to shop alot of customers like myself go to specific stores because of the environment & experience & positive atmosphere! They've improved there store as far as organization & appearance i admit but at this point I really only go here cause it's convient & at the location it's at!

Park Street Market Is Family Owned And I Do Enjoy Seeing Them When I Go In For A Shopping Trip, Always Helpful Staff.This Market Carries Everything From Inexpensive Steak, Cmhicken & Vegetables.Get On Their Text Message That Sends Their Daily Specials!As For Their Deli .. The Best Fried Chicken And Handmade Greens ..They Even Have Also Have A Pharmacy Inside The Store

I can honestly say this store is a great asset for the community they serve. Abundance of fresh produce and every cut of fresh meats. The owners and managers will graciously assist with special orders and questions you may have. The employees are friendly, pleasant, and efficient to make your shopping convient in any way. This is a gem of a grocery store downtown. Clean and bright. I like the layout. And let me tell you abou their hot food bar, some of the best barbecue ribs and many different sides. It is always well stocked and the meat section has a great selection and variety. Easy in easy out.

Grabbed fresh fried catfish fillet and pinto beans at the deli for lunch.Picked up some frozen vegetables on sale and ox tail were in stock. I'm making ox tail stew!

I will never step foot in this store again! After being a regular customer in the store since I moved to the area 3 years ago I bought several cases of soda from this store and upon coming in to return my cans for the deposit for gas money I was turned away and told I can not return the cans there! I bought about 99% of the cans from that store and the manager himself told me I can't turn them in there he treated me horribly and refused to take the cans he said I did not buy them there,etc... Any way I have since removed that store completely from the places I frequent. I was shopping there almost every day before around 2 or 3 weeks ago, and now I only shop Midtown Fresh or the many Family dollars. I vow that Park Street will never again have my business again after being treated so rudely by the manager.

TOP NOTCH MEAT DEPARTMENT!! they will go above & beyond to make sure your satisfied 💯%. As with everywhere some things are alil more pricey than others but overall the meat makes it worth My weekly 45 min drive to this store❤️ PLEASE ACKNOWLEDGE what they do for there surrounding community from hiring local employees to giving back thru donations, sponsorships & complete compassion & understanding.. so many can testify on there behalf but I must give you my own personal testimony....I'm a regular smegular customer but the management knows My name (because they care) anyways right before COVID I'd done My weekly $250-$300 meat shopping trip & proceeded to check out & @ the point of payment I confidently swipe My bank card - DENIED frantically trying again then called my bank to find out I'd been hacked (complete deviation) I'm so embarrassed telling My cashier I'm so sorry I can't pay. She tried her best to make me feel better but tears were flowing when outta nowhere the manager "No worries Sara it's on Me" as he swipes his own personal Visa paying for all $271 of My groceries.... ❤️ PLEASE CHOOSE PARK STREET MARKET

I feel like every time I come here I get nothing but trouble with the staff. Between being harassed every time I need to use the restroom or just being ignored every time I stand at the checkout lane up front... try to buy cigarettes or cash in winning lotto tickets and thered be like 3 or 4 workers there. They literally look at me like 6 times but never come to check me out. I wont give them anymore of my service after this. I went back in twice in Hope's that maybe they would do their jobs and check me out, but each time they just look at me like I should be checking myself out. I'm good on all that. I'll take my business to somewhere that wants it. Lol

Highly recommend.Terrific store. Best part of my experience was the customer service. I was looking for head cheese, non-spicy, not an easy item to find in Kalamazoo. Didn't see it on the shelf, asked an employee who looked and couldn't find it either and then he took the initiative and found the head of the meat department to take a look and see if he could find it.The store was spotless and the checkout people were friendly and efficient.Lots of parking and BONUS! Victorian bakery in the same strip mall.Turns out they had spicy head cheese but no non-spicy head cheese but the head of the department assured me they should have it within 2 to 3 weeks.

