They processed our 1/2 cow and did a wonderful job. Great help from start to finish of the process. We also picked up some summer sausage, cheese and heat up at home meals and these were all wonderful. We would visit often if you were closer.

Great selection of meats and related seasonings, rubs, sauce. The pulled pork sandwich was really good and I had some mac and cheese that was creamy and had good flavor. Can't wait to try it again!

I have had several hogs processed at multiple locations. Jerome's is now my go to market even though it's a 1 hour drive. The seasoning smoking and packaging to your specs are great. It's worth the drive. Staff is pleasant service is quick

I’m still waiting on a call back and explanation as to why I received 72 lbs of hamburger meat when I said “no hamburger meat except any waste that is left over.” We processed a 275lb half cow. 7 paper bags total of meat and 3 full bags were burger meat. Hardly any steaks either which is what my order consisted of mainly, with roasts. The receipt was marked that I said yes to burger meat. I did not. I called to get an explanation and was told that she would write a note and put it on her bosses desk and he would call me the next day. Still waiting. Also, the packaging is sloppy with so much bits of meat stuck to the outside of the packaging. In the future, I won’t be using this place to process meat.

Having my deer processed here for first time. Will update when it's done.Processing was quick and very affordable. The summer sausage in three flavors was excellent. If you're going to get a mount expect to wait for a few months. Over all great experience.

Smells awesome when I got out of my vehicle! Place looks really nice too! They have a lot to offer with variety of food. People working were not as friendly as I would have hoped. They could have tried to smile. It would have been nice to have been offered help to get the 1/4 steer we ordered in my vehicle. I at least hope this is offered for older people or those that need it. The food they sell looks and smells good!

Great selection of jerky (I saw elk, buffalo, venison and beef) with a variety of flavprs. Tons of other food items to chose from as well. This is a neat little country market. The jerky tastes fantastic.

Total rip-off, bought a side of beef, $6 a pound. 2/3 fatty Burger, and the steaks were 40-50% fat. You would think they would want repeat business, but never again

Bought 1/4 of a 814 lbs hanging weight steer and got 3 filets. Didn’t count the other roasts, steaks, burger, etc but seems okay. I just like a good filet - thinking somebody walked off with 3 or 4 of my share. Total of 12 filets on a 814 lb steer??? Everything else was good so giving it two stars but I’ll give them no more business.

Great quality packaging for very fair prices! I recently ordered 1/4 cow and Jerome market processed my order and the guy walked me right through the whole cut list and answered any questions I had. Everything was vacuum sealed and organized in big brown bags for pick up. I was in and out within 10 minutes. Very friendly and helpful the whole time. Definitely recommend

We drove past this place on the way to the Irish Hills region, then we stopped by on our way home. First off, I love the giant buck statue and the outdoors themed interior. Second off, the variety of meats here is incredible. Just the number of bacon flavors they have is worth seeing! I ended up buying a rabbit, which was very good! Third, the staff are super nice. Prices are reasonable too. I might make a monthly stop out here for now on!

Whoever manages this place has let it go BIG TIME. Once a staple in the area, now I am depressed.Now known for being expired, out of stock and flat out different all around…Changed recipes on most of their stuff ASWELL. MASSIVE DOWNGRADE. Followed by sky high price increases.Just not nearly the same as it used to be. It’s a shame. I will not be returning again.

I love this market so much!! They have the best hot brisket sandwiches! And the baked beans.... yum! I have made special trips JUST for the English muffin bread! Yesterday we were there around 6:30pm and they had some pretty awesome BOGO deals on the smoked ribs and chicken! Highly recommend checking this market out, if you haven't already!

