Had the greatest time at this tractor supply. I wish I had gotten her name, but the young VERY Sweet brunette working "Rita" reads on my receipt but doesn't look like a rita was super nice to my son and a joy to talk to. She was super friendly and helpful and gave me a great few last moments with my son before he leaves the country. I'll definitely be back just because of that girl today at register #3 @ 5:38pm this afternoon

I went in right before they were closing all I wanted was a bag of cement I wanted to make stepping stones. The lady up front looked up if they had it or not, and they did not I was stoked about doing this and they said they normally have it but it hasn't come in yet. Also I checked out pet supplies and the guy back there answered my questions was very polite and said he was new and he was a cutie too. Thanks new guy your doing a great job.

So if you don't carry something in your store and you have to order it you're going to charge me $5 for shipping to your store? That is the worst customer service I have ever heard in my life I will never ever go to these stores again. No wonder Amazon is so popular. Or eBay anything but going to a physical store sounds better to me.

I go to this place for my cat litter and cat food, it is reasonably priced and the staff is very nice. It is not usually very crowded and is very well stocked, I would recommend it to anyone who would need anything for their pets or anything to do with tractors or farms or even clothes or trinkets and stuff, it is a great place and you can even get the sweet go karts there, or ATVs whatever you want to call them.

Returned a wrongly purchased part today. Noticing a long line at check went to customer service desk, thinking this was a logical place for a return. Five employees standing around talking. One female employee asked, "Are making a return"? I said, "Trying". She said, "What?" I said yes, I 'm trying to make return. She said, "you need to go to check out. I said, he could use some help up there". Following this exchange, I was told I must wait in line like everyone else. Now understand, I was not jusr clear about return process. This employee continued to display animosity despite my attempts at being cordial. Very strange, I didn't come off as hostile. Was simply bringing to their information that there fellow employee was needing assistance. Turns out, he was a new employee. Not trying to get anyone in trouble, just think the whole sitituation could have been handled more tackfully. Time 12:58 p.m. Ticket 665604

Competitive prices with most other stores, but not always depending on your purchase. A good place for quick visits to buy pet/farm supplies or gardening supplies. However several times I've been here and there's nobody waiting on customers so a quick visit can be delayed.

This store is worthless. Our online orders are either never ready for pick up or they can't get someone to help us due to lack of employees on the floor. Today, we were 2 hours passed the "2 day hold" cut off for an online order and they canceled it and put our items back. We continually have customer service and quality issues with the 4 Health brand. We will be going out of our way to research and replace our pet & livestock feed with other brands, and avoid TSC.

I like to go here for fun shopping and for stuff for my wildlife habitat. They have interesting toys and garden stuff. Good durable clothes, pet supplies etc. Nice people working every time I go.

This has got to be the worst store ever. Went to pick up something online waited 15 minutes before a staff walked by without even being acknowledged. Stood in line at the front of the store to ask for help. The guy was rude when I asked and he simply said that I would have to continue to wait until another employee came into work. The store is definitely managed poorly. Still here 20 minutes and waiting.

Good place to get supplies for outside. We go there for vet recommended cat food that is cheaper than vet prices. I do wish it were easier to get in/out. The drive way placement is hampered by the offramp on the freeway.

I can always count on TSC. They always have what we need, whether it's for our pets, lawn & garden or something for the tractor. And they offer veterinary services on Mondays. The prices are so reasonable and the vet was very nice and helpful. This service is so convenient.

Had a really good experience here....first time being there yesterday and everyone wanted to help me find a good dog toy. I have a pit bull and he destroys toys. I got him this bad boy and it lasted the night with no damage (other then he untied one knot out of 4). Was only like $6 will def be goin back to buy like 2-3 more. I wish i would have remembered their names but one had brown hair and one dirty blond. They were so nice and helped alot. They was even looking up the info on the boots i was looking at. Needles to say walked out spending $100 on alot of good stuff. Thank you :) i will be back. Possibly today lol

The VIP Pet Care clinic held at Tractor Supply Co. was terrible for me, the vet arrived extremely late, the situation was unsafe, the treatments were like an assembly line, the costs were very high, and the worst part of it was trying to order the medications needed by my dogs, which they screwed up miserably. I strongly suggest avoiding them forever.

Go to this location all the time and was pretty disappointed with my visit the other day. I have new dog and took her there to get socialized and we grabbed a Christmas toy because it was on sale. Go to the counter and the cashier(older lady with longer brown hair) said the toy didn’t have a tag and she needed a tag. I said okay it’s all the way in the back corner with the Christmas toys and she just blank stared at me. I believe she wanted me to walk all the way back there to grab another one instead of calling for another staff to get a price, mind you I’m holding a new 65 pound puppy. I was very confused and she said again she needs a tag. At this point I was very upset with the lack of effort showed and the amount of laziness of this staff member. I finally said forget it and paid for the rest of my stuff and left. I’ll be back due to my pets but just want to voice my frustration.
