Called ahead to make sure my Rx was ready before driving in to pick it up. Unable to talk to an actual person there but the nice computer system lady assured me it was ready. Drove a half hour to pick it up only to find that it in fact, wasn’t ready and wouldn’t be ready until the next day. The pharmacist was less than thrilled to answer my questions. I realize this isn’t the fault of the workers there but it’s very frustrating when their system says everything is ok only to find out it actually isn’t.

I have never felt like I wasted soo much time at a business. After calling 7 pharmacies waited on hold for 20 minutes employee is finally able to understand the name of my medication and then proceeded to tell me that they cannot tell me if they have it in stock. Then put me on with a rude manager telling me it was policy. This is the only pharmacy that would not just tell me on the phone MADE ME CALL MY DOCTOR (and was also rude when they called) AND AFTER ALL OF THAT... THEY COULDENT EVEN FILL THE PERSCRIPTION! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS EVER.

I was given an incorrect amount of antibiotic for my daughter, (7 days worth was supposed to be 10 days as per the bottle) and when I contacted them about it they told me there was no way a mistake could have been made. But when I asked questions about the matter they told me that they receive this pre mixed, so when I asked if they verified if it was correct before giving it to me she again stated “it is pre mixed before arriving”. Again avoiding any real answers and doing so in an extremely condescending manner, don’t go here it’s not worth the risk due to incompetence.

This place seriously SUCKS. I need a prescription for a procedure I'm having tomorrow and my doctor sent this medication to them days ago. It's still "in progress" so I haven't been able to pick it up. And of course today's Sunday and they close at 6pm and I don't get out of work that early. Thanks a lot a holes for not filling it DAYS AGO

Don't waste your time if you actually need your prescription the same day! I unfortunately was going out of town when I got sick the morning I was leaving. I saw a doctor and they called in the prescription around noon. I was thinking it can't take more than a few hours to fill but I was wrong. There was nothing they could do so I'm leaving town without it. The person in front of me was asking about having theirs sent somewhere else and it sounded like that was going to take even longer! It was my mistake for even using them after my past experiences with them.

This stores pharmacy is a complete joke. Go ahead and choose a different pharmacy because this place will have you waiting days. No one here does there job. There is no reason it takes 2 days to fill a prescription, it's just putting pills in a bottle and putting a sticker on a bag. Ridiculous.

This location has been a complete joke the last few times I’ve needed them.I’ll get the call that my prescription is ready and when I get there they tell me it’s not.Staff is completely incompetent and extremely rude. This will be the last time I use Walgreens.

Set appointments for wife and myself waited 1/2 hour after the appointment time and was walking out then they decided they had my wifes paperwork but not mine and we where together had to start over, NOT RETUNING THIS STORE, SCREWED UP

I don't usually write reviews for anything, but I do have an issue as a long term customer... I usually only go in to pick up prescriptions and the pharmacy is fine. I've never had an issue with them. However, when I do come in for small stuff like cosmetics or travel stuff, I have an issue. There's one cashier that is always passive aggressive with me and she just comes off as rude every time. Everyone else is fine, with the exception of her. I don't recall her name, but she's shorter, wears glasses, is a brunette, and usually wears her hair in a lower ponytail. I'm not sure if she does that with everyone, but she makes me feel unwelcome and quite frankly, I think I'll just stick to the pharmacy. I've worked in a similar environment before, so I can sympathize with it being stressful and the people aren't always nice. I treat customer service employees nicely because I know what it's like to work in it. However, it just feels uncomfortable being rung up by someone who gives you an attitude and it ruins your experience.

Horrible managers, horrible service. Went in to take a passport photo and when came time to look at it, my eyes were closed, I looked like I just had a stroke and the manager of the store though that it was a perfect picture to print for the passport identification. When I asked for a refund, from the very start he was disrespectful and had started a war against me in his head. Never again will I visit or give me business to this location.

Great staff sales and prices. Earning points is great, too. I love using this pharmacy! Great staff and pharmacist in pharmacy. Always super helpful, courteous and knowledgeable! The app is also VERY useful!!! HIGHLY Recommend walgreens and their pharmacy to anyone!

Bad customer service. Bad place! Treat my husband like garbage every time he goes for his meds. He calls before he goes and they make him wait for 3 to 4 hours for his meds. The next time he goes I'm going with so I can record how he is treated and I will post it all over social media.

Make an appointment for COVID test and then I send a drive-thru for a half hour only to be told to drive around that it won't be ready for another 15 minutes now I've been in line for another 30 minutes mind you I made the appointment 6 hours prior and I don't know how it couldn't be ready they're not making it

I have had some mixed experience at this Walgreens. I am not sure that it was this stores fault. The most recent experience was very positive. The Pharmacist was very helpfully, and spent a lot of time helping me to some a problem.

We went through drive thru 3 times. They had the meds next to the register the whole time. We even asked if that was it right there. One woman told us no. On the third trip around another said yes. Very unprofessional.

Had my information faxed over yesterday and today they say they don't have it. Called my other place and they confirmed it was received by Walgreen's.. I've tried calling to have a automated system place me on hold for 15 minutes.. I'm very sick and need the medicine.. I'm very frustrated and miss I could give them negative stars. Very poor management. I will be looking for another place to do my business.

The people in the E Michigan Walgreens pharmacy have repeatedly gone above and beyond to help me avoid excessive copay costs because of insurance changes. I can say this because I was dealing with another local pharmacy that refused to help when the prescriptions jumped in price.
