I bought some new jeans and was told I could bring them back. No one mentioned the 7 day policy. They won't take them back or the shoes I bought there. I used my number for the perks so I wouldn't have any issues returning things if needed. Well it doesn't matter. They can sell things with no tag but then when u try to return it they will not let you cause no tag. I bought them that way. Very disappointed. Will NOT EVER SHOP ANOTHER GOOD WILL. GREEDY.

Every employee at the drop off area has such a bad attitude so far it’s painful. Happened twice two different employees. I tried really hard being nice.

One of the worst selections in all of the Grand Rapids area. Goodwill as an entity has been steadily ruining the thrift store experiences across the country. I always leave dissatisfied and disappointed in the selection. Any item they deem valuable is sold on ebay.

This is a nice Goodwill. I drove here several times from a distance and only found one item recently. Still, at least there was a variety of hard goods, not badly priced and I didn't fly in and out of the store. I stayed for a bit to consider some things. That's what a shopper wants. UPDATE: STILL a frenetic drive to arrive here and find NOT MUCH. This road is SUPER BUSY. It's NOT worth it unless you're a clothes hound. Hard goods are mediocre.

334 Baldwin , Jenison, MI store said it was open today (Sunday) from 11a-6p on Google search. When I arrived to donate items about 1:15p, there was a female worker there who was taking donated items into the building and said this store was not open on Sundays and to come back when they are open. I only had two bags and a small box! I suggested to her to have her manager update the Jenison store website.

I'm done trying to donate to goodwill in general. They're not really a non profit anymore. They've strayed way way too far from.the original mission which was to help people. They don't do that anymore.
