The worst experience I’ve had. When you ask for a refill, they automatically give you a 3 month supply, which you can only change in store or talking to a person not online or in the app.When I told them I wanted a one month supply, I heard one of the employees that had been stocking shelves call it embarrassing that “I couldn’t afford a three month supply.” I paid for my medication and transferred elsewhere but they can’t even handle that. My requests, through the new store, don’t go through and I get requests to call them.DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES USE THIS PHARMACY. They’ll be a headache on everything and their pharmacists just don’t gaf.

The pharmacist who assisted me told me that, even though I had been contacted about all of my medications being ready for pick-up, in fact there were a couple that were still being filled. I was frustrated but she immediately offered to have the rest of my medications delivered to my home. She informed me that my insurance provider covered free delivery for all of my medications, and I was unaware. I am so thankful for the offer and excellent service 🙏

If there were a review below 1 I would give it. The pharmacist did not counsel on a critical medication, the pharmacy preys on vulnerable populations, and when asked what is going on, the pharmacist yelled to call @Walgreens HQ. Patient safety and quality care are non-existent.

Currently experiencing a nightmare because of this place, wish I could rate it less than one star and I've never written a bad review in my life. First off, my fiance talked to someone over the phone about switching to a closer Walgreens, she said fine of course I can do that, great. Only when we went to pick it up it's still at the other one. Then the next time he needs meds for his severe asthma, he pays for two day shipping because of the previous hassle. That was well over a week ago and he is missing work because his breathing is so laboured, can't sleep without coughing, hacking, and wheezing himself awake. So if you want your money stolen, get your life saving meds here.

I use this as my main pharmacy and have very good service here. There is a consult window for extra help. There is sometimes a little wait and infrequently a longer wait due to it being a busy place so bring your patience and sit quietly in their comfortable chairs. They work very hard. It may take a day or 2 to fill prescriptions but alert received whenIt is filled and filed. If large out of pocket expense, they try to find a drug card to rebate with.

I've never felt compelled to write a review for any facility, let alone a drug store, but that's how angry I am with this Walgreens facility. They lost my disposable camera - memories I can never get back - and the customer service I have received (with the exception of the Store Manager Sierra) has been truly horrible. Every time I call I get very blunt answers, exasperated sighs. I've even been hung up on. I've left messages for the store manager that she seems to not get, and by left messages I mean someone ostensibly writing down my name and phone number (or not) because there's no voicemail available. In person I've encountered eye rolls, shrugs, people walking past me and ignoring my pleas for assistance with basic things like picking up printed photos from behind the counter. I've been going to various Walgreens around the country for over ten years and I've never encountered this level of exasperation and dismissal from staff anywhere else. This specific store is truly horrible. Do not go here. It's really, really disappointing.

Who manages the pharmacy of this place! Called on friday 9.22.23 and automated system offered me a call back by the end pharmacy hours at 10pm. Its now 9.26.23 and I have been on hold for over 10 mins just to have them answer several times, and put me back on hold. This is ridiculous and unexcusable, and not to mention they've been saying the medicine will be available by Monday. It's now Tuesday and still no medication and pharmacist said won't abe available until tonight before closing..

The pharmacists themselves are going a good job. However, the answering medical tech service they use seems to have a serious breakdown transferring the right information. They have told me 3 times that an Rx wasn't in the system and that I needed to refer back to my daughter's doctor. After my 3rd call to Walgreens I was told again it wasn't called in. During the call I pushed for more details and suddenly they see it. This should not be happening.

This location is ran by people who have no idea of customer service. So they close at 10.. I was in the drive thru line at 8:50 for antibiotics. Was told to wait 15-20mins and comeback, cool. In line now around 9:20, waited in line until 9:45, for them to shut the drive thru down and tell us to come inside.. Okay.. I come inside, wait in line, finally they call my name. They say “I’m sorry we are closed now and you’ll have to come back tomorrow”. I insisted I had been there over an hour and have covid + sinus infection and being told to come inside… for nothing? Sure enough they call the police and have them kick me out without my meds. Needless to say if you are diabetic, or rely on meds dearly, never trust these people with your health. Thankfully it’s only covid and a sinus infection.Both the pharmacy and store managers simply boot customers out the door right at 10 even after waiting over an hour when told to wait 15mins. I worked in retail - have been forced to stay an hour passed close to sell a phone.. can’t do the same for medication I suppose. Every employee here is lazy, rude and incompetent, except for the kind older woman (cashier) up front I spoke with. Cops were even fairly understanding, just kindly asked me to leave as it’s up to the store manager.

