I go to that store quite often and I only live about a block from there. The guys that are working there always greet you when you come in they always have a story or something to relevant to what you’re talking about or working on. They’re always pointing right traction and they’re always asking, what you need. They’re all decent good hard-working people.

My favorite store, this Ace store in particular is by far the best. I think everything in my garage and shed is from here. Helpful and friendly staff, people that actually care. Couldn't maintain my home and yard without this place. Ace rewards makes it way more competitive than Home Depot, Lowe's or online, utilize it! Don't waste your time and money with other stores.

Significantly better shopping experience than you’ll find in a typical hardware store. This Ace and another one in the area are about the same distance from me, but I don’t even think twice about which direction to head. Friendly and knowledgeable staff who just want to help you get what you need. Ive even stumbled in when they’re grilling and left with a free lunch!

I bought a Toro mower from these guys a week ago, and my dumb A$$ side swiped a tree and the throttle control fell off. I couldn't figure out for the life of me how to put it back on. I took it back to them and Branden put it back on for me in literally 2 minutes. That dude was awesome!!! Thanks Branden, YOU RULE, DUDE!!!

The friendliest hardware store on the planet bar none. They're their most times to open the door for you and are chatting you up before you even enter the building. Once inside and needs of visit are addressed, a representative takes you to the items you need, and they'll help you with everything, every step of the way. Nothing price gouged here, just good fair prices on all goods and they offer a rewards system for discounts and special offers.

The place is small. But.. They have things you can't get at the big box stores. Its a family feel that you get when you go here. I try to go to them for all my hardware needs. Great people running the place ! I always feel welcome. I like this store. Its clean. Its close and they have knowledge of their products and how to use them ! Keep up the great work ! 5 stars !

They are always super friendly and helpful every time I go in. They never make me feel dumb for not knowing the names of any tool but I can describe them well enough for them to know what I am looking for. They are also very helpful when I have no idea what I need to fix something.

I have been coming here for a few years now. The owners are now new, but still provide the services and products I have grown accustomed to. They have a bit different floor plan, but I think that gave them room for more plumbing, electrical, and paint options.

Really great service. I needed my Weed Whip serviced & they were able to help me, the attendant advised me that they typically only service Husqvarna (because they're a dealer and parts are more accesible) but he willingly took my Troy-Bilt and said he would see what he could do and explained that obviously if the expenses got to be over $100 that I should probably invest in a new Weed Whip considering this one only cost roughly $90 & has been repaired once for $50. 😆 due to my lack of knowledge though. Anyways they were able to fix my Weed Whip for $50. I highly recommend their services and I will be returning.

Ace is supposed to have these so called helpful hardware pros....I didn't see them. I needed help finding a tool for the oil filter cap on my car and was directed to a few tools. I bought 2 of them to be safe...neither worked for the task. I ended up finding the right tool (32mm socket) from fourms for my car online.

Not many different types if painting equipment. Alot of winterized stuff was just thrown in bins or racks with no prices. A snow shovel cost 24$ thats ridiculous. The employees werent all that polite and seemed irritated with the amount of customers in store (bout maybe 10ish) and it was mid day. Rude cashiers dirty floor. They had one good employee that day and she was a younger woman stacking 50 pound bags of salt when there was another male employee just watching her and he couldn't even tell me where the paint brushes where he just kinda looked at me and was like "in that direction" pointing toward tool parts.

The clerk started to waite on me to mix paint as he was. Going. Over to mix it another customer asked him a question so. Instead of doing my paint he left me standing their to waite on someone else at that time I was fed up and left that was very unprofessional not that they care but I won't return 👎😠💩💩💩💩👎👎😠😠
