I love this Gordon more than the others!We place orders online and go pick it up. Always ready on time with my products. Let me borrow the bread rack for the hot dog buns so they wouldn't smoosh.Super friendly helpful staff

It's almost always a great experience but I've learned it's best to cut my own cantaloupe because it had no taste cut up in the container. I'm not sure if I can return it as I do not still have my receipt..But the service is great and you can buy large amounts for parties or events.

The store was nice and clean. They had everything we came for and more. This was my first time in a long time going to GFS, and they did not disappoint. Lots of good stuff for good prices, especially in bulk. I prefer Sam's Club, but they have a lot of good exclusive items.

Stopped into Gordon Food in Grandville to pick up some items. Cashier spent all her time on her phone until I walked up right in front of her. If an employee has nothing better to do then play on their phone then sweep the floor or stack the shelves and pretend that you're actually working?

Great selection of large quantity frozen vegetarian items including lasagna, spring rolls and veggie burgers. Quite a few different pre packaged side dishes like coleslaw, potato salad and three bean salad. They also have some good selection of service, container, silverware and table goods. The pop and chip multi-packs here aren't really any cheaper than anywhere else though.

A quick place some find some bulk items! The only place I know of that has sugar free vanilla creamer. I always buy my coffee supplies for church here, and sugar free is a must!

I was not allowed to enter without a mask. My wife and I tried to explain that I couldn't wear one due to my medical condition and they said it was store policy.While I support their right to refuse service to anyone, I will be spending my money elsewhere. There are plenty of other options out there.

Hailey the cashier made our experience wonderful! Super fast and accurate at the register, efficiency that is lacking in the world today and a positive attitude too. Back in the frozen meats, we were looking for more ribs. Flagged down a gentleman that was stocking the coolers, he stopped what he was doing, found more ribs, weighed and priced them on the spot. Overall, this Gordon's exceeded any expectations we had. Will do business with them again!

Should not even get 1 star!!!! Need product for my Business today and the Gordon’s in Jenison is not open at 7:05 when I get here!! Really?!! The cashier is in his vehicle trying to contact corporate because the MANAGER has not showed up! And he said this is not the first time with Jake! Corporate allows this! Just lost our Business, and the others that pulled up looking for an open store as posted!

I usually have excellent service at this store. But tonight I explained to the cashier that I had bought a package of tortillas that was very moldy. I had bought them 2 months ago (during covid when I was not going out anywhere).She said I needed to bring in the product or receipt in order to get reimbursed or get another package. Very disappointed.

I have NEVER been treated so rudely in my life. After explaining 3 times that I had a medical reason that does not allow me to wear a mask, I was refused service and kicked out of the Jenison store. I will NEVER shop there again and highly recommend no one else shopping there. I would give 0 stars if I could, they don't even deserve 1 star.Never mind the fact that all the mandates have been ruled unconstitutional.Seriously disappointed in the lack of understanding.

The young man that helped me find a ham to slice for my moms funeral was very helpful and did a good job. Was worried at first cuz he had long hair but he made sure his hair was all covered with a hair net before he cut my ham. Everyone else was helpful also and I was in and out quickly

Talk about AWESOMENESS. It’s basically a mini Costco with food products! The ability to buy in bulk with paper ware & food is just a great thing in my book. I love how close it is to home & the prices are reasonable, some produce options a little high but that’s no reason to not stop in. Gordon’s is also super convenient for work related needs as well. Being in the event planning industry anything can happen & Gordons has saved me a time or two ha. Plus the customer service is polite & efficient. This location is not typically very busy so no long lines!
