I am super happy with Pete's Auto Parts. I worked with Brian and bought a hood from them sight unseen. They were incredibly transparent, and sent over a dozen pictures of every little minor chip they could find. The hood was clean and looked amazing upon pickup. I would 100% do business there again.

Be very careful! when dealing with them. They sold me a engine with bad timing chains. I was under the impression that the engine was good ready to be swapped out. Lady name Jen is not trying to warranty me another engine. Theses people are big crooks will be taking them to court. Highly recommend staying away from them. There are other reputable places to go. $2400 dollars down the drain. Now I will have to spend another 2k to get my car going. They will make you go through so many loopholes making it almost impossible to get a warranty. Worst part is im not trying to get my money back i just wanted a engine replacement that is a good engine. Not a good business establishment. I hope nobody ever has to go through this especially if you are not knowledgeable about cars because they will take advantage.

Pete's Auto Parts in Jenison has been one of my go-to places for really nice replacement parts and accessories for a lot of my rebuilds over the years.I recently purchased a replacement center console for my 2011 F150 Platinum pickup. Their prices are very competitive, saving me over $100 over my local yard, who would have purchased it from Pete's and having it delivered,selling it as their own. Definitely worth the 3-hr round trip...just had to wait a day to have it pulled, easy online payment.

Because I drive older vehicles (newest is a 2006 with 380,000 miles) I frequently rely on auto recyclers for parts. I have searched throughout the eastern US on carparts .com for parts. When I found parts I needed last week only 40 miles from home at Pete's Auto Parts I contacted Dan. He was refreshingly professional, said he would have them removed and ready to view the next day. True to his word I received a text saying they were out of the car and available to see. From the moment I walked in the door I was impressed that Pete's Auto was clean, organized, friendly, and very professional! In fact, the best I have ever encountered, and I have visited and dealt with many many auto recyclers in my 75 years! Their prices are fair, another plus. After my very positive experience I called Dan to tell him how impressed Iwas. He said I could share my experience on line which I am very happy to do. How often these days do we experience first class service? Not often enough, but I found it at Pete's Auto Parts.

Very knowledge on the phone when looking for parts. There was a mix up on the quote, something on their end. I didn't end up getting the part due to this mix up; but they were up front, owned the mistake and took care of my deposit without hesitation. Can't say anything about their parts, but they stood by their word and were honest to deal with.

If you need parts and want great, personable customer service, give Pete’s Auto a call. I was in a tight spot financially and needed 2 doors for my GTI. When I called and they found matching paint color doors in excellent shape that were down south. Pete’s just required a small down payment/deposit to get the parts ordered and shipped, so unplanned I decided to place the order on the spot. They arrived within a week but life happened and my parts proceeded to wait at the shop far past the original pickup deadline; by weeks. I communicated with my sales rep Dan throughout the process and he was very understanding and willing to work with me to avoid shipping the parts back. Not only did he allow me to make a 2nd deposit to buy some more time while I saved up to pay the balance, but also shaved a few dollars off to make it a nice round # so I could get them picked up that much quicker due to my unique situation. When I finally picked up the parts that experience was just as friendly as the rest. As I was a first time customer with Pete’s I can’t say enough about how my situation was handled and the quality of the parts that were shipped up here from down south. I will be happily returning in the future for specialty ordered parts.Thank you Dan! :)

RIP OFF!!The clown that answered the phone got upset and hung up because i told him i can get a parts car for the amount he wanted for a hood and 2 fenders/core support.Almost $3000! Insanity! Def avoid this place at all costs!

Purchased a large(ish) part from their online web-store, and had it shipped around 800 miles. It arrived in three days, undamaged, and was properly protected to avoid damage during shipping. Considering my experience with local automotive recyclers, I was not expecting this order to work out so smoothly. Only thing that could've been better I. The purchasing process would be if I go out in the yard to look at a trick or 2.

Fantastic and professional business - lists their parts online with a thorough description of the condition and lots of pictures of the vehicle the part is from so you can inspect for potential damage.They answered the phone, found the part I was looking at quickly, gave me a fair price and fast shipping. Part was packaged well with the invoice in the box and packed with enough padding to prevent it from getting damaged in transit.Will definitely start looking here first the next time I need parts for any of my vehicles.

There charged 56 dollars for my cores which is understandable I return one tire the lady with the black hair which is really nice and cool gave me 28 dollars back and then the wench with the red hair decides to refund it to my card to tell me because I used the card she couldn't give me cash back which now takes 5_10 days to process. Which did not take them 5_10 days to get my money this lady Is a money hungry republican and took advantage cause she thought she was important I'll never come here again. Which sucks cause everyone else is nice she definitely ruined it for me EVER going there again.