I’m not one to ever leave a review but Absolutely trash service. Said my daughters prescription would be ready at 3:30 came at 5:45 and they didn’t even transfer the RX then said it would be another hour! Called an hour later said ANOTHER 45 mins! Got here finally at 8pm and they said let me finish that for you! LIKE SERIOUSLY?!?! If you can find ANYWHERE else to go I would. Poor attitudes terrible service and I’m sorry they deserve less than one star. This will be THE LAST time I ever use Walgreens. This place is a joke…

BOTH LANES ARE OPEN. They are currently processing COVID testing in the left lane, so only go to the right lane if you’re picking up a prescription or dropping off and you’re not making any additional store requests. Basically, keep the right lane quick or else you’ll clog up the lines leading to the main road 👍 They’re working hard. Give them a break.

Drove 30 minutes to pick up a prescription, got to the pharmacy counter at 1:28 and staff informs me "we are taking a lunch break" I started to get upset as I drove all the way to get my medication and asked, "is there any way I can have it transferred to the other pharmacy?" They say, "they're going on lunch as well." And then started closing the window down. After the main window shut, I saw through the glass window that they were laughing about it. I think that was possibly the worst customer service I ever had. I will not come back to West Ave pharmacy. I may just transfer to a different pharmacy completely. Might I suggest that they do their lunches in shifts, like a normal customer service job?

Every single month for almost a year for every prescription I have they have messed up my insurance info in their system. They have filled prescriptions from wrong dates leaving the doctor having to cancel scripts and reissue them. Frequently I have been left just paying higher copays just in order to get my meds because they continuously take our insurance info. This will be the last month I deal with this. I tried to remain a customer due to the staff shortages when they were miscounting my meds by 20 and 30 pills but I’m not getting paid to do their job and it’s costing me entirely too much time money and stress!

My girlfriend and I have a very ill baby. We had to pick up her prescription at this location. When she arrived at the drive thru , she was informed that they were out of stock and that the prescription was back ordered. She then asked if there were any other medicines available on the shelf to substitute like baby Tylenol , ibuprofen ect. The person at the drive thru quickly said no without physically checking. He mentioned a lot of people have been calling and he has been informing everyone that they do not have any on the shelf. My girlfriend then contacted cvs and they were able to help with one of the items bc they actually physically checked with out quickly saying no. My girlfriend thought she should check Walgreens herself to see if any of the MEDICATIONS FOR OUR CHILD were available and sure enough they were. I can’t express how frustrated I am with the person involved and how he failed to help someone in need to help their child. If I were there myself I would have did my absolute best to keep my composure. Your neglect, laziness and unprofessionalism should not go unnoticed and should be made an example of.“Asian guy at the drive thru”

If I could do zero Stars I would. The worst pharmacy ever. It's never ready when they say it is. And there's so many workers but the line is always long and takes 30 plus minutes for a script that was supposedly already done. Brooklyn is rude and acts like it's her first day on the job. Sipped her soda for 5 minutes before helping the drive thru. And drive thru was out to the street.

They recently lost me as a customer. This happened twice:, I was told the wait would be an hour, I come back in an hour and I'm told there's a problem with my insurance so I have to wait for my doctor to get back with them. After pressing the issue because I get these meds all the time and a sudden insurance issue makes no sense, I am told my meds will be ready in 20 minutes but guess what, they aren't. This goes on as I'm told they don't know what's going on but they'd be glad to try running my script through my insurance again. They do but ah no dice. So after three hour of this nonsense I walk into another pharmacy, 3rd in line mind you, and I get my scripts and get out in ten minutes. I don't know if Walgreens isn't providing training to pharmacy techs or what because even when things used to go smoothly it took them forever and a day unless you went at unusual hour when the pharmacist actually helped you, then it was top notch.

I give the pharmacy here 5 stars. The photo department is TERRIBLE! My most recent trip I order 3 16x20 canvases and received an email that my order was ready at 12:39pm. I got to the store at 4pm and waited while 2 cashiers and a Manager just glanced over until a line formed behind me. When they did finally come over she couldn’t find my order. The Manager, Virginia, came up and said “We tried to call you - there’s a nationwide shortage on 16x20 canvas kits.” I showed her my call log and the one missed call I had she said wasn’t their number, obviously they didn’t call. Very unapologetic and unfriendly.Immediately after leaving I called the Walgreens down the street on E. Michigan Ave. and the Manager told me they have an abundance of 16x20s and he wasn’t sure why I was told there’s a shortage. If I had actually received a call when I placed my order I could have switched it and still picked up after work. I tried to call the Virginia and let her know that E. Michigan Ave. has some, no one answered the phone (Shocking). I HIGHLY recommend you go to any other Walgreens Photo no matter how far out of the way it may be.

