Kate was easily able to work around these issues to give our dog an excellent groom while making our dog comfortable during the experience. We received many compliments on his groom. My experience here is VERY inconsistent grooming, and mistakes! Consistently.(2 dogs!!)There was disregard for what I wanted, and defensiveness and excuses instead of apologies and making things right.Sadly, not a good fit for us...

Would recommend, you can definitely tell she cares about the dogs! She did great cuts on both of our dogs, especially in the more sensitive areas.

The new owners are good & honest people. They are doing some renovations to the building and it’s looking great. My dog needed a nail trim and they got her in and out in 10 minutes. I will be back!

Tried this place out after several good reviews.. okay looking grooming shop, though I was disappointed in both of my dogs grooming’s regarding how short their fur was shaved and an the uneven necklines.
