This is one of the "nicer" dollar tree locations in Kalamazoo. Good selection and overall the store is less grubby compared to others.

I love the selection. The staff is great, pleasant and quick. Like the price hike to * gasp* $1.25, or not, there are tons of deals. The downside is that for some reason they leave boxes of items to be put on the shelves in the aisles. The aisles are not wide enough for 2 carts. Plus with the boxes it is hazardous. Still, a great place to shop.

I love going there cause i find so many oddities for things that are just a $1.25plus state tax and they even have cool halloween decor between the S1.25 and some things are $5 that everyone really needs to check out!!💋💯❤️

Did not have what i was looking for that i bought there some time ago.Ok, I stopped in the other day 11/2022. I had to run in and out again. But I want to go back when I have time to shop. I was amazed at the stock they had available. All used to be $1, but they had to raise to $1.25 because of inflation. But my goodness, at $1.25 the selections are amazing.Changing my 1 Star to 5 Stars.

The employees are so kind and helpful! This store seems to have more stuff on their shelves then most dollar trees. Also this is the cleanest dollar tree that I have been to. I would highly recommend this location to everyone!

It's Christmas Eve, it's after 5pm, we needed some tablecloths. Called to see what time they closed today, the staff (Lisa) that answered was so sweet. Pulled in, parking lot was packed. Lisa cashed us out as quickly as possible, thanked us for coming in, and was so cheery- even with being slammed. Great customer service!

For some reason this store never has what I'm looking for. I like DT for crafting projects but the stock here is either very low or they don't have items. They never have but 1 type of contact paper and the sometimes the cashiers are rude.

Brenda, I think she might be the manager but in any case she always has a smile on her face. 👍She knows the answers if you have a question, and really that makes the whole experience great. ❤ As for the store, it is always very clean, orderly, and a good selection too! As a mater of fact, this is the only store that seems to have. ALL EMPLOYEES with good attitudes. 👼 (Sure hope I don't jinx it LOL)Charles-n-Ann Robinson💕

Decently stocked, however, they are only using one door for both in and out which seems quite backwards as we are still dealing with the pandemic at hand. Customer service was also lacking without the "how are you doing, did you find everything okay, have a nice day" or when busy, "I'll be right with you"Being that I have worked in retail, these are key elements that make or break your companies profit and influx of customers!

Store is small, cluttered, and not very clean. However, it is a good price on some items. Frequently visit other Dollar Trees because they are so much nicer than this one.

You can't shop at Dollar Tree when they aren't open, according to their hours they were supposed to be open but they was not. My mother & I tried both doors & they were locked, & at least another 20 people went & tried the doors. Dollar Tree Lost out this morning, they didn't even put a note on the door to explain why they were closed .

Fun place to get item's for a dollar each. Perfect for holiday gift bags, wrapping paper, cards. Cheap cleaning supplies. My favorite is reader glasses for a dollar! I am often miss placing mine so I get my reader glasses here.

I usually shop here 1st for anything I need, The employees are super helpful and very friendly!Always find something that I didn't know I needed! They have excellent greeting cards for all occasions. I do live at GullPrairie apts so I can get there the back way. Very convenient!

Generally a fine experience. I would definitely feel more comfortable if the staff was wearing masks especially if they're going to be coughing and sneezing after helping just about every customer.

Staff are always polite. The store is usually stocked and clean. They constantly are changing items so if you see it and like it, buy it because it might not be there next time.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. The store is organized well and clean. If that particular store doesn't have what you're looking for, you can order online and DT will ship it to the store for you!

The worker Lisa abuses her workers authority and yelled at me to do her job of fetching a new plastic order separate because I simply picked up the wrong one for my order. But when another customer came in to do the same thing I did she said and did nothing to them.

Couldn't locate one item I came in for but thats how it goes at the Dollar Tree sometimes. They staff was talking about how messy the store was but I didnt think it was so bad. Glad they take pride in the appearance of the store though.