Super disappointed in this store. My dad and son had a 2 hr covid test for travel. My dad got results and my son didn't. I called to make sure everything was fine and was told it was and results would be in later that evening. Called the next day and left a message. Called again as we are preparing to travel to finally be told the test was invalid and I would have received an email. I did not. I had been refreshing my email since my father's results came in (and yes the junk folder, too.)Update: the test they told me was invalid 4 days ago, just became negative results in my inbox. 2 hour tests results came in 4 days later...

This is possibly the world's worst pharmacy. Not even hyperbole. People in Aleppo standing in lines outside of destroyed pharmacies with bombs dropping around them and the smell of death and mustard gas thick in the air are like, "Well at least we aren't at the Walgreens in Jackson, Michigan." Then everyone in that line laughs at us.Every time I come in here they are incredibly backed up. And the dude in the lab coat always says, "Sorry! We are short on people today." I mean, if you are short of people once, that is unfortunate. If it happens twice ... thats a bummer. If it happens every day, you are not short of people, you are short on planning.Have an appointment at 1100 for a COVID vaccine? Sorry about your luck. It is currently 1125 and dude in the lab coat hasn't come out yet. He will see you when he feels like it. Can't be helped. Short on people today, you see.Had a prescription called in this morning? "Sorry! Need another 15 minutes." Had it called in last week? "Sorry! Need another 15 minutes." You see, they aren't going to do ANYTHING AT ALL until you show up.Next time I will have my prescription called into the aforementioned pharmacy in Aleppo. This place is TERRIBLE.

I'm giving this a two star rating based solely on the pharmacy and not the rest of the store. Every time (and I'm not exaggerating) I go there, there's a line for the drive through at least three deep, so I go inside only to be met by another five people waiting in line. I also have never seen all three registers at the pharmacy counter open, that would help with peoples wait in line one would think....? Also, I avoid going there when the dark haired pharmacist is there, he's often rude to employees and customers alike and I can't handle that. I have chosen this pharmacy because they're open late and I'm a busy person, but, I'm starting to feel like the negative is weighing out the positive when it comes to this place...

Horrible experience years ago & again this time. The entire staff appeared to be half dead. Tried to pick up a Fed ex package that was for a friend. Even with state identification and a note that clearly a staff member taped to the package stating that I would be picking it up they would not release the package. People don't "scam" packages from Walgreens, they snag them off porches. If your company is worried about said "scammers" you should check your employees for that.

If you wish to be put on hold and told that there are 3 callers a head of you every 15 seconds for 30 minutes then it hangs up on you then call to try and talk to someone. Walgreens is a place where you feel lucky to get your meds because of how terrible they are. I will be switching as soon as I can and will make sure to tell everyone to stay away.

Weirdest thing about this place is no staggering for lunch breaks in the Pharmacy. It might lessen the workload/customer wait times if you try to figure that out. Worst thing is the automated Rx phone system…then you get sent to the call centers- which ppl just input into the system things that just never show up in the actual pharmacy. Instructions, refills, whatever… doesn’t seem to work unless you talk to the actual pharmacy 9 times out of 10. Mistakes from the pharmacy phone system/call center means you may not get your meds on time. It’s such a convoluted mess to get meds every month, when it’s all supposed to make things easier.

Store is great, great people, great service. Great people in the pharmacy too. One problem, I don't think I've EVER gone in to get a prescription and waited less than 20 mins. When they were already filled! Just to pick them up. Maybe one or twice. I've been filling my prescriptions here for the better part of twelve years...

Pharmacy outright lied and said they pushed my meds through for authorization. They never contacted any of my 3 doctors to get meds. I'm diabetic with heart issues. It's just a matter of time that the laziness kills someone. If it has t already. I guess it's time to start shopping around for a new pharmacy

They have always been as helpful as possible for me. Obviously, with the laws and insurances these days, this is not an easy profession, especially when you get a constant flow of rude people. If you treat them like decent people, they will go above and beyond to do their best to help you! I appreciate all of their service and have used them for years and will continue to! I had to pick up pictures I printed this week at Walgreens. I went in and my son (1) would not stop screaming. I know it was loud and annoying, but the employees were SOOO kind to me. You don’t see that a lot nowadays. All three employees I saw were wonderful. Thank you!
