The customer service desk closes at 8pm, I needed to make a return and came all the way to this store for no reason. Monday I purchased a few articles of clothing and was unable to try them on because the fitting rooms have been eliminated. So today I’m back after a long day and unable to complete the task, return the dress that was not the best option.

Super rude costumers. I have vison problems so I use a cane. While shopping, I was looking at bell peppers. And a lady cut right in front of me without saying excuse me or anything. It honestly scared me so bad. I have no side vision at all. She came up so close felt like she was going to hit me. Other shoppers ignore my cane, and give me dirty looks for using one. Not to mention how low staff they are. Only having 1-2 sometimes 3 check out lanes open. Everything here feels so rushed. I used to actually like this store but not anymore. I do not feel safe or welcomed. There are a few staff members that are nice and helpful. Which I appreciate them. I really wish this store was a nicer and safer place to shop.Also their fresh food is disgusting.. all mushy and yucky. Which makes it harder to find actual non rotten food.

This location is much-improved since the recent remodel. It is maintained well and the deli and bakery are nice; overall, a nice place to shop.

From December up until this month (March) I have been there between 4-5 times, and EACH time, I kid you not, there has been an item missing, or we have been wrongfully treated as customers.First time I had two dove Carmel chocolate bags missing. One of the most recent times we were followed throughout the store, when shopping for a birthday, and Easter. Then they over charged me for a cup that was on sale (they scanned the more expensive cup twice), and then they tried to break up a gift set and double charge me for two separate items, and now I have a candle missing.And no, I did not misplace any of them, my mother and I thoroughly checked all bags, my car, and the house, from top to bottom.We also had our cart locked on us after our most recent visit, and my mother was pushing for balance because she just had surgery, and the sudden stop caused her to run into it and it smashed into her incisions and made her start bleeding.There are only a handful of workers that deserve a good and respectful compliment, in my opinion, other than that, highly disappointed.

This store is DISGUSTING. Their bathrooms by the entrance have been out of service for a few months now AND their shelves where the Lettuce and radishes are kept are full of Black Mold.

Used to love the store but not anymore. They’re not friendly to people who work all day and have to wait till later in the day to get their groceries. You can’t even go an hour till closed because they hound you the entire time you shop. Had a worker see me jogging to the front and they started following me after I made it clear I was walking to pay for my groceries. Not pleasant.

When I go there, I am in and out so quickly. That's the main reason I like shopping at Meijer... The produce department is great !If you need empty banana boxes, they are more than happy to load you up with some. They even let me use one of their produce carts to take all the boxes to my vehicle. They have dry ice also. I believe the Meijer on West Main has a Secretary of State kiosk. And don't forget the Meijer gas station out front for gas and coffee.

Always have what we need at Meijer! The gas station is nice as well. Been coming here my whole life and I've never once been treated poorly. Always clean always a few lanes open unlike Walmart which is like a section 8 grocery store

I went there today and the sale item was gone went to leave and the greeter locked the wheels on my cart in the doorway I gave him the cart and said it’s all yours. I realize theft is up but if I’m treated like this again I’m no longer shopping at Meijer. This will be a sad day for me

Meijer…put the dang fitting rooms back in. Even Walmart has fitting rooms, heck even goodwill has fitting rooms.I came in to buy some pants for work and needed to try them on. So instead I had to buy multiple sizes and styles then go all the way home, try them on and then return the ones I didn’t want. That was a pain in the butt for 3 pairs of pants. Total time waste for both me and your employees. Something that I will not do again. I will shop elsewhere for clothes.

I don't usually shop at Meijer. For some reason I don't like going into the store. Perhaps it's the layout, I feel crowded in the store. The few past times I went to that store was to applying for car tags. If the Michigan DMV had put the machines in another store, I would have no reason to go Meijer. don't get me wrong, I see many good prices some better than stores I normally shop at. The only thing is I'm not in those stores nor Meijer, shopping for that type of sales items.

Meijer beats Walmart every time! Not only is it a cleaner, better organized store, but if you shop the sales on groceries, you save money over Walmart. The quality of store brand goods is way better than Walmart, too. They always have more employee-staffed checkouts open as well. The only thing that can be improved is the pickup and delivery order shopping. They say there aren't things in stock when they are. I go into the store after picking up the groceries, and there has only been one time that the items they say weren't available actually weren't. The other three times, I was able to go right to each item and purchase it myself. I don't think shoppers even try sometimes.

Went back here after a while and Wow! the whole place looks different. Looks like they got a makeover and it is a really good one. Looks extremely spacious and well thought out.Really impressed how good the apparel section looks and how well organized it is. This is by far the most organized grocery store I have seen so far. The Fresh, Deli sections look amazing as well. The front side of th store with Registers/self checkouts has been completely revamped and looks very modern. The Walmart across the street really needs to pick up it's game.There is ample parking as this is one of the biggest Meijer one can go to. Prices are decent but not the best. Unfortunately this one is definitely lacking the clearance deals compared to other Meijers. Overall a great shopping experience!

Meijers is a great store, always have what I need. Well laid out. I don't like the self checkout lines like. They are the same as Walmart, I like the original ones with the converyer belts and you could bag after you made your purchase, setup the divider, and allow the other person start checking out. I suppose there were issues with that.

Why are all of the NEW carts so bad? You remember your razor scooter after the wheel with the brake became flat on one side and unhappily went "bump-bump-bump" as you went down the sidewalk on the way to the arcade in the mid-2000s? That's the vibe of your carts, and NOT in a happy nostalgic kind of way My girlfriend says I'm being unreasonable, but I think you're carts are bad.

Clean, (except for the bathrooms, which are HORRIBLE), organized, good customer service. Meijer has better quality Meats, but overall, Meijer is more expensive than their competitors. i.e., Walmart, etc. 4 stars bc their bathrooms are worse than the McDonald's downtown on Rose Street.

Self checkout shown me $19.99 for this item since its price is $9.99 at the shelf. After I complain, the lady at checkout area lied that no one was working at the pharmacy area so she cannot check the price. Then I went back to the pharmacy area. There was a man(who works for meijer) helped me with that and bring up the price tag to the front and ask to match the price. The same lady asked another lady who worked at normal checkout (next to the self checkout) for help. This new lady claimed that all of those items were stocking wrong, so she will do nothing. I will have to pay $19.99..!!! I was walking away without buying this wrist bracket then these two ladies start talking sh*t on my back.

We come here every week to do our weekly shopping. Always skim through the ads to see if you can find a deal I'm sure they have one.The have everything from vegan to organic and even screw my body imma eat what I want. Keep an eye out for the buy 1 get 1 for $1 deals on shoes especially with it being close to back to school time.Love shopping local with a local made company so close. Love the new layout changes as well. Always keeping it interesting to make a pleasant shopping experience.

Love most of the store but there is a very dangerous spot. Their pharmacy drive up is not in a safe location. When it gets busy it forces the folks picking up their scripts to line up our info to the drive blocking traffic. That then forces out bound traffic to move over to the inbound lane with oncoming vehicles. It's an accident waiting to happen. Rx needs to be routed around the garden center keeping the lanes open for regular traffic.

Store looks like something out of a third world grocery. Empty shelves everywhere. Who runs out of basics, ie EGGLANDS Best? Refill water station is consistent...OUT OF ORDER! Not enough checkout counters open so I have to check out and pack my groceries without a discount! Pay customers for WORKING at Meijer. Today, in the produce section, out of red onions. Someone in management has dropped the ball. Customers getting the message, loud and clear, Meijer doesn't care.