This is a great local community market. It is in a newly renovated building. The parking lot and store are neat and clean.They have a great produce department. The produce was great quality and was fresh. The meat selection is good too. The prices are very competitive. A great place for a quick stop or to buy groceries for the week. This is the type of thing this Kalamazoo neighborhood needs. I will go back again to support this local business.

Park Street market has not only amazing deals but everything that they sell is great quality. Not only that but their customer service and their employees are top-notch if there is a spot you were looking to either go grocery shop for, bulk meat were just get something for the night you have definitely came to the right location. Don't be weary of their great deals they have trust me they don't skimp on quality.Doesn't matter if you were coming 5 minutes away or 2 hours away it's definitely worth the drive

I have always enjoyed the customer service of Mr. Dean and Mr. Tom. They are respectful, enjoy conversing with their customers and will order any special items that you may have for dietary needs if they normally do not carry them in the store. They will also substitute items in their meat bundles if you don't eat specific meats in the prepared bundles. I enjoy shopping with them over the bigger chains in the city for these very reasons.

Nothing like rushing to grab lunch and finding out when you get back to the office that you just paid $10 for a scoop of greens and Mac since the chicken is so under cooked it smells like blood. Second time that's happened, I think I'm done here.

Stopped in to grab a quick yogurt for lunch. Walked by the deli and had to load up on fresh spaghetti, fried pork chops, chicken and stuffing because it looked so good. One of the best lunches I've had in the area, every employee I met seemed very happy to be there as well! This will be a regular stop for me from now on!!!

We tried Kiki's crab boil finally and it was so good! Wasn't sure what kind of seasonings to get so the lady behind the counter hooked it up with her special blend. Also picked up some greens w/turkey, seafood mac and corn bread We will definitely be back and we want to try everything on this menu.

This is the last time I am buying oxtails from them, I've been buying oxtails from them for years and now they lost me. They wanting to charge me 11.99 lb and the ones that are at midtown are 9.99 well guess what, well now midtown is my new place that I will be going to spend my money at for oxtails

Some of the staff was just standing there chatting with co-workers people in their lanes and one of the items that is usually in stock when we go there wasn't. Other than that it was fine. They now have a small selection of Town Club pop and that is a memory of weeks during the summer spent with my grandpa. 😀

Meijer’s said the Sweet Hawaiian Pillsbury Grands Biscuits had been discontinued by the Mfg. The parent company is General Mills.When searching the internet I found them at Mid-Town Fresh/Park Street Market.What a fantastic shopping experience... Every employee greeted me with a big smile and asked if they could help me find something.They truly understand the concept of customer service and service with a smile-- A+++ Shopping experience.🤗

I have been going to this store since the first day it opened, I love the meat sales and they are always willing to cut the meat if I don't see what I need. It is just what this neighborhood has been needing I do go and pay my consumers bill there. They are always friendly being someone who cooks a southern style I can always go there and find just what I need.

Great place to shop if you are in Kalamazoo.I have heard many great things about this place and I understand why.The place was very clean and well stocked, not to mention fresh flowers planted in front of the store.I was greeted by the produce clerk as I started shopping and he kindly assisted me on where the egg plant was located.Produce seemed fresh and I loved the meat counter. Great variety.I bought a gallon of milk for $2.50 and a dozen eggs for $1.25.They also had a sale on earthbound organic salads for 2/4 - they are usually 3.99 at other places :)

This is the BEST store I have ever been to. Their prices on their meat are unbeatable by any other and the quality is the BEST. Better even than your large chain stores in Kalamazoo. I would drive hours if I had to to shop at Park Street Market. If you want quality service with a friendly smile, or quality meat at low prices, This is the place.

I was definitely overcharged here. ( by about 60 dollars) When I called boost corporate they said that this location has had numerous complaints similar to mine. No one ever reached out from this store to make it right. I reccomend going to an ACTUAL boost store for anyone reading this review.
