It's ok. Of course it's like a dept store with almost everything but ever since the pandemic there are still empty shelves for things I'm looking for. It's big, crowded and I hate walking all the way across the store (literally) to get from the groceries to the dog food. It's not a place to run into quickly. Plus there are some items I like that they just don't stock. Sure prices are good but some days it's not worth my effort.

Update: October 4 2023:Long haired glasses Amish looking girl in money center messed up my mom's money order and was rude about it. Massively obese looking manager was rude and tried to shrug us off but gave us a refund. No apologies or anything just walked away. Rude! They need fired.I always have a bad experience at this place. Rude employees, kids running around everywhere unsupervised, register screens don't work properly, items all over, thug like people outside asking for cigs. This. This is why Meijer. Avoid the ghetto people here. I will go to Meijer instead from now on. Walmart is in a weird part of town anyways that is out of the way to drive to. Meijer is easier to get to. Meijer is better maintained and has security and theft control against these hoodlums running around this Walmart uncontrolled. It's embarrassing really. Trash everywhere, opened packages of makeup and electronics everywhere, just ridiculous. GET A JOB!

Pick orders take an hour to finally get to your vehicle even after your told an order is ready for pock up. Most times they do not have what your looking for or is out of stock constantly on items. Employees are CONSTANTLY on their phones! Not working but showing pictures and busy talking rather than working. So fed up with this place! I will be shopping at meijer from now on.....

Massive pothole in the parking row right in front of the pharmacy side entrance that I accidentally stepped into and rocked my spine as a result. I was fortunate to not sustain any lasting injuries, but seems like a great opportunity if you catch my drift 😉

The Walmart experience is nothing to be too excited about, but it gets you what you need anyhow. Its clear that customer service is not their priority due to none of the employees having any care about us shoppers. I don't ever recall a time I've gone in there and had an employee say anything at all to me unless I asked them something. They will be in an aisle stocking , be in the way and won't say anything at all , not offer to move or ask if I need help. Even at the registers , the cashiers are not the friendliest. I'm not looking for any over the top customer service but a little more wouldn't hurt anyone. The most customer service you get in Walmart is the greeter at the doorway. I do appreciate the low prices and relatively good assortment of products. I wish they would get rid the overabundance of parking spots for drive-up customers. I have not ever seen all those spots filled , its a waste of parking spots.

Purchased a firearm today and the gentleman who was working the counter by the name of David was awesome, and knowledgeable about the gun and the whole process. Also the manager Jenni was wonderful as well.

I hate going to Walmart. But I had a check to cash and it's only 8$ over $1k. Unbelievable. That takes them from 1star for employees and shopping crowd. 5 stars for check cashing!

It's a nice Walmart, but the stocking employees will walk right in front of you while you're looking at products in order to stock items. I've had two different employees stand there and stare at me until I decided on what to get, then give me funny looks when I apologize for not being able to immediately make up my mind.

I normally don't go to Walmart on the weekend. I decided to go for a few things and use my Walmart credit card which helps a lot. But I notice a lot of the employees are very unhappy. I'm smiling saying good morning. Never had gotten a respond from none of the workers there. But one name Joanne Payne. I also heard a couple employees talking about how much they get paid. Corporate doesn't give out bonuses... I've been working in customer service for over 25 years. No matter how much you hate your job just try to make the best of it ..you never know what the next person is going through or dealing with

Here's an update. The Walmart local website states the Money Services Center is open until 11 pm. BUT, They actually close at 8 pm. An actual large conglomerate chain can't even get there hours correct. This is actually a big problem that needs correct ASAP.There were actually quite a few helpful clerks today. Walmart here in Jackson now beats most prices of Meijer. These days any way you can save money is important.

Adequate for a WalmartShoppers don’t pick the greatest produce for pickup/delivery orders. I recently got 6 month expired vegan dogs as well. Easy enough to get a refund but when you need delivery it’s inconvenient to have to shop again in person to get things.
