I’m so sad that I have to share my utter disappointment with one of my go-to stores. The shelves are empty and the aisles are filled with unopened boxes. I use a walker and cannot navigate around the chaos. The hours are sporadic and I am neve sure if they will be open. The “managers” are often outside smoking and just hanging out. Please get your act together 😠

Kizzy was rude. Mad at me because the family dollar gift card would not scan and she didn’t know how to punch in the number so I said I didn’t want the products and would go to a different store where I could use the card. She yelled at me and told me to get out of the store.

This used to be my favorite family dollars to go to it used to be cool laid-back friendly all the good stuff but yesterday around 7 o’clock they had so many people being weird and not shopping why is it people just wandering around the store? me my mother and my niece are carts was full of stuff and it was just so weird and uncomfortable we left everything right where it was at and went to the other family dollars on cork street. they really need to get together on Westnedge because it’s going down fast.And I would be very careful if you’re a woman going there by yourself or elderly because the people hanging around the store now is definitely looking to snatch somebody’s purse or wallet if they get a chance.

The parking lot at this location is full of potholes and trash is everywhere. The store is filthy dirty and the team members never wear their masks properly. I have shopped at this store for years because it is convenient but I will never go in there again. This store is disgusting and they have lost my business.

Nice friendly staff. One employee (Thomas ) goes out of his way to help. And he is always busy doing something when i come in the store. That guy deserves a raise!!

Customer Service is excellent! However, they were out of quite a few items that I needed. Overall though, it was a good experience.

This store is a HOT mess. Boxes every where blocking every aisle. Clothes on the floor, shelves a mess cant barley walk down the store. Discusting.

Convenient and friendly cashiers. It's a little in need of being cleaned more often but I believe staff are trying their best as they have a lot of customers in and out.

Over crowded with shelves and products. Products pricing is the same as regular stores. Not really worth shopping there when you can go to a cleaner nicer local store like Meijer or Walmart

The store is packed full of products but in truth...they need a bigger space for the amount of product in their store. Suggestion: Perhaps they should move their business into the plaza across the street thats being built.

I would have to say there's been a big improvement in the way the building is and the way it seems are carried around there way to go to the New Management

Just go to staff and ask for some "grass", if there cool they slide you some paper with a number. After that you buy some snacks and call the number, and enjoy.