One person can spoil your whole experience. I had a half a beef ready to be picked up from this market. Upon entering the store front, I was greeting with a smile from a young lady who immediately asked me if I was there to pick up an order. She asked for the famer's name and mine. While she was pulling the paperwork, I asked if I could see the cutting order. She immediately said, I'll place it in with the meat. I asked again and starting explaining how their system took my email but never sent me a copy of the cutting order nor a confirmation that I submitted the cutting order (even checked the spam and junk email folders with no luck). Mid sentence she looked up at me and turned and walk away while I was still talking to her. I turned to my son and told him, "That is how you do NOT treat a customer". What I thought was a fellow shopper in the market, looked up at me as I was telling my son this; found out later she might work there as I saw her behind the counters. We walked around the store looking at the many mounts; I won't comment on them...I'll let you go look for yourself. The meat was ready when we went back up to the front. Cold and wrapped nice and placed into paper sacks with cardboard support sides and placed into two grocery carts to wheel out to our vehicle. The same young lady rang me up. As I paid, I asked again if I could see the cutting order and she kind of shortly replied, "it's in one of the bags"...kind of making me feel like she didn't want to show it to me. We loaded up the meat and of course didn't find the cutting order until the last bag. Just as I had concerns about, the jerky that I was sure I had ordered 5 lbs of wasn't listed on the cutting order. I didn't get charged for them, but they weren't on the order either. I went back inside with the empty carts and to my delight there was a different young lady behind the counter; I decided to wait until she was done with a customer before I approached her. She was pleasant and listened without interrupting as I explain my concern. I told her upfront that I knew they couldn't change anything and that they didn't charge me for anything that wasn't on the cutting order. I just was trying to explain my concern that their system took my order but never sent me a confirmation, nor a copy of my cutting order that I submitted. I had called to confirm they received it electronically, but was cut short by whoever answered the phone (but now I have a pretty good idea who I talked too) so I never confirmed what the order had on it. Again, the young lady patiently listened to me when the other young lady (who I'm sure saw me holding the cutting order as I was standing there) immediately cut me off and starting giving her 2 cents. I tried to repeat myself to her, but she didn't want to listen. She reached under the counter and looked at what appeared to be a computer cutting order form and said I didn't order it. I told her again I knew there was nothing they could do and that they didn't charge me for it, but my concern was about how there system didn't send the customer a confirmation and copy of the order to review (like 99% of other online order forms that take your email do today). She turned even more snippy and told me I'd have to talk to the guy in the office and pointed behind her. I told her I'd wait and started to step back, but she couldn't stop running her mouth. She had to tell me that their system didn't work that way and couldn't be changed. It's an electronic form, IT guys created the form and IT guys can't change the form. That's what happens every day in our world, but apparently not in this young lady's world. I told her thank you and that I'd never spend any money here again and walked out. I told my son as we were walking out the store, "that's not how you treat a customer". I'm hoping my son learned a valuable lesson from our experience there.Update: 11/6/2022 - I'm really disappointed in the amount of small bone pieces we've found already. Poor experience all around.

Called and asked for a certain cut. The individual who answered the phone said, "We have plenty. I do not anticipate running out." So I drove over half an hour only to find out they were out of the cut. Thanks for wasting my time!

I have been dealing with Jerome country market for over 15 years. Prior to that we dealt with three of their competitors. There is no comparison. By far Jerome is the best. Honest, clean, packaged right, cut perfect, and the people are very friendly. They are blessed with a business they can be proud of.

Came to pick a cow that was slaughtered. Store is amazingly clean. The product you get is vacuum packed. The staff is friendly. I've been here multiple times picking up meat. The taxidermy on the walls is very cool. Today is the 1st time i noticed the tvs up showing the process of cutting up beef. I was shocked at it was so clean. They will have my business for many years to come. Its almost an hour for me to get there, it is so worth it.

Met the owner very nice guy. Brought a hog in to get processed. Got home to only discover heart and liver was missing. Called and the lady said to go through and double check everything and we did. Still couldn't find them. So she said the owner will contact you. Which he did the following morning. He said we found your heart and liver and is ready to be picked up. Went to pick up my heart and liver that following weekend and come to find out the owner threw a few goodies for the minor mess up. Very polite and professional and also if you've been wondering my hog is delicious. You won't be disappointed with their professionalism. Just double check your items. Nice thing about Jeromes they take your animal in and takes care of it all. Just one hands deal with it. Unlike Rives Junction Quality Meats where you have to take your animal to Northwest so they can kill it then rives comes to retrieve it. Nope i will pass, too many hands. Keep up the good work Brett and thanks a bunch.
