If i could leave no stars i would but peoole need to know it's not a good ideal to go here. I've been here a few times. The workers are unprofessional and constantly get annoyed when you ask for help or even if you soak to them. Prices are rediculous. They charge more then any other shop anywhere. They don't understand English so expect allot of eye rolls. Never going back and you shouldn't either.

Bought a NEU covert push pro cartridge battery today, the gentleman behind the counter proceeded to play catch with it on his way to the register and now as I get home to test it the led display is not functioning. Was looking to get a new battery now I have to deal with this

I normally go to a different smoke shop altogether but this was the only one open on Thanksgiving and I am glad they were. They had lower prices on everything. I'll be shopping there again.

I can't say enough about Melody the manager! She is such a delight. Always friendly, helpful and such a sweetie. She knows hee stuff and goods out of her way to get you the best deals.Couldn't imagine shopping anywhere but this store.! Thanks Melody

I accidentally stumbled across this shop. Melody(manager) Always treats me above and beyond what I expected. She's personable,helpful, kind,etc. I get three times products for under 20.00. That would and has cost me triple at other shops. I live in Ohio and make a special trip to MI. To shop her store. I HIGHLY recommend her shop!!!!

Melody, beloved manager doesn't seem to work here anymore. Service has gone down hill. I just tried to stop in (8:08 am) they open at 8 but no one is in there and door is locked.

Nice selection, but poor customer service. The lady with the long dark curly hair was complaining about the owner and had a poor attitude in general when I stopped by the other morning. Otherwise nice store.

Be st place I have ever been to prices are better then any other place I have gone to especially for vapes the store manager melody is by far one of the best mangers I have ever dealt with she very helpful friendly and kind hearted person she has helped me with anything I need ...I will definitely will be doing business there from m here on out an I would suggest for people to check it out great prices on anything you may want thank you melody for your great assistance and great experience while I was there
