Instead of simply pointing me in the right direction, they personally guided me to find the product I was looking for. Their attentive and helpful approach made my shopping experience enjoyable and stress-free. I highly recommend Midway Ace Hardware for their excellent customer service and knowledgeable staff. And they have free popcorn

Good place to get what you need. Lots of bolt & anchor options. Better than big box stores. Prices are a little higher but worth it.

Good quality products. Service is normally very good. But today, I needed some Shopvac filters. I found them, but they were not marked as to which vac they would fit. I couldn't seem to get any of the staff interested in helping me. So I bought a few things, but left without the filters. :(

10 zillion stars they have free popcorn and the staff is super super nice best hardware store ever this is the only place that has my hardware business it is a bit pricey but totally totally worth it

Pricey but they have lots of cool stuff. Free popcorn lol. A rewards program that has saved me some money. They do sell craftsman if your into that brand still. The customer service is 50/50, you get really really above and beyond good service or someone who shows they don't want to be there or give any effort but more so good service. Thanks for coming to my neighborhood.

I bought a grill they assembled and delivered. There was a problem so they picked up the defective one and delivered a perfect new one. We couldn’t be happier and will definitely buy there again.

Ace is the place if you're looking for a hardware store. They're not like the large home improvement conglomerates. If that's what you're looking for, you're in the wrong place. This is more like the hardware store of yesteryear. Small, well stocked, clean, bright, with helpful and knowledgeable staff. If you need hardware this is where you ace it. Ace is the place!!

I know their prices are a bit higher but the staff here was excellent! There is an especially older gentleman that is just AMAZING with his knowledge and customer service- I went in with my 3 year old and he made her feel very important. I always prize customer service over price anyday- this is a store where you want to come just because they take the time to remember your name and ask you those small details about your family. A true gem!

Best retail experience I've ever had. The entire staff was super nice. From the person who I spoke with on the phone before going, to Darnell at the cash register. Levi who helped me was amazing and did everything he needed to meet my needs and wants. This store should be super proud of themselves. The store looked really great and clean and impressed me before I even walked in. Thanks to everyone including the delivery team who was more then willing to make a quick delivery right then and there. Thanks everyone!! I have to pass 100 different stores that all sell the same things just to get to your store but I will definitely be back.

Great customer service! I wish I knew the employees names that helped me. Super nice guys. There were 2 young men and and older gentlemen that all greeted me when I walked in and were more than willing to help me find what I needed. Also, the store was very tidy and clean!

My little dog and I were greeted by a lovely young lady who took me directly to the correct aisle, found what I needed quickly .I love the service ! This store has about everything a hardware store should have. I must say it was bright and clean. I have shopped there several times and never disappointed.

This our go to hardware store! Friendly staff always helpful. Family and locally owned! We bought an awesome electric mower from them and they’ll easily order anything for you that is not in stock. Great selection of bird feeders and all kinds of goodies.

Went down to the hardware shop to grab a couple of things and it was pretty good experience also the people are friendly they know they're very knowledgeable about the products that they carry and they're also very willing to help you look for what you're trying to find or direct you to someone else that has it if they don't

I’m a college student who’s dad lives 4 hours away. After buying a $40 shelf from target I messed up and I put dowels in the wrong holes and couldn’t get them out. I could’ve gone to Lowe’s or Home Depot which are 5 minutes away and Ace was 24 minutes away from me but I knew if I went to ace I would get the help I needed. I walked in with my messed up shelf and explained to them what I needed help with. The guy at the register took the dowels out and let me know where the ones I needed to buy were. I was so happy because without their help I would’ve wasted $40 dollars on a shelf I couldn’t put together because I did it wrong. They didn’t have to help me, but they did. I will always go there for literally anything I need. They were so helpful and I appreciate it so much.

I do not recommend getting glass from them. I took my whole window frame inside this place,the employee measured it his self. While he was cutting it I took my window frame back to the car so I didn’t have to carry both outside. I got home to put the glass into the window frame, FOR IT TO NOT FIT! I spent 18.99 on a piece of glass I can’t do anything with. I am now out of the money to fix the window. Now, Me and my 3 kids have to sit here tonight, and freeze... as they say no returns on glass pieces. Trusted the employee with the measurements, since this is suppose to be “Ace the Helpful Place” as they say on the top of their receipts. What a joke!! Lucky i even have to put 1 star because honestly they deserve NOTHING.

After pricing my items, I went back to Ace for a purchase. It didn't work out due to a manufacturer default, I had to return three items. I did so return my items with no problems. Great staff, no hastles, honest service, clean environment. Glad to have another hardware store in the area.Adding to review 8/3/2020: recieved curb side pick up, cart was wiped down for me, wonderful employee wearing mask was so nice! Manager called me after my order was put in to tell me an item I purchased was sold out but they ordered more for me from another store within 1 day. Excellent service! Thank you Ace.

Bought a grill off of the floor. Guys helped load in my vehicle. Got across town and unloaded the grill . No paperwork anywhere. The assembly instructions, serial/model number( where you DONT have to literally CRAWL inside the grill to see for the warranty paperwork)cooking temp guide cards etc. Called Store and spoke with my sales associate Evan. He said yes he forgot he laid it aside but when I came back he would have it for me. I drove back across town and was ignored as they waited on others, Evan never once acknowledged me. Finally after all other customers were gone another sales associate started apologizing still no one has any idea where the book is.. I was disgusted and suggested they give me the materials from the unopened box of the same grill, in the back. The other sale associate did that.When I got to my car I realized the serial # wouldnt match from what was printed on papers so went BAcK inside and had them show me where the serial # was on the grills. I Went back out to my car and started to pull away when out pops Evan , here I found the right papers!!! Some lame comment everybody makes mistakes… but EVAN they dont all handle it as rudely as you did. Learn how to make restitution, not avoid customers, and send others to apologize for you.

John-Michael helped me on two different visits trying to fix my kitchen lighting. While the mystery (it's not the bulb, turns out) is still under investigation, I wanted to thank him and recognize his store for going above and beyond to assist me. The small-town hardware store feel is preserved in that extra customer-service touch. I would keep visiting for that alone.

This is absolutely the best and kindest Ace ever... they fixed the glass in the door and reglazed what needed reglazing and the cost was so great....just have them do it all, they are great...they go above and beyond to make sure you feel at home... everyone needs to come here..

I came to Midtown Ace Hardware in search of a quality gas can that was easy to use. I found exactly what I needed. Because I live downtown, this is my go-to hardware store. The staff is fantastic and the products sold here are high quality. I HIghly recommend!
