Decent place to grab a few items. Nice gifts are there. Customer Service usually is nice! I don't go as much as I use to but nice items are in there. I only ask...Can u move the snacks away from the register area please,lol! I can't resist every time😂

I applied at the store for a stock and merchandise unloader that was advertised as part-time position 3-4 days a week. I applied and was approved to be hired. I started on my start date and while going through orientation the hiring manager Tammy told me and another new hire that we would probably be working only 1 day per week. I could not afford to work that schedule and I accepted another position with another company and I emailed Tammy to tell her the details and she claimed to understand. Then a few months later I saw another ad for a Full-time position at the same store for a significant increase in pay and I applied. I was called for a interview where I was chastised by Tammy for "Leaving the first Time" I tried to explain that I was misled into thinking I would be working 3-4 days a week but then changed to 1 day. Shae said that the company is having trouble keeping employees and that since I left once before that I would not be welcomed back. Well, if they had not lied about the hours in the first place then things would have been fine but it seems that she likes to mislead people and get them hired and then manipulate the schedule. Shame on you! I was very disappointed because I loved shopping there but I cant support a business that refuses to support its employees. I sent my Burlington Credit Card back!!!

*** Store Closing on 7th October. The store is pretty much empty now***Good place for getting great deals on Branded items. Huge selection of clothes including for people who need really Big sizes.Due to Covid everything has been moved down to the first floor thus resulting in reduction of the inventory which used to be on the second floor.If you are looking for great deals at Great Prices then this is the place for you.

It's easy to get there! People are there to ask questions if you need assistance and it's to bad there aren't more lanes to check out but it does go fairly fast!! Things are more organized now than before and I had a pleasant experience!!

It's very hard to find items because Burlington is so unorganized & messy. Just because they are a discount store doesn't mean it has to look in a disarray. They need to do better for their customers.

Great store!! Great deals for clothes, ranging from newborn to adults. They have perfumes/colognes/purses/shoes, Items go quick! They have 6 registers so if there's a line, your not waiting long.

Nice open space. Good selection on clothes and accessories. But ......They could use a little bit of housekeeping. Far as the clothes and merchandise on the floor or things being where they shouldn't be other than that it's wonderful and can't wait to go back!

I use to Love Burlington when it was in Crossroads Mall. I still go to see what they have here,& there. The Customer Service is ALWAYS nice!

I believe this location discriminates against breastfeeding mothers. Not just my daughter but a few others as well have been denied employment when they say they have to pump. I've also heard they don't exclusively have a pumping area they say it's the office which is fine whatever but it has made me so irritated that this company would not support that. And I'm not speaking of the higher up I'm speaking of the location at West Main and Drake thank you

I love Burlington, so happy they opened their store in my area! Was just there to replace damaged luggage and found a similar one for only $75.00. Best price I had seen around. Also, bought 4 robotic toys for kids for Christmas and that was an impulse buy because of the excellent price on those. Wonderful, staff very helpful and cashier's very friendly! Very customer service oriented!

Went to Burlington for the first time ever. Great staff. Was more than frustrated to find out the fitting rooms were closed for more than half of the week. Spent over an hour getting together the perfect outfits just to find out I couldn’t try them on. My body type does not allow me to buy it before trying it. More than half of your store contains clothing, should be open more than half the week.... Will be my first and last trip to Burlington

Hate to say it but since Burlington has downsized and moved...the goods are not as good as before.There are no quality mens dress shirts...no quality dress silk ties. Plenty of casual gear...we lost a Great place to go shopping.

I was pleasantly surprised with this stores turn around. Last I was here was Jan 2020, until now (May 2021) and it's drastically better. Shelves were organized and stocked. Department's were labels. Checkouts were functional and socially distanced. So much cleaner and better than it used to be. I went in for a quick search of maternity clothes (which I don't believe they carry, about the only thing they DON'T have) and came out an hour and a half later with $175 worth of kitchen, home, kids & shoes stuff I've been wanting for months. I WILL be back.

Won't be back. You could barely walk through this store with the way everything was crammed in. Let alone even try to use one of their shopping carts. Then when you go to checkout... OMG... The line leading up to the 4 checkouts, wrapped at least half-way around the outer wall of the store.I realize they moved, downsizing, from the much larger location that was 2-story. To a single story location that is ¼ to ⅓ of the size, & then tried to put everything back out on to the sales floor. Talk about claustrophobic, let alone a fire hazard!

I appreciate Burlington Coat Factory but not this location. I was followed around by a tall white woman in her 40's or 50's who worked there and treated as though I was stealing from the store. I purchased my coat and left but would not return. The behavior I encountered was low class and I do not appreciate it.

Great deals and friendly staff (which is saying a lot, considering how difficult it is to find quality people for customer service/retail positions). The store was definitely not well-organized, but beggars can't be choosers.

West Main location experience was terrible at checkout. I was waiting in line with 5 other customers and when the second cashier a tall blonde women finished with the customer ahead of me I went up to pay. She was gossiping with another salesperson about someone else in the store. And then looked at me and said I’m closed now you need to get back in line and dismissing waved me away?? I guess it was more important to gossip to another employee instead of helping all the customers waiting in line with only one cashier helping people. Awful customer service and very unprofessional. Will never shop at this store ever again. Would give no stars in this review if possible.

Not cool Burlington!!! Edit your store hours on an initial search!! It shows you open at 8am. Drove 15 minutes out of my way EACH way to find out you don't open until 9. Don't know when I'll have time to come back and I'm a card holder.
