My small dog was a PISTOL , first time she went to get trimmed, we always did her our selfs, we have been so busy ,we figured just take her the place and get her trimmed ,we'll I got to say,my buddy's clip joint did anAUSOME JOB But I'm SORRY she gave them a vary TOUGH TIME!! I'm SORRY ,YOU DID GREAT THANK YOU

Took my Pomeranian here for the first time. He’s 8 months old and never been groomed before. The older lady there suggested shaving him like a lion and I said no. I specifically told her NOT to shave him. I even showed her a picture of how I wanted him groomed. Just a trim, bath, and nails cut. I picked him up and he was shaved like a lion and nails not trimmed at all. He came back with a flea on him as well. Horrible place and horrible people. Even argued with me about not having him neutered. Should not be in business.

Everyone was nice and friendly. She chipped my dog nails and we were in and out in 5 minutes. Easy and good. We will be back again.

Horrible, I bring my dog in, she is a shih tzu named Pheobe she absolutely loves everyone. We took her in one time (we've taken her here a few times before this day) we hand her off to the lady (who honestly had a horrible peronality) and Pheobe is fine and just wagging her tail, but when the groomer handed her back after she was done being groomed she was squirming and crying, she has never done this before but we still didn't think anything of it. We are in the car and Pheobe is just pacing back and forth, which we thought was odd knowing she usually loves bye bye rides. She finally comes to my lap and I notice her rubbing at her right eye, I lift up her fur from under her eye and her under eye is bleeding, and its not just a small gash its a gash about the size of a pea (which is large on a tiny dog) I get a tissue on it and apply pressure on it she whines a little but is fine. Overall I think these people are absolutly horrible for doing this to an innocent dog like Pheobe and have no heart for not telling us, the haircuts are choppy anyway.
